目的:分析双胎新生儿与其孕母血清骨代谢生化指标的相关性。方法:回顾性收集2018年1月1日至2022年6月30日内蒙古医科大学附属医院新生儿科收治的轻症双胎新生儿及其孕母相关资料,包括孕母分娩前1个月内和新生儿生后3 d内血清骨代谢生化...目的:分析双胎新生儿与其孕母血清骨代谢生化指标的相关性。方法:回顾性收集2018年1月1日至2022年6月30日内蒙古医科大学附属医院新生儿科收治的轻症双胎新生儿及其孕母相关资料,包括孕母分娩前1个月内和新生儿生后3 d内血清骨代谢生化指标结果,将新生儿按胎龄、出生体重、出生体重与胎龄的关系、出生季节及性别分组,并按孕母年龄、民族、分娩前体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、孕期BMI增幅、产次及绒毛膜性质分组,分析新生儿与孕母血清骨代谢生化指标的相关性。结果:共纳入302对轻症双胎新生儿。孕母及其新生儿血清25-(OH)D_(3)不足或缺乏比例分别为97.4%和87.7%;孕母血磷(r=0.262,P<0.001)、25-(OH)D_(3)水平(r=0.239,P=0.002)与大婴(双胎中出生体重较大者)血磷及25-(OH)D_(3)水平呈正相关。血清25-(OH)D_(3)水平在不同性别、出生体重与胎龄的关系、出生季节、孕母年龄、民族、绒毛膜性质、分娩前BMI、孕期BMI增幅组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);新生儿血清25-(OH)D_(3)水平与新生儿出生体重、母亲分娩前血清25-(OH)D_(3)水平呈正相关,与产次呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:多数双胎妊娠孕母及其新生儿血清25-(OH)D_(3)水平不足或缺乏,新生儿与其孕母血磷、血清25-(OH)D_(3)存在相关性,出生体重越低、母亲产次越多、母亲分娩前血清25-(OH)D_(3)水平越低,新生儿血清25-(OH)D_(3)水平越低。展开更多
In the current context of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization, land consolidation in the construction of the constant pursuit of ecological design, to achieve sustainable use of land resou...In the current context of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization, land consolidation in the construction of the constant pursuit of ecological design, to achieve sustainable use of land resources, China has made great progress in ecological land consolidation. In this paper, through the comparison of flow design and cross section design of agricultural canal design in ecological land remediation and traditional land remediation, the characteristic design of some agricultural canals in ecological land remediation was introduced, and the ecological, social and economic benefits of two land remediation methods were systematically analyzed. The analysis shows that ecological agricultural canals play a great role in protecting biodiversity, alleviating the contradiction between people and land, saving energy, purifying water resources and improving land quality, the research result has provided the basis and the model for the land consolidation in carrying on the ecology type ditch design.展开更多

The division of expropriated area is the primary factor to be considered when evaluating the comprehensive land price of expropriated area. Reasonable division can help to improve the scientific and applicability of the comprehensive land price of the region. How to maximize the protection of farmers’ rights and interests by the division of land requisition is an urgent problem to be solved. Taking Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County as an example, this study adopted the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the division of land requisition in this area, and carried out the corresponding spatial analysis and data processing based on GIS technology. Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County was divided into levy areas, and the Delphi method was used to screen the impact factors and determine the weight of the levy areas. Reasonable division of land requisition area can provide references for land requisition area, make it more scientific and reasonable, and protect the rights and interests of farmers.展开更多

The damage of rock joints or fractures upon shear includes the surface damage occurring at the contact asperities and the damage beneath the shear surface within the host rock.The latter is commonly known as off-fault...The damage of rock joints or fractures upon shear includes the surface damage occurring at the contact asperities and the damage beneath the shear surface within the host rock.The latter is commonly known as off-fault damage and has been much less investigated than the surface damage.The main contribution of this study is to compare the results of direct shear tests conducted on saw-cut planar joints and tension-induced rough granite joints under normal stresses ranging from 1 MPa to 50 MPa.The shear-induced off-fault damages are quantified and compared with the optical microscope observation.Our results clearly show that the planar joints slip stably under all the normal stresses except under 50 MPa,where some local fractures and regular stick-slip occur towards the end of the test.Both post-peak stress drop and stick-slip occur for all the rough joints.The residual shear strength envelopes for the rough joints and the peak shear strength envelope for the planar joints almost overlap.The root mean square(RMS)of asperity height for the rough joints decreases while it increases for the planar joint after shear,and a larger normal stress usually leads to a more significant decrease or increase in RMS.Besides,the extent of off-fault damage(or damage zone)increases with normal stress for both planar and rough joints,and it is restricted to a very thin layer with limited micro-cracks beneath the planar joint surface.In comparison,the thickness of the damage zone for the rough joints is about an order of magnitude larger than that of the planar joints,and the coalesced micro-cracks are generally inclined to the shear direction with acute angles.The findings obtained in this study contribute to a better understanding on the frictional behavior and damage characteristics of rock joints or fractures with different roughness.展开更多
