A new AgO) coordination polymer, {[Ag(1,3-BIP)(H20)][Ag(1,3- BIP)(PMA)0.5.- 4H20}n (PMA = 1,2,4,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, 1,3-BIP = 1,3-bis(imidazole)propane), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder XRD, FTIR, TGA and elemental analysis techniques. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that the title complex is formed by 1D polymeric cationic chains of [Ag(1,3-BIP)(H2O)]n^n+ and 2D polymetric anionic layer of [Ag(1,3-BIP)(PMA)0.5]n^n-, which are further linked by intermolecular H-bonding to form a 3D supramolecular framework. In addition, the photoluminescence property of the title complex in the solid state at room temperature was also investigated. 展开更多

首次利用2-氟异烟酸为配体合成并表征了6例一维螺旋链稀土离子配位聚合物,分别为:{[Ln(FINA)3(H2O)2]·H2O}n(Ln=Pr(1),Nd(2),Eu(3),Gd(4)),{[Dy(FINA)3(H2O)2]}。(5)和{[Gd(FINA)2(phen)(0H)]}n(... 首次利用2-氟异烟酸为配体合成并表征了6例一维螺旋链稀土离子配位聚合物,分别为:{[Ln(FINA)3(H2O)2]·H2O}n(Ln=Pr(1),Nd(2),Eu(3),Gd(4)),{[Dy(FINA)3(H2O)2]}。(5)和{[Gd(FINA)2(phen)(0H)]}n(6)(HFINA=2-氟异烟酸,phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉),其中1-4为相同构型。由于镧系收缩效应的影响.配体在1~5中表现出不同的配位模式而稀土离子也呈现不同的配位构型。这些-维链通过分子问强的O-H…O/N氢键和芳环间的π…π作用以及C—H…F氢键等丰富的分子间力连接成三维超分子结构。有趣的是在化合物1-4中存在可以容纳-个水分子的-维溶剂分子孔道。荧光测试表明:配合物3表现出铕离子的特征红色荧光,荧光寿命为333.81μs;而4则表现出配体特征的荧光。变温磁化率测试表明在2~6中稀土离子间表现为弱的反铁磁相互作用。热重分析表明所合成的配合物均有较好的热稳定性。 展开更多

Two novel coordination polymers with helical chains, {[Zn(L)(H2O)]·H2O}n(1) and {[Zn(L)(p-bix)]·3.5H2O}n(2), where H2 L = 5-(4-hydroxypyridinium-1-ylmethyl) isophthalic acid and p-bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, have been hydrothermally synthesized, and charac-terized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), IR, thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA) and also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes 1 and 2 crystallize inmonoclinic, space group P21/c. Compound 1 displays a two-dimensional(2D) structure with two distinct types of helical chains; 2 shows a layered coordination polymer with two types of helical chains and features an interesting 2D→3D interdigitated architecture. 以新生的氢氧化铜、2,2'-二苯基二羧酸(H2bpda)以及柔性配体1,3-二(4-吡啶)丙烷(bpp)为原料,超声反应条件下,在甲醇-水混合溶剂中合成了1个新型配合物,{[Cu2(bpp)2(H2O)2(bpda)2]·6H2O}n(1),并对该配合物进行了元素分析、红外... 以新生的氢氧化铜、2,2'-二苯基二羧酸(H2bpda)以及柔性配体1,3-二(4-吡啶)丙烷(bpp)为原料,超声反应条件下,在甲醇-水混合溶剂中合成了1个新型配合物,{[Cu2(bpp)2(H2O)2(bpda)2]·6H2O}n(1),并对该配合物进行了元素分析、红外光谱分析、热重分析、脱水/重新吸水分析以及晶体结构研究.X射线单晶结构分析表明,配合物1中含有一种由类似椅式构象的六核水簇及两个水分子所组成的八核水簇.该八核水簇结构类似环脂烃(1r,4r)二甲基-环己烷,显示出水分子簇与有机分子结构上的相似性.有趣的是,该八核水簇与周围羧酸根中的氧原子通过氢键作用形成了类似于(H2O)10纯水簇的十核羧酸-水杂化簇合物.此外,该配合物具有可逆的脱水/重新吸水性能. 展开更多

室温下,Co(NO3)2·6H2O与1,10–邻菲罗啉–5,6–二酮(pdon)的水溶液进行原位反应,得到一维链状配合物晶体{[Co2(H2O)6(bpdc)2]·3.75H2O}n(bpdc=2,2'–联吡啶–3,3'–二羧酸).单晶X–射线衍射分析表明:该晶体属于单斜晶... 室温下,Co(NO3)2·6H2O与1,10–邻菲罗啉–5,6–二酮(pdon)的水溶液进行原位反应,得到一维链状配合物晶体{[Co2(H2O)6(bpdc)2]·3.75H2O}n(bpdc=2,2'–联吡啶–3,3'–二羧酸).单晶X–射线衍射分析表明:该晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=18.001(4),b=11.336(2),c=18.192(4),β=118.88(3)°,V=32501(2)3,Dcalc=1.578 g·cm-3.每个钴(Ⅱ)离子与周围2个氮原子和4个氧原子配位,形成扭曲的八面体构型,并通过bpdc连接形成沿b轴无限延伸的手性螺旋链.在整个晶体结构中,这些链以准一维堆积方式排列,相互之间存在广泛的氢键作用.同时,电化学分析表明:在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=7.0)中,该配合物在-0.6~0.6V电压范围内具有电化学活性,电极反应为准可逆的Co(Ⅲ)与Co(Ⅱ)的氧化还原过程. 展开更多

The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 shows a 3D→3D twofold interpenetrating network that can be described as a 4-connected uninodal net with(65.8) topology. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 11.0966(10), b = 14.5651(14), c = 14.7311(15) A, fl = 130.022(6)°, C2oH13OsPZn, Mr = 429.64, V= 1823.3(3) ./k3, Dc = 1.565 g/cm3, F(000) = 872, g = 1.463 mm"1, S = 1.054 and Z = 4. The final R = 0.0270 and wR = 0.0739 for 2769 observed reflections with 1 〉 20(/). In the title complex, the Zn2(CO2)2 binuclear clusters are linked by L2- ligands to result in a pillared layer structure in the bc plane, which is a (4,4)-net composed of helical chains with opposite chirality by sharing Zn2(CO2)2 units. Adjacent'layers are further associated together through Zn-O bonds involving the metal center and the oxygen atom of P=O group to achieve a 3D architecture, in which one-dimensional qua&angled channel displays the interweaving of two pairs of coaxial double-helical chains with opposite chirality. The title complex [Zn2(hfipbb)2(2,2′-bpy)2], 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized from Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid) and 2,2′-bipyridine. Singlecrystal X-ray analysis reveals that 1 presents a one-dimensional coordination polymer with pseudo-helical chain structure. Two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms in an unsymmetrical unit of 1 adopt distorted octahedral and square-pyramidal coordination geometries, respectively. The packing of parallel chains gives a three-dimensional supramolecular network supported by π-π stacking interactions. One new chiral metal-organic coordination polymer,[Cd2(dpb)(H2hfipbb)2]n,was obtained under hydrothermal conditions of 1,3-di(pyridineyl)benzene(dpb) and 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid)(H2hfipbb). The title compound reveals a three-dimensional(3D) framework with two types of helical chains [Cd(COO)]n,which are linked each other to further form a double helical chain [Cd2(COO)2]n by sharing the same Cd(Ⅱ) ions. The dpb connects the double helical chains to generate a 3D framework. These unique structures were studied by single-crystal X-ray and other spectroscopy techniques. In addition,the luminescent,fluorescence lifetime and second harmonic generation efficiency properties in the solid state have been studied. 展开更多

Compound [Mn(2,4'-oba)(1,10-phen)] is of monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 7.960(1), b = 15.464(2), c = 18.703(3)A, β = 99.976(2)°, V = 2267.5(6) A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 491.35, Dc = 1.439 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1004 and μ = 0.623 cm·1. The final R = 0.0419 and wR = 0.0978 for 3444 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the oba2-ligands adopt a bis(chelating bidentate) mode to link two Mn(Ⅱ) centers to form an infinite 1D helical chain. A new complex, {[Cd(BIDPT)(NBA)]}n(1), was synthesized from the selfassembly of BIDPT(BIDPT = 4,4?-bis(imidazol-l-yl)diphenyl thioether) and H2NBA(H2 NBA = 4,4?-azanediyldibenzoic acid) ligands with Cd(Ⅱ). 1 was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetry measurement. 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.8204(1), b = 29.835(3), c = 10.3813(1) ?, β = 96.180(2)°, V = 2730.7(5) ?3, Z = 4, C32H22CdN5O4S, Mr = 685.01, Dc = 1.666 g/cm3, μ = 0.926 mm-1, R = 0.0548 and wR = 0.1528. 1 features a parallel structure with 3-connected hcb network and the adjacent 2 D networks are stacked together via C–H···π interaction to form a 3 D network. Its application in detecting metal cations and inorganic anions was explored. 1 exhibits excellent photoluminescence sensing for Fe3+ and Cr2O72- ions.
