The application of intelligent disinfection robot in designated non-negative pressure isolation ward during the outbreak in novel coronavirus pneumonia. The construction and competition, disinfection mode of intelligent disinfection robot, the setting of disinfection point built on area and number of isolation ward, can be introduced below. Frequency can realize remote control when staff uses a table to give instruction and set disinfection mode, and then the intelligent disinfection robot returns automatically to the charging pile to charge when the instruction is completed. It can also autonomously move to sterilize without human participation, which makes man-machine separation and accurate disinfection come true. The chance of contact infection and exposure is decreased when an intelligent disinfection robot is used to sterilize the environment and object surface in an isolation ward, which can also reduce occupational exposure, achieve occupational protection of medical workers and ensure there is no hospital infection. 展开更多

Our country has come to a crucial stage of “external defense input, internal defense rebound” and strict quarantine measures are taken in all ports of entry throughout the country. Operations on patients with cervical spine during the quarantine, which not only increases the risk of surgical treatment, but also increases the difficulty of perioperative nursing. The objective is to explore the result of application of the modality of multiple disciplinary team for a perioperative patient with suspected novel coronavirus pneumonia and cervical spine fracture in nursing. The patient’s condition and nursing measures are studied and discussed from various specialist angle through the multidisciplinary team established by the isolation ward, orthopedics department, emergency department, anesthesiology department, operating room, rehabilitation department, psychology department and so on, and the overall and personalized surgical and nursing planning is formed through interdisciplinary advice. As outposts for surveillance of public health events, hospitals are an important front in the fight against the epidemic. Therefore, it is very crucial to construct infection prevention and control system actively to contain the outbreak. Establishment of the Effectiveness of Follow-Up Protocols for Patients under COVID-19 Epidemic

<strong>Objectives:</strong> To control the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) epidemic, it is meaningful to improve the home quarantine ability and home-quarantine compliancy of patients released from medica... <strong>Objectives:</strong> To control the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) epidemic, it is meaningful to improve the home quarantine ability and home-quarantine compliancy of patients released from medical isolation, and to prevent cross-contamination. This study aimed to up protocols for COVID-19 patients released from medical isolation. <strong>Methods:</strong> A total of 35 patients discharged from the isolation ward of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Sun Yat-sen University from January 22, 2020 to February 18, 2020 were included. The patients received health education through discharge preparation, education leaflets and videos. The patients were followed up on the 2nd, 7th and 14th day after discharge through WeChat and phone call. On the 2nd and 14th day after discharge, the patients completed the knowledge assessment, self-perceived burden survey and satisfaction survey using a self-made home quarantine knowledge paper. <strong>Results:</strong> There were statistical differences in the knowledge and understanding of home quarantine and self-perceived burden between the 2nd day and 14th day after home quarantine (P < 0.05). The completion rate of home quarantine was 94.3%, and the satisfaction rate was 96.7%. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> By improving the discharge preparation, conducting in-time follow-up after discharge via WeChat and phone call, and performing multi-channel health education, the follow-up researchers could help the patients perform a more effective home quarantine, which could effectively prevent the spread of COVID-19 epidemic. 展开更多

目的 比较微型指骨外固定支架与微型钢板治疗掌骨头关节内骨折的临床效果,为临床选择手术方案提供理论依据.方法 选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的74例掌骨头关节内骨折患者作为研究对象,均为闭合性骨折,根据治疗方法的不同分为外固... 目的 比较微型指骨外固定支架与微型钢板治疗掌骨头关节内骨折的临床效果,为临床选择手术方案提供理论依据.方法 选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的74例掌骨头关节内骨折患者作为研究对象,均为闭合性骨折,根据治疗方法的不同分为外固定支架组和微型钢板组,每组37例,分别采用微型指骨外固定支架和微型AO钢板治疗,比较两组术中一般情况;术后随访6个月~1年,比较两组掌指关节功能,骨折愈合情况和不良反应发生率.结果 外固定架组术后6个月、1年优良率分别为91.9%(34/37)、97.3%(36/37),微型钢板组术后6个月、1年优良率分别为73.0%(27/37)、81.2%(30/37),外固定架组显著高于微型钢板组,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为7.120、7.062,P〈0.05);外固定架组并发症总发生率为2.7%(1/37),显著低于微型钢板组的24.3%(9/37),差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);外固定架组平均骨折愈合时间为(2.6±0.4)个月,显著低于微型钢板组的(3.1±0.7)个月,差异有统计学意义(t=2.40,P〈0.001).结论 外固定支架在掌骨头骨折的治疗中,创伤小,可跨关节固定,同时维持很好的固定强度,促进骨折愈合和掌指关节功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用. 展开更多

<strong>Objective:</strong> To explore the application of intelligent equipment in non-negative pressure isolation ward for COVID-2019 patients. <strong>Method:</strong> From February 1 to Marc... <strong>Objective:</strong> To explore the application of intelligent equipment in non-negative pressure isolation ward for COVID-2019 patients. <strong>Method:</strong> From February 1 to March 17, 2020, intelligent equipment, such as communication interaction system, intelligent disinfection robot, delivering robot, were used in non- negative pressure isolation ward of COVID-2019. With the help of communication interaction system to supervise the implementation of infection prevention and control, and observe the incorrect situation of pee use and personal behavior before and after the implementation. The disinfection robot and meal delivery robot were used in ward disinfection and life nursing combined with nursing practice. <strong>Result:</strong> Through the supervision of communication interaction system, the frequency of pee use and personal behavior was reduced. The frequency of bad articles before and after improvement was wearing protective clothing (2.80%/0.84%), taking off protective clothing (5.87%/0.84%), personal behavior observation (8.38%/1.90%), P < 0.01. The robot disinfected and delivered medicine for 912.5 h, saving 225 shifts of nursing staff. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Intelligent equipment is a good option for infection control in isolation ward of COVID-2019. It can not only reduce the workload of health workers, but also the cross-infection. 展开更多

目的探讨不同透析模式下(间歇性与连续性)对终末期肾病合并脑出血患者的血流动力学的影响。方法选择2010-01—2016-12至我院血液净化中心治疗的明确诊断为终末期肾病合并脑出血患者36例,随机分为间歇性透析组与连续性透析组,分别进行透... 目的探讨不同透析模式下(间歇性与连续性)对终末期肾病合并脑出血患者的血流动力学的影响。方法选择2010-01—2016-12至我院血液净化中心治疗的明确诊断为终末期肾病合并脑出血患者36例,随机分为间歇性透析组与连续性透析组,分别进行透析治疗,比较透析期间患者的心脏指数、每搏量等血流动力学指标,颅内压的变化及血管活性肽、氧化及炎症因子变化情况。结果透析前通过神经功能评估结果显示,2组脑损伤程度及临床表现无显著性差异;两种透析模式下患者的平均血压无显著性差异;透析期间间歇性透析与连续性透析的心脏输出增加分别为(5.2±1.8)%、(4.9±1.2)%,心脏指数分别为(3.2±1.4)%、(2.6±1.3)%。不同透析模式下未观察到每搏量与每搏量指数的显著差异,然而接受间歇性透析患者的每搏量变异显著高于连续性透析组(P=0.028);透析后3h出现平均颅内压水平显著增加,患者神经损害临床症状随之加重,间断性透析患者尤其明显;血清内皮素-1水平在连续性透析后显著升高(P=0.015),但未见于间歇性透析组患者。结论对于终末期肾病合并脑出血患者,使用间歇性及连续性血液透析对血流动力学的影响无显著性差异;连续性透析能够显著增加血管活性肽的水平,流体反应性较低,间歇性透析具备有效清除小分子毒素的优势。 展开更多
