目的研究不同类型下肢深静脉血栓(lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,LDVT)形成的危险因素.方法纳入空军军医大学西京医院2008年1月~2018年10月期间收治的LDVT患者435例,据血栓形成类型的差异,从腹部疾病术后LD-VT、骨科创伤后LDV...目的研究不同类型下肢深静脉血栓(lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,LDVT)形成的危险因素.方法纳入空军军医大学西京医院2008年1月~2018年10月期间收治的LDVT患者435例,据血栓形成类型的差异,从腹部疾病术后LD-VT、骨科创伤后LDVT、恶性肿瘤术后LDVT、血管疾病治疗后LDVT 4个角度进行亚组分析,探索不同类型LDVT形成的危险因素.结果单因素分析及Logistic多因素回归分析显示下肢水肿(OR=0.202,95%CCI:0.043~0.948,P=0.043)和糖尿病史(OR=12.615,95%CI:2.374~67.039,P=0.003)为腹部疾病术后LDVT的危险因素.麻醉方式(OR=2.260,95%CI:1.086~4.702;P=0.029)为骨科创伤后LDVT的危险因素.手术史(OR=45.778,95%CI:5.308~394.837,P=0.001)为恶性肿瘤术后LDVT的危险因素.血管疾病LDVT主要与抗凝治疗药物服用(OR=5.984,95%CI:1.070~33.468,P=0.042)有关.结论下肢水肿、糖尿病史是腹部疾病术后LDVT的危险因素,麻醉方式、手术史别为骨科创伤后LDVT以及恶性肿瘤术后LDVT的危险因素,抗凝治疗药物服用是血管疾病治疗后LDVT的危险因素.展开更多
AIM:The current study was to determine the serum/pLasma levels of VEGF,IL-6,malondialdehyde (MDA),nitric oxide (NO),PCT and CRP in gastric carcinoma and correlation with the stages of the disease and accompanying infe...AIM:The current study was to determine the serum/pLasma levels of VEGF,IL-6,malondialdehyde (MDA),nitric oxide (NO),PCT and CRP in gastric carcinoma and correlation with the stages of the disease and accompanying infection. METHODS:We examined the levels of serum VEGF,IL-6, PCT,CRP and plasma MDA,NO in 42 preoperative gastric cancer patients and 23 healthy subjects.There were infection anamneses that had no definite origin in 19 cancer patients. RESULTS:The VEGF levels (mean±SD; pg/mL) were 478.05±178.29 and 473.85±131.24 in gastric cancer patients with and without infection,respectively,and these values were not significantly different (P>0.05).The levels of VEGF, CRP,PCT,It-6,MDA and NO in cancer patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls and the levels of CRP,PCT,It-6,MDA and NO were statistically increased in infection group when compared with non- infection group (P<0.001). CONCLUSION:Although serum VEGF concentrations were increased in gastric cancer,this increase might not be related to infection.CRP,PCT,IL-6,MDA and NO have obvious drawbacks in the diagnosis of infections in cancer patients. These markers may not help to identify infections in the primary evaluation of cancer patients and hence to avoid unnecessary antibiotic treatments as well as hospitalization. According to the results of this study,IL-6,MDA,NO and especially VEGF can be used as useful parameters to diagnose and grade gastric cancer.展开更多

METHODS: From Aug 2001 to Aug 2004, 17 patients with re...AIM: To analyze the local and systemic complications of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for patients with recurrent and metastatic abdominal tumors. METHODS: From Aug 2001 to Aug 2004, 17 patients with recurrent and metastatic abdominal tumors were enrolled in this study. Real-time sonography was taken, and vital signs, liver and kidney function, skin burns, local reactions, and systemic effects were observed and recored before, during, and after HIFU. CT and MR/were also taken before and after HIFU. RESULTS: All 17 patients had skin burns and pain in the treatment region; the next common complication was neurapraxia of the stomach and intestines to variable degrees. The other local and systemic complications were relatively rare. Severe complications were present in two patients; one developed a superior mesenteric artery infarction resulting in necrosis of the entire small intestines, and the other one suffered from a perforation in terminal ileum due to HIFU treatment. CONCLUSION: Although HIFU is a one of noninvasive treatments for the recurrent and metastatic abdominal tumors, there are still some common and severe complications which need serious consideration.展开更多
