The formation of these magnesian nonmetallic deposits was related to early Proterozoic evaporates; then these deposits underwent reworking of regional metamorphism and hydrothermal metasomatism during the Lüliang orogeny and tectono-magmatism during the Indosinian-Yanshanian. Among other things, the Mg-rich carbonates formations, minerogenetic structures and ore-forming fluids played a controlling role in the formation of the mineral deposits. Therefore, it can be concluded that the mineral deposits are products of combined processes of the coupling of ore source field, fluid field, thermal field (energy field) and stress field under certain time-space conditions in the early Proterozoic and the late-stage superimposed reworking of tectono-magmatism.展开更多

MgO barriers have been formed by a multi-step deposition and natural oxidization of Mg layer. Mg layer thickness, oxygen flow rate and oxidization time were adjusted and the tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR) ratio of optimal MTJs is over 60% at annealing temperature 385. The(001) MgO crystal structure was obtained when the separation distance between MgO target and substrate is less than 6 cm. The TMR ratio of most MgO based MTJs are over 100% at the separation distance of 5 cm and annealing temperature 340. The TMR ratios of MTJs are almost zero when the separation distance ranges from 6 to 10 cm, due to the amorphous nature of the MgO film.展开更多

The Mg-Hg binary system has not been assessed yet. In the assessments of the Ga-Hg and Mg-Hg binary systems, solutions including liquid and hcp (Mg) were treated as substitution solutions, of which the excess Gibbs energies were formulated with the Relich-Kister polynomial. The intermetallic phases in the Mg-Hg binary system, Mg3Hg, Mg5Hg2, Mg2Hg, Mg5Hg3, MgHg, and MgHg2, were described as stoichiometric compounds. Based on the reported experimental data and thermodynamic properties of the phase diagram, sets of self-consistent parameters describing all phases in the Ga-Hg and the Mg-Hg binary systems were obtained.展开更多

Mixtures of metal powders in the Mg-Cu system are cast into a series of 17 and 25 uniform compositions ranging from 100% Mg to 100% Cu. The graded den- sity impactors are launched to the stationary 10 Ixm aluminum film and 12 mm LiF window targets by a two-stage light-gas gun in the National Key Laboratory for Shock Wave and Detonation Physics Research, Institute of Fluid Physics, CAEP, and the resulting wave profiles are measured with the DISAR system. Hydrodynamic simulation results are perfectly consistent with the experiments. Our work in this paper will set up a foundation for further research of controllable loading/releasing routes and rate experiments in the future.展开更多
