目的探讨多层防御管理体系在急诊患者护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法2018年1~6月河南省人民医院急诊科在护理管理中实施多层防御管理体系,比较实施前2个月(2017年11~12月)和实施后2个月(2018年7~8月)护理人员中文版安全态度调查问卷(Ch...目的探讨多层防御管理体系在急诊患者护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法2018年1~6月河南省人民医院急诊科在护理管理中实施多层防御管理体系,比较实施前2个月(2017年11~12月)和实施后2个月(2018年7~8月)护理人员中文版安全态度调查问卷(Chinese Version of Safety Attiude Questionnaire,C-SAQ)量表评分、护理风险事件发生率及护理满意度。结果实施后护理人员的安全知识掌握情况优于实施前,实施后护理人员C-SAQ量表评分安全氛围、团队协作、工作满意度、管理感知、工作条件、压力感知评分均优于实施前,实施后护理风险事件发生率低于实施前,实施后护理满意度高于实施前,纠纷及投诉事件发生率低于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多层防御管理体系在急诊患者安全管理中的应用效果较好,在急诊科护理安全提升中的应用价值较高。展开更多
