With the help of cyclic voltammogram and UV-VIS spectrogram, we discussed the mechanism of the polarographic catalytic wave. Additionally, the new method to detect vitamine B2 was established, with the linear range of 4.0×10-7mol/L~8.0×10-5 mol/L and the detection limit of 1.5×10-7 mol/L. Further more, the new method was applied to detect vitamine B2 in tablet with satisfactory results.展开更多
