Magnetic properties and structures in La1-zPrz(Fe0.895–xCoxSi0.105)13 (x=0.07, 0.08; z=0, 0.2, 0.4) compounds were investigated. When Pr and Co substituted for La and Fe, the Curie temperature of the compounds was adjusted to around room temperature. The magnetic phase transition was driven from first-order to second-order due to Co substitution. 基于探讨钙钛矿型锰氧化物磁电阻效应的目的,样品采用固相反应法制备,主要就LaMnO3的A位二元掺杂对磁电阻效应的影响作比较研究,发现(La1-xRx)0.67T0.33MnO3(T为Ca,Sr;R为Sm,Gd,Tb,Y)随x的增加,Tp和Tc逐渐降低,ρm和磁电阻值迅速增加,... 基于探讨钙钛矿型锰氧化物磁电阻效应的目的,样品采用固相反应法制备,主要就LaMnO3的A位二元掺杂对磁电阻效应的影响作比较研究,发现(La1-xRx)0.67T0.33MnO3(T为Ca,Sr;R为Sm,Gd,Tb,Y)随x的增加,Tp和Tc逐渐降低,ρm和磁电阻值迅速增加,均可用晶格效应来解释;La0.67Sr0.33-xCuxMnO3(0≤x≤0.33)的Tp随x的增加而下降,室温磁电阻值明显增大还提高了其温度稳定性,是因A位平均离子半径<rA>和A位离子的失配度起主要作用;La0.67(Ba1-xCax)0.33MnO3(x=0,0.40,0.45,0.55,0.60,1.00)的ρ-T变化呈现双峰特性,在0.4 T的磁场下,在77 K^230 K的温区内,磁电阻随T的升高而单调下降,可用晶界效应来解释,在Tc附近出现峰值磁电阻,这种高温磁电阻变化行为可用DE模型及非磁无序来说明;La0.5Ca0.5-xBaxMnO3(0≤x≤0.50)系列样品,当x≥0.14时随x的增加Tp升高,Tp处的峰值电阻逐渐减小,在5 T的磁场下,x≤0.20时磁电阻随T的降低先增大后减小再增大,峰值在Tp附近,x≥0.20时磁电阻随T降低而线性增加,其原因是相邻Mn离子间存在铁磁性和反铁磁性两种效应相互竞争。 展开更多

采用固相反应法制备实验所需的多晶样品,主要探讨LaMnO3的La位分别用不同价阳离子掺杂对输运特性和磁电阻的影响,明确指出La位掺杂是提高和调制钙钛矿型锰氧化物超大磁电阻(CMR)效应的一种有效途径。实验结果表明:La1-xMxMnO3(M为Ag,Na... 采用固相反应法制备实验所需的多晶样品,主要探讨LaMnO3的La位分别用不同价阳离子掺杂对输运特性和磁电阻的影响,明确指出La位掺杂是提高和调制钙钛矿型锰氧化物超大磁电阻(CMR)效应的一种有效途径。实验结果表明:La1-xMxMnO3(M为Ag,Na)多晶样品当0.1<x<0.2时室温磁电阻值最大;La1-xMxMnO3(M为Sr,Ca,Pb等)当x=0.33时体系为最佳导电和CMR态,其本质原因是双交换(DE)作用和Jahn-Teller效应;La1-xMxMnO3(M为Te,Ce,Zr,Sb等)电子掺杂型锰氧化物在发生PM-FM转变的同时伴随半导体-金属的相变,而两个相变温度Tc与Tp非常接近,在Tc附近具有CMR效应,这种现象我们认为可用广义的DE模型来解释。 展开更多

Magnetic properties and magnetic entropy changes of La(Fe_(1-x)Mn_x)_(11.5)Si_(1.5)H_y compounds are investigated. Their Curie temperatures are adjusted to room temperature by partial Mn substitution for Fe and hydrogen absorption in 1-atm(1 atm = 1.01325×10~5Pa) hydrogen gas. Under a field change from 0 T to 2 T, the maximum magnetic entropy change for La(Fe_(0.99)Mn_(0.01))_(11.5)Si_(1.5)H_(1.61)is-11.5 J/kg. The suitable Curie temperature and large value of ?S_m make it an attractive potential candidate for the room temperature magnetic refrigeration application. 展开更多

The ferromagnetic transition temperatures have been measured on two bathes of perovskite manganese oxides such as ( La1-xRx )2/3, Ca1/3 Mn03 ( R = Ce, Pr, Nd, etc.) and Laj/j ( Ca1-y Cdy ) 1/3 MnO3. It is found that the (La1-xRx)2/3Ca1/3MnO3 samples have obviously different Curie temperature Tc although their ( rA) (the average A-site cation radius) are almost identical, and the Tc in the system of (La1-xRx)2/3Ca1/3MnO3 compounds increases with increasing y although ( rA) decreases slightly - It is suggested that the Curie temperature should be influenced by the average local A-site magnetic moment in the ferromagnetic perovskite manganite system. 展开更多

The microstructure, magnetic entropy changes, hysteresis and magnetic properties of La_(0.8)Ce_(0.2)Fe_(11.5)Al_(1.5–x)Si_x(x=0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7) compounds were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and a superconducting quantum interference device magnetometer(SQUID). The results showed that all the compounds presented cubic Na Zn13-type structure. Their Curie temperatures changed complicatedly with decreasing Al content due to changes of antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic interaction. Under a field change from 0 to 2 T, the maximum magnetic entropy change for La_(0.8)Ce_(0.2)Fe_(11.5)Al_(1.1)Si_(0.4), La_(0.8)Ce_(0.2)Fe_(11.5)Al_(1.0)Si_(0.5), La_(0.8)Ce_(0.2)Fe_(11.5)Al_(0.9)Si_(0.6) and La_(0.8)Ce_(0.2)Fe_(11.5)Al_(0.8)Si_(0.7) were found to be –9.6, –4.8, –5.8 and –11.7 J/(kg·K), respectively. Moreover, their hysteresis losses were 1.13 J/(kg·K) or less. The large magnetic entropy changed and small hysteresis losses made them potential candidates for practical magnetic refrigeration application. 展开更多
