Pax ex Pax et (Hoffm)]的干燥块根。是中国药典收载的常用中药之一,有“益气健脾,生津润肺”的功效。关于它的挥发性成分国内外文献中未见报道,我们在研究太子参脂溶性成分和水溶性成分的基础上,现利用IR光谱法及气质联用(GC-MS)法从太子参的挥发油中分析鉴定了12个化合物,现简报如下。1 实验部分1.1 材料与挥发油的制备1.1.1 实验药材系购于沈阳市药材仓库、原产地为江苏省徐州地区,经品种鉴定. 1.1.2 挥发油的提取与制备取生药100g(20目),加入500ml水,浸泡4h,用中国药典附录记载的挥发油测定器(采用乙醚代替二甲苯)做吸收溶剂,乙醚用量为5ml/次,回流提取6h,重复投料5次,合并醚提取液,回收溶媒收得总挥发油(含有乙醚微量)共6.2ml(总油),总油放冰箱(零上5℃左右),五天析出微量结晶(A)共15mg.总挥发油进行GC-MS分析鉴定,结晶(A)展开更多
