The erosion of splashed slag layer was studied by mesns of a method of eroding sample in slag.The results show that the erosion of splashed slag layer is very light in early slag and severe in final slag by melting me...The erosion of splashed slag layer was studied by mesns of a method of eroding sample in slag.The results show that the erosion of splashed slag layer is very light in early slag and severe in final slag by melting mechanism.The factors affecting erosion of the layer are FeO x , R (CaO/SiO 2) as well as MgO in slag.The most important factor is the content of FeO x .The solid/liquid ratio,the solidus temperature of RO phase can be increased and C 2F content in slag can be decreased by adjusting FeO x , R and MgO for decreased of layer erosion.展开更多
