目的:以锌原卟啉(zinc protorphyrin concentration,zpp)作为铅生物学标志物,探讨铅对儿童血红蛋白,红细胞平均体积及红细胞压积等的影响。方法:用ZPP-3800血液锌原卟啉测定仪现场对456儿童测定血铅,按美国疾病控制中心(CDC)血铅中毒分... 目的:以锌原卟啉(zinc protorphyrin concentration,zpp)作为铅生物学标志物,探讨铅对儿童血红蛋白,红细胞平均体积及红细胞压积等的影响。方法:用ZPP-3800血液锌原卟啉测定仪现场对456儿童测定血铅,按美国疾病控制中心(CDC)血铅中毒分组标准将受检儿童分为3组:对照组(铅<10μg/dl、中度中毒组(铅10~44.9μg/dl)、重度中毒组(铅≥45μg/dl)。对血铅超标者进行血清铁蛋白,血红蛋白(Hb),红细胞平均体积(MCV)及红细胞压积(Hct)测定并分析。结果:重度中毒组儿童的Hb、RBC、Hct明显低于对照组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05),中度中毒组中只有Hb与血铅有显著性差异(P<0.05),且两组都随血铅水平增高,Hb、RBC、Hct降低,血铅与Hb、RBC、Hct成负相关关系。结论:儿童铅中毒会引起贫血,中度铅中毒时红细胞参数的变化以Hb降低为主,发生重度铅中毒时,除Hb降低外,RBC,Hct也相应降低。应根据RBC、Hb、Hct等红细胞参数的变化,在未出现临床症状的铅中毒早期,及时诊断儿童铅中毒,重视儿童铅中毒的潜在性。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Hepatorenal syndrome(HRS)is a severe complication of cirrhosis with high mortality,which necessitates accurate clinical decision.However,studies on prognostic factors and scoring systems to predict overall survival of HRS are not enough.Meanwhile,a multicenter cohort study with a long span of time could be more convincing.AIM To develop a novel and effective prognostic model for patients with HRS and clarify new prognostic factors.METHODS We retrospectively enrolled 1667 patients from four hospitals,and 371 eligible patients were finally analyzed to develop and validate a novel prognostic model for patients with HRS.Characteristics were compared between survivors and non-survivors,and potential prognostic factors were selected according to the impact on 28-d mortality.Accuracy in predicting 28-d mortality was compared between the novel and other scoring systems,including Model for End-Stage Liver Disease(MELD),Chronic Liver Failure-Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(CLIF-SOFA),and Chinese Group on the Study of Severe Hepatitis BAcute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(COSSH-ACLF).RESULTS Five prognostic factors,comprised of gender,international normalized ratio,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,neutrophil percentage,and stage,were integrated into a new score,GIMNS;stage is a binary variable defined by the number of failed organs.GIMNS was positively correlated with MELD,CLIFSOFA,and COSSH-ACLF.Additionally,it had better accuracy[area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC):0.830]than MELD(AUROC:0.759),CLIF-SOFA(AUROC:0.767),and COSSH-ACLF(AUROC:0.759)in the derivation cohort(P<0.05).It performed better than MELD and CLIF-SOFA in the validation cohort(P<0.050)and had a higher AUROC than COSSH-ACLF(P=0.122).CONCLUSION We have developed a new scoring system,GIMNS,to predict 28-d mortality of HRS patients.Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and stage were first proposed and found to be related to the mortality of HRS.Additionally,the GIMNS score showed better accuracy than MELD and CL 展开更多

血细胞压积和平均血红蛋白浓度的检测对于心脑血管疾病以及贫血等疾病的预防和治疗起着非常重要的作用,为了能够无创、准确的对血细胞压积和平均血红蛋白浓度进行检测,本研究提出了一种基于光谱技术的检测方法。经解剖学研究表明,在微... 血细胞压积和平均血红蛋白浓度的检测对于心脑血管疾病以及贫血等疾病的预防和治疗起着非常重要的作用,为了能够无创、准确的对血细胞压积和平均血红蛋白浓度进行检测,本研究提出了一种基于光谱技术的检测方法。经解剖学研究表明,在微循环中,血流变的异常以及血液粘稠度的改变均能引起舌象的变化,即舌象和血液成分之间存在一定的相关性,所以本研究通过采集240例志愿者舌尖反射光谱,同时拍摄志愿者舌体图片和记录生化分析结果。在进行数学建模前,首先将240例志愿者随机分为校正集和验证集,运用偏最小二乘分别建立数学模型,校正集预测值和生化分析真实值之间相关系数分别为0.998和0.938,运用所建数学模型对验证集未知样本进行预测,验证集未知样本的预测结果与生化分析真实值之间相关系数分别为0.979和0.883,平均相对误差分别为1.65%和1.88%,均方根误差分别为4.066和4.139,由实验结果可见,所建立的模型可以较好的对HCT和MCHC进行预测,同时实验结果也表明近红外光谱分析结合偏最小二乘方法有可能能够为血细胞压积和平均血红蛋白浓度的检测提供一种无创的检测方法。 展开更多

Two simplified models, linear and nonlinear, were used in a cementation process on a homogeneous thin carbon steel plate. The parameters for these models, as obtained by the least squares’ method the first one in a global way while the other parameters refer to the second model—were estimated by a set of local minimums. To compare the performance of these models we used theoretical data, for the same diffusion problem obtained by a one-dimensional transient model considering the concentrations in the mean plane of the plate. The results for carbon concentrations in weight percentage in the plate (%pC) as a time-only dependent function with these simplified models to represent the analyzed diffusion process were in good agreement with those from a stricter model. The diffusion flows of these models were determined and a reasonable agreement can be seen in relation to the flow obtained by the theoretical model on the surface of the plate. This study shows that it is possible to use this methodology with the given restrictions adopted here to describe the concentration and the diffusion flow of other solutes in thin membranes. 展开更多

Cui and Zhong(2019),(Computational Statistics&Data Analysis,139,117–133)proposed a test based on the mean variance(MV)index to test independence between a categorical random variable Y with R categories and a continuous random variable X.They ingeniously proved the asymptotic normality of the MV test statistic when R diverges to infinity,which brings many merits to the MV test,including making it more convenient for independence testing when R is large.This paper considers a new test called the integral Pearson chi-square(IPC)test,whose test statistic can be viewed as a modified MV test statistic.A central limit theorem of the martin-gale difference is used to show that the asymptotic null distribution of the standardized IPC test statistic when R is diverging is also a normal distribution,rendering the IPC test sharing many merits with the MV test.As an application of such a theoretical finding,the IPC test is extended to test independence between continuous random variables.The finite sample performance of the proposed test is assessed by Monte Carlo simulations,and a real data example is presented for illustration. 展开更多

Hydrological and hydro-chemical monitoring of nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) in a small urbanized catchment was conducted in the hilly area of the central Sichuan Basin,China,from 2010 through 2011.The diffuse N and P loadings in different forms of total nitrogen(TN) and phosphorus(TP),dissolved nitrogen(DN) and phosphorus(DP),as well as particulate nitrogen(PN) and phosphorus(PP) were calculated based on runoff discharges and chemical analyses.The results revealed that the diffuse pollution concentrations of TN,DN,PN,TP,DP and PP exhibited large variations during rainfall events,with peak concentrations occurring during the initial period.For all of the measured parameters,the event mean concentrations(EMCs) were observed to clearly vary among rainfall events.The EMCs of TN,DN,PN,TP,DP and PP(for all of the observed rainfall events) were 10.04,6.62,3.42,1.30,0.47 and0.83 mg/L,respectively.The losses of diffuse N and P exhibited clear seasonal patterns and mainly occurred during the period from July through September,when the losses totaled 99.3 and 9.6 kg/ha for TN and TP,respectively,accounting for 75% and 74% of the total annual loadings.The mean annual loadings of TN and TP were 124.6 and 12.9 kg/ha,respectively.The results indicate that residential areas in the hilly areaof the central Sichuan Basin are subject to high diffuse N and P loadings,posing a serious risk to the receiving water quality.Ecological buffering belts are recommended to incorporate into the urbanized catchment to reduce diffuse pollution. 展开更多

Relationships and Mechanisms of Sand Grain Promotion on Nozzle Cavitation Flow Evolution: A Numerical Simulation Investigation

The objective of this study was to primarily investigate the effects of sand grains with different mean diameters and concentrations on cavitation flow development in a nozzle. One new solid-liquid-vapor three-phase coupling numerical method was presented and a cavitation model was changed to perform numerical simulations. Results indicated that sand grain-pure water-cavitation flow(SG-PW-CF) vapor contents were greater than in pure water-cavitation flow(PW-CF). Sand grains were found to promote cavitation flow development, with the concentration promotion range becoming smaller with increased mean diameter. The mechanisms for these effects were explored and revealed as well. In SG-PW-CF, cavitation nuclei number was greater and tensile stress was also greater than in PW-CF. The maximum and absolute minimum slip velocities and maximum and minimum turbulent kinetic energies of SG-PW-CF were greater than in PW-CF. These effects on SG-PW-CF evolution were large, involving primary factors. The calculated magnitude of the Saffman lift force in SG-PW-CF was small(10^(-2)), with its effects relatively weak and it was thus a secondary factor. Effects of variations of flow fields were more significant than force changes. In SG-PW-CF, variations of a single parameter with the concentration could not reflect the alternating relationships of vapor content with the concentration. This paper presents a method of measuring the particle mean size and dust concentration by small angle near forward light scattering optics and the extinction theory. Its theory is based on Fraunhofer diffraction theory which is the approximation of Mie scattering within the forward Fraunhofer diffraction lobe, and Rosin Rammler function is introduced to describe the particle size distribution in two phase flow in advance. Compared with the values by the sample weight method, the measurement results have a reasonable agreement. The present work has demonstrated that this method will be probably used to monitor the parameters of two phase flow. 展开更多
