黄海生态系统高营养层次生物群落功能群及其主要种类 被引量:42

根据2000年秋季和2001年春季在黄海的两次大面调查,选取生物量占总生物量90%的生物种类为研究对象,分析了黄海生态系统以及3个生态区(冷水团海域、近岸水域和黄海南部水域)春秋两季高营养层次生物群落的功能群组成及其主要种类。结果表... 根据2000年秋季和2001年春季在黄海的两次大面调查,选取生物量占总生物量90%的生物种类为研究对象,分析了黄海生态系统以及3个生态区(冷水团海域、近岸水域和黄海南部水域)春秋两季高营养层次生物群落的功能群组成及其主要种类。结果表明,黄海生态系统高营养层次生物群落包括6个功能群。按生物量排序为:浮游生物食性功能群、底栖动物食性功能群、鱼食性功能群、虾食性功能群、广食性功能群和虾/鱼食性功能群,各功能群营养级范围分别为3.22~3.35、3.30~3.46、4.04~4.50、3.80~4.00、3.38~3.79和4.01。黄海生态系统的主要功能群为浮游生物食性功能群和底栖动物食性功能群,占总生物量的79.6%;主要种类包括13种:小黄鱼、鳀、细巧仿对虾、银鲳、细点圆趾蟹、带鱼、黑鳃梅童、黄鲫、龙头鱼、双斑蟳、细纹狮子鱼、三疣梭子蟹和凤鲚,约占总生物量的70.6%。从不同季节看,春季黄海不同生态区高营养层次的营养级接近,而秋季差别较大,这主要与生物繁殖和索饵群体组成及摄食习性相关。从不同生态区看,黄海冷水团海域高营养层次生物群落以浮游生物食性功能群为主,受季节变化的影响较小,其高营养层次的营养级接近。黄海近岸水域和黄海南部水域高营养层次生物群落功能群组成受季节的影响较大,秋季的营养级均高于春季的营养级。这表明黄海冷水团海域较近岸水域和南部水域稳定,是黄海的一个典型的生态区域。 展开更多

The whitefly Bemisia tabaci has a global distribution and extensive genetic diversity. Recent phylogenetic analyses as well as crossing experiments suggest that B. tabaci is a complex composed of 〉 20 cryptic species, but more crossing studies are required to examine the reproductive compatibility among the putative species and thus further clarify the systematics of this species complex. We conducted crossing experiments and behavioral observations to investigate the reproductive compatibility between the Mediterranean, Asia II 3, and Asia II 1 putative species ofB. tabaci collected from Zhejiang, China. Female progeny were never produced in inter-species crosses, demonstrating a lack of egg fertilization; while 55%-75% females were produced in all the intra-species treatments. Continuous behavioral observations showed that frequent courtship events occurred in both intra-species treatments and inter-putative species crosses. However, copulation events occurred only in the three intra-species treatments with one exception: that one copulation event occurred between Asia II 3 and Mediterranean in the crosses where two cohorts of females and males of different putative species were enclosed together in a small arena but were not allowed access to their intra-specific mates for a long period of time. These data demonstrated complete reproductive isolation between the Mediterranean, Asia II 3, and Asia II 1 putative species, and further showed that the isolation is due to lack of copulation. Demonstration of reproductive isolation between the Mediterranean and two indigenous putative species from China provides further evidence for the existence of cryptic species within the B. tabaci complex. 展开更多

植物能够调整叶片或根系功能性状的变化来适应气候变化,从而形成多样性的环境适应策略。该研究以内蒙古温带草原降水量存在差异的草原群落(较为湿润的多伦草原和较为干旱的正镶白旗草原)为研究对象,分别测定两个草原群落优势种(多伦20... 植物能够调整叶片或根系功能性状的变化来适应气候变化,从而形成多样性的环境适应策略。该研究以内蒙古温带草原降水量存在差异的草原群落(较为湿润的多伦草原和较为干旱的正镶白旗草原)为研究对象,分别测定两个草原群落优势种(多伦20种和正镶白旗13种)和共有种(8种)的根系功能性状(根直径、比根长和根组织密度)和叶片功能性状(叶面积、比叶面积、叶干物质含量、叶碳含量、叶氮含量),分析根叶性状的变异规律及其关系,以探究草种对不同降水环境的适应策略,为不同降水区域草种的选择以及草原经营管理提供理论依据。结果显示:(1)随着降水量的变化,草种的根性状在两个群落间无显著差异,多伦草原植物的比叶面积显著高于正镶白旗草原,而叶干物质含量和叶碳含量则呈相反趋势;两个草原群落的单子叶禾草类植物根直径最小,比根长最大,叶干物质含量最高;单子叶百合科类植物的根组织密度最小,叶干物质含量和叶氮含量最低;双子叶非禾草类植物的根组织密度最大,比叶面积最高而叶面积最低。(2)随降水量的减少,两个群落共有种的叶面积、比叶面积降低,叶干物质含量和叶碳含量增加;其中,羊草、冰草、糙隐子草的直径增加,比根长和根组织密度降低,而猪毛蒿的直径和比根长则呈相反的趋势;糙隐子草、羊草、猪毛蒿的叶氮含量增加,冰草、克氏针茅叶氮含量降低。(3)主成分分析表明,单个草原或综合两个草原的植物根与叶性状几乎不相关。研究表明,单子叶禾草类植物的根系性状在降水变化中差异较为明显,而双子叶非禾草类植物基本没有变化;干旱对植物叶性状的影响大于根性状;在不同降水环境下,草原植物根系存在独特的资源获取方式,根与叶性状对环境变化的适应策略均具有独立性。 展开更多

为研究新疆巴音布鲁克地区不同土壤层次环境因子对新疆假龙胆适生地植物群落物种多样性的影响,为新疆假龙胆物种多样性保护提供理论依据。采用野外样地调查的方法,在新疆假龙胆适生海拔范围内共设置了16个样地进行植物多样性统计分析,... 为研究新疆巴音布鲁克地区不同土壤层次环境因子对新疆假龙胆适生地植物群落物种多样性的影响,为新疆假龙胆物种多样性保护提供理论依据。采用野外样地调查的方法,在新疆假龙胆适生海拔范围内共设置了16个样地进行植物多样性统计分析,共调查到植物72种,隶属22科48属,以豆科和禾本科植物为主。根据样地内各物种重要值的大小将所有采样点的植物群落划分为5类。通过单因素方差分析和RDA分析,对植物群落多样性指数与土壤环境因子间的关系进行了分析,结果表明:物种多样性指数与土壤环境因子之间具有显著的相关关系,其中土壤全磷、全氮、总盐是影响物种多样性的主导因素。对植物群落多样性指数与土壤不同层次理化指标的进一步分析表明:影响植物群落物种多样性极显著的环境因子是0~20cm土层的全磷,其次分别是0~10cm土层的全钾和30~50cm土层的总盐和pH值。 展开更多

扩展UNIQUAC方程是求弱电解质体系液相活度系数的有效方法。基于该方法,将“物种群”的概念引入扩展UNIQUAC方程中用于求解NH3-CO2-H2O-urea体系的液相活度系数,以“物种群”间的交互作用参数代替实际物种间的交互作用参数, 从而减少参... 扩展UNIQUAC方程是求弱电解质体系液相活度系数的有效方法。基于该方法,将“物种群”的概念引入扩展UNIQUAC方程中用于求解NH3-CO2-H2O-urea体系的液相活度系数,以“物种群”间的交互作用参数代替实际物种间的交互作用参数, 从而减少参数个数,简化了模型,该方法为求解多组分易挥发弱电解体系的汽液相平衡提供了一种新的方法。对尿素流程中低压范围的NH3-CO2-H2O-urea体系的汽液平衡进行了模拟计算,并同实际数据进行了比较。模型计算所得平衡气相压力值与实验值的平均相对误差为12.36%,优于Isla原模型计算的相对误差值(15.95%)。采用该模型对汽提液进行闪蒸计算,结果同设计数据吻合较好。 展开更多

Reservoirs are important artificial ecosystems that modify the hydrological and ecological characteristics of a river. Knowledge of the basic characteristics of fish assemblages in reservoirs is a first step toward the development of effective conservation policies. We used the information collected over a 10-year period (2006-2015) to assess the structure of the fish assemblages in the Three Gorge Reservoir (TGR) in a river-dam gradient. Three fish zones were detected in TGR. Species richness was the highest in the upper zone and lowest in the lower zone. The riverine zones were dominated by rheophilic species Coreius guichenoti and Pelteobagrus vachelli. The transitional zones were dominated by Coreius heterodon and Rhinogobio cylindricus. The lacustrine zones were dominated by eurytopic species Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, Aristichthys nobilis, Hemiculter bleekeri and Cyprinus carpio. For the functional characteristics, fish assemblages in riverine and transitional zones were dominated by insectivorous species, equilibrium strategists and rheophilic species (e.g., Coreius heterodon and Coreius guichenoti). In lacustrine zones, the fish assemblage was dominated by habitat generalists common to lakes and reservoirs (e.g., Hemiculter bleekeri, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, Aristichthys nobilis). Moreover, 18 exotic species (e.g., Protosalanx hyalocranius, Ictalurus punctatus, Megalobrama amblycephala, Tilapia) were collected in TGR, most of which only existed in the lacustrine zone. The results highlight the importance of freely flowing riverine reaches for conserving native fish in the upper Changjiang River and adaptive management strategies for fisheries in TGR. 展开更多

In the present study, we investigated the effect of hillslope gradient on vegetation recovery on abandoned land of shifting cultivation In Hainan Island, south China, by measuring community composition and structure of 25-year-old secondary forest fallows along a hillslope gradient (up-, middle-, and down-slope position). A total of 49 733 free-standing woody plant stems higher than 10 cm and belonging to 170 species, 112 genera, and 57 families was found in the three l-hm2 investigation plots. Stem density was highest in the down-slope stand and lowest in the up-slope stand. Species richness and the Shannon-Wiener Index were both highest in the middle-slope stand, and lower In the down-slope and up-slope stands. The recovery forest fallows on different hiUslope positions were all dominated by a few species. The five most abundant species accounted for 70.1%, 58.8%, and 72.9% of total stem densities in stands in the up-, middle-, and down-slope positions, respectively. The five species with the greatest basal areas accounted for 74.5%, 84.3%, and 74.7% of total stem basal area for the up-, middle-, and down-slope positions, respectively. The number of low-density species (stem abundance less than five) Increased from the up-slope position downward. Of the nine local common species among three different functional groups, the short-lived pioneer species dominated the up-slope position, but long-lived pioneer species dominated the middle- and down-slope positions. The climax species of primary tropical lowland rain forest was found in the downslope position. Both the mean diameter at breast height (DBH) and mean height of the trees Increased with decreasing hillslope gradient. The stem density and basal area in different size classes were significantly different in stands In different slope positions. Our results indicated that the rate of secondary succession varies, even over small spatial scales caused by the hlllslope gradient, in early vegetation recovery. 展开更多

A total of 260 taxa was observed, of which Chlorophyta (106 taxa) contributed the highest portion of the total number of taxa, followed by Bacillariophyta (82 taxa) and Cyanophyta (32 taxa). The total standing crop measured by means of chlorophyll a content, cell density, and cell biovolume, as well as the abundance of the dominant species, declined in the order of Station I to Station IV. Seasonal changes of the standing crop varied greatly among the four stations. Although the cell density at the four stations showed a single peak within a year, the peak density varied from July to November, dependent on the sampling year and the station. For chlorophyll a content and cell biovolume, multiple peaks were observed at Stations I and II, but a single peak was found at Stations III and IV. The phytoplankton community structure indicated that the trophic status was the highest at Station I (most eutrophic), followed by Station II; Stations III and IV were the least trophic areas. The long-term changes in phytoplankton community structure further suggested that changes in phytoplankton community structure were correlated with water quality, and eutrophication of Donghu Lake had been aggravated since the 1950s. 展开更多

【目的】明确新疆伊犁河谷地区的生物多样性组成、空间分布和保护现状,为该地区的生物多样性保护和管理提供参考依据。【方法】基于文献资料的收集和查阅,以伊犁河谷分布的主要野生生物类群(包括维管植物、苔藓、地衣、大型真菌、昆虫... 【目的】明确新疆伊犁河谷地区的生物多样性组成、空间分布和保护现状,为该地区的生物多样性保护和管理提供参考依据。【方法】基于文献资料的收集和查阅,以伊犁河谷分布的主要野生生物类群(包括维管植物、苔藓、地衣、大型真菌、昆虫、脊椎动物)为研究对象,整理了该地区生物物种名录及其县级地理空间分布数据,并基于此统计了该地区主要生物类群的数量组成特征及保护物种数量特征,分析了该地区物种多样性及县域保护优先等级的空间分布格局。【结果】1)该地区分布的主要野生生物共计3945种,隶属于445科1627属。其中,维管植物数量最多,占统计物种总数的52.7%;2)6类生物科级组成中均以寡型科数量占比最多,单型科次之,大、中型科最少。各类群中,大、中型科包含的属和种的数量占比较高;3)不同类群的物种多样性存在明显的空间差异。县域水平物种多样性不一致,伊宁县物种组成最丰富,包含了该地区74.8%的物种;4)该地区保护物种共计294种,占统计物种总数的7.5%。类群保护空缺较大,尤其是地衣、大型真菌、苔藓和昆虫。空间保护空缺以尼勒克县和昭苏县最为突出。【结论】伊犁河谷是新疆生物多样性分布的核心地区,关于开展该地区生物多样性保护工作,建议:1)将该地区列为新疆维吾尔自治区生物多样性保护重点关注地区;2)在生物类群保护层面,优先加强对地衣、大型真菌、苔藓和昆虫的关注力度;3)在县域空间层面,优先关注尼勒克县和昭苏县。 展开更多

Aims Long-term heavy grazing reduces plant diversity and ecosystem function by intensifying nitrogen(N)and water limitation.In contrast,the absence of biomass removal can cause species loss by elevating light competition and weakening community stability,which is exacerbated by N and water enrichment.Hence,how to maintain species diversity and community stability is still a huge challenge for sustainable management of worldwide grasslands.Methods We conducted a 4-year manipulated experiment in six long-term grazing blocks to explore combination of resource additions and biomass removal(increased water,N and light availability)on species richness and community stability in semiarid grasslands of Inner Mongolia,China.Important Findings In all blocks treated with the combination of resource additions and biomass removal,primary productivity increased and species richness and community stability were maintained over 4 years of experiment.At both species and plant functional group(PFG)levels,the aboveground biomass of treated plants remained temporally stable in treatments with the combination of N and/or water addition and biomass removal.The maintenance of species richness was primarily caused by the biomass removal,which could increase the amount of light exposure for grasses under resource enrichment.Both species asynchrony and stability of PFGs contributed to the high temporal stability observed in these communities.Our results indicate that management practices of combined resource enrichment with biomass removal,such as grazing or mowing,could not only enhance primary productivity but also maintain plant species diversity,species asynchrony and community stability.Furthermore,as overgrazing-induced degradation and resource enrichment-induced biodiversity loss continue to be major problems worldwide,our findings have important implications for adaptive management in semiarid grasslands and beyond. 展开更多

Although the relationship between invasive alien species (IAS) and plant community structure has attracted considerable interest, the impacts of IAS on abundance and diversity of resident plant communities in species rich-ecosystems, such as tropical wetlands are poorly understood. Consequently, this has impeded development of improved management strategies and successful restoration of invaded tropical wetlands. Therefore, data on vegetation were collected from 60 plots of 20 × 50 m to study the impacts of alien invasive grass Echinochloa colona (L.) Link abundance on plant community abundance, richness, evenness and diversity of resident plant species within grasslands of the Kilombero Valley wetland, Tanzania. Moreover, the impacts of abundance of E. colona on plant functional groups (i.e. graminoids, forbs and shrubs) richness were also explored. Generalized linear models showed that community richness, evenness, diversity and abundance of resident species were negatively related to the E. colona abundance. There was a negative relationship between richness of graminoids and shrubs and the abundance of E. colona. Similarly, the abundance of graminoids, forbs and shrubs is related negatively to the abundance of E. colona. Given that most of the community and functional group attributes of resident plants is related negatively to E. colona abundance, improved management strategies should be developed to minimize the abundance and further spread of E. colona to restore and conserve wetland biodiversity. 展开更多

Their structures and ecological functions are complex to understand. Functional group is defined as a group of species that play similar roles in an ecosystem. The functional group approach has been regarded as an effective way of linking the compositions of complex ecosystems with their ecological functions. To understand the variation of functional groups in species-rich ecosystems after disturbance, the present study investigated the spatial pattern and temporal dynamics of woody plants in a typically fragmented natural forest landscape of Hainan Island in South China. The study area was classified into eight landscape types based on vegetation type, disturbance manner and the time of recovery. The woody plant species were aggregated into seven functional groups based on the growth form, successional status and plant size. The results gained from the present study showed that all functional groups, except for the emergent and canopy tree species, were present in all eight landscape types. Each landscape type had different numbers of dominant functional groups. There are similar species richness and stem abundance structure among functional groups between mid-successional clear cut lowland rainforest and old growth tropical coniferous forest. This similarity exists in selective logged lowland rainforest and old-growth lowland rainforest, as well as among landscape types of montane rainforest. The functional groups with the same successional status had similar patterns of species richness and stem abundance ratios among different landscape types. The variation patterns of functional groups along the successional stages in terms of species richness and stem abundance among the tropical lowland rainforest landscape types were more similar to each other than those in the tropical montane rainforest landscape types.
