Rhytisma Fr.is the type genus of Rhytismataceae(Rhytismatales,Leotiomycetes,Ascomycota).Rhytisma-like species include members of Cryptomyces,Rhytisma and Vladracula.They are parasites on leaves of broadleaf trees and ...Rhytisma Fr.is the type genus of Rhytismataceae(Rhytismatales,Leotiomycetes,Ascomycota).Rhytisma-like species include members of Cryptomyces,Rhytisma and Vladracula.They are parasites on leaves of broadleaf trees and cause tar spot diseases.In this study,a phylogeny based on the large subunit of the ribosomal rRNA gene(nrLSU)and the mitochondrial small subunit(mtSSU)is presented,including sequences of 39 newly collected specimens from East Asia,Europe,and temperate as well as tropical America.Based on analyses of morphology,phylogeny as well as host-specificity and diversification time estimates,the family Rhytismataceae sensu stricto is proposed,and eight genera are accepted in this narrow family,including four novel genera(Densorhytisma,Fanglania,Johnstoniella and Shiqia),the type genus Rhytisma,and the reinstated genera Lophodermina,Placuntium and Xyloma.Lophodermina clusters within the main Rhytisma clade in our analyses,but is divergent in morphological terms,not having large compound stromata.Thirty species are recognized,including seven novel species(Fanglania hubeiensis,F.parasitica,Johnstoniella yunnanensis,Rhytisma japonicum,Rh.taiwanense,Xyloma globosum,and X.shennongjiaense),fifteen new combinations(Densorhytisma anhuiense,D.huangshanense,F.concova,F.himalensis,F.ilicis-integrae,F.ilicis-latifoliae,F.ilicis-pedunculosae,J.lonicerae,Rh.annuliforme,Shiqia menziesii,S.yuexiensis,X.filamentosum,X.maximum,X.muelleri,and X.polare),one new name(J.xylostei),seven known species(Lophodermina melaleuca,Placuntium andromedae,Rhytisma acerinum,Rh.americanum,Rh.punctatum,X.salicinum,and X.umbonatum).In addition,seven immature specimens were studied but not assigned to existing species,herein referred to as Fanglania sp.1,Johnstoniella sp.1,Johnstoniella sp.2,Placuntium sp.1,Placuntium sp.2,Rhytisma sp.1,and Xyloma sp.1.The systematic positions of Cryptomyces maximus,Cr.muelleri and Vladracula annuliformis are re-assigned based on phylogenetic analysis.One Rhytisma-like species from tropical America was segregated f展开更多
Objective: Exploring the intra axonal overloading of calcium ion (Ca 2+ ) in brain diffuse axonal injury (DAI) and the therapeutic effect of calcium antagonist(Nimotop) on DAI. Methods: Fourteen SD rats were ...Objective: Exploring the intra axonal overloading of calcium ion (Ca 2+ ) in brain diffuse axonal injury (DAI) and the therapeutic effect of calcium antagonist(Nimotop) on DAI. Methods: Fourteen SD rats were divided into injury group, treatment group and control group. The DAI model of rats was produced by using a head instant axial rotation device. Tissues from the medulla oblongata of rats were taken 2 24 h post injury and processed for electron microscopic observation by a cytochemical technique for calcium ion. Results: In the injured rats there was evidence of local disruption of myelin sheath,lucent spaces between myelin sheath lamellae, separation of axolemma from the inner layer of myelin sheath, peripheral accumulation of organellae, intra axonal formation of vacuoles and reduction of mitochondria. A large number of fine calcium deposits were seen on the affected myelin sheath. The severity of the myelin sheath lesion was related positively to the number of calcium deposits on it. In the later post injury period the coarse calcium particles appeared within the damaged axon. Neuronal somas and microvascular endotheliums showed a lot of vacuoles and some fine calcium deposits. Many microvilli formed on the luminal aspect of endothelium. In the treatment group myelin sheath tended to be injured locally, and axoplasmic mitochondria were nearly normal in number, structure, and distribution. Few calcium deposits were found in axons. Vacuolization was obviously reduced in neuronal soma and endothelium. Conclusions: In DAI there exists an intra axonal overloading of calcium ion, which is a key factor to the occurrence and development of DAI. Early use of Nimotop can alleviate DAI.展开更多

Methods: By adopting a design of multi-centered randomized controlled trial (RCT), a total of 270 patients with anxiety were randomized into a treatment group and a medication group. The treatment group was intervened by music electric stimulation of points, while the medication group was intervened by oral administration of doxepin. The two groups were evaluated by using Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HAMA) and Chinese revised edition of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS-CR) before and after the intervention. The therapeutic efficacies were also compared. Results: The total effective rate was 93.6% in the treatment group versus 92.3% in the medication group, and the between-group difference was statistically insignificant (P〉O.05). After the treatment, the aggregate scores of HAMA and SAS-CR were significantly changed in both groups (both P〈0.001), and the inter-group differences were statistically insignificant (P〉O.05). Conclusion: Music electric stimulation of points can produce equivalent efficacy in treating anxiety compared to doxepin. Thus, it can be taken as a choice in the treatment of anxiety.展开更多
