Thus, it is necessary to hold a special issue to survey the films’ recent research and development. JMST will publish a special issue for films research in No.4 or No.5 of 2007 volume, covering processing, characterization, physical and mechanical properties as well as performance of all kinds of thin film materials.展开更多
