<strong>Object:</strong> To explore the effect of web-based real-time interactive intervention teaching model on self-efficacy of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) patients. <strong>Method:</str...<strong>Object:</strong> To explore the effect of web-based real-time interactive intervention teaching model on self-efficacy of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) patients. <strong>Method:</strong> Based on the hospital’s antenatal check-up archives from June 2018 to January 2019, patients diagnosed with GDM in the second trimester were randomly divided into the control group (100 cases) and the experimental group (121 cases). Patients in the control group received routine care following the diabetes mellitus one-day outpatient guidance, while patients in the experimental group received social media real-time interactive teaching intervention based on routine care, and accepted a nursing intervention scheme based on knowledge-attitude-practice mode. The knowledge of GDM, self-efficacy and self-management behavior indicators were compared between the two groups.<strong> Results:</strong> After the intervention, the self-efficacy scores, the blood glucose monitoring times and the blood glucose compliance rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (<em>P</em> < 0.05). The post-intervention GDM knowledge scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (<em>P </em>= 0.072). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Web-based real-time interactive intervention teaching model can effectively improve the self-efficacy of GDM patients and promote the formation of healthy behaviors.展开更多

The following aspects were described: one is to combine web application log with web log to extract more information,so web data mining could be used to mine web log for discovering the information that firewall and Information Detection System cannot find. Another approach is to propose an operation module of web site to enhance Web site security. An approach for developing activity model from the user interface model is presented using workflows and functional elements. A methodology is proposed to transform UI into activity diagram. The approach is validated by an experimental setup using Amazon service. However, can these models be applied to the development of Web-based applications as well? In recent years, Web-based applications have become more and more complicated and a lot of efforts have been placed on introducing new technologies such as J2EE, PhP, and .NET, etc., which have been universally accepted as the development technologies for Web-based applications. However, there is no universally accepted process model for the development of Web-based applications. Moreover, shaping the process model for small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which have limited resources, has been relatively neglected. Based on our previous work, this paper presents an expanded lifecycle process model for the development of Web-based applications in SMEs. It consists of three sets of processes, i.e., requirement processes, development processes, and evolution processes. This paper aims to design and implement a web-based medical equipment maintenance system to be used at clinical engineering department, orienting to the improvement of quality and efficiency of technology service so as to meet the 2010 regulations homologated with China's Ministry of Health. Methods: The system adopted three-layer structure based on B/S mode with oracle database and ASP.NET development technologies. Based on risk management and inclusion criteria for maintenance, the software system modules consist of hospital equipment inventory management, personnel information management, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance(PM) and analysis graphical representations.Results: An user friendly web interface was provided for easy and secure access to the system. Medical equipment management activities from log-in to acceptance test to maintenance services were implemented. Conclusion: The application of this system has achieved benefits for the risk management of medical equipment.展开更多

The three-tier web architecture and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) are combined to build the web-based product data management (PDM) system which includes three tiers: the user services tier, the business services tier, and the data services tier. The client service component uses the server-side technology, and Extensible Markup Language (XML) web service which uses SOAP as the communication protocol is chosen as the business service component. To illustrate how to build a web-based PDM system using the proposed architecture, a case PDM system which included three logical tires was built. To use the security and central management features of the database, a stored procedure was recommended in the data services tier. The business object was implemented as an XML web service so that client could use standard internet protocols to communicate with the business object from any platform. In order to satisfy users using all sorts of browser, the server-side technology and Microsoft ASP.NET was used to create the dynamic user interface.展开更多
