Organic solar cells have attracted academic and industrial interests due to the advantages like lightweight,flexibility and roll-to-roll fabrication.Nowadays,18%power conversion efficiency has been achieved in the state-of-the-art organic solar cells.The recent rapid progress in organic solar cells relies on the continuously emerging new materials and device fabrication technologies,and the deep understanding on film morphology,molecular packing and device physics.Donor and acceptor materials are the key materials for organic solar cells since they determine the device performance.The past 25 years have witnessed an odyssey in developing high-performance donors and acceptors.In this review,we focus on those star materials and milestone work,and introduce the molecular structure evolution of key materials.These key materials include homopolymer donors,D-A copolymer donors,A-D-A small molecular donors,fullerene acceptors and nonfullerene acceptors.At last,we outlook the challenges and very important directions in key materials development. 展开更多

For the application of carbon capture by membrane process,it is crucial to develop a highly permeable CO_(2)-selective membrane.In this work,we reported an ultra-thin polyether-block-amide(Pebax)mixedmatrix membranes(MMMs)incorporated by graphene oxide(GO),in which the interlayer channels were regulated to optimize the CO_(2)/N_(2) separation performance.Various membrane preparation conditions were systematically investigated on the influence of the membrane structure and separation performance,including the lateral size of GO nanosheets,GO loading,thermal reduction temperature,and time.The results demonstrated that the precisely regulated interlayer channel of GO nanosheets can rapidly provide CO_(2)-selective transport channels due to the synergetic effects of size sieving and preferential adsorption.The GO/Pebax ultra-thin MMMs exhibited CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivity of 72 and CO_(2) permeance of 400 GPU(1 GPU=106 cm^(3)(STP)·cm^(2)·s^(-1)·cmHg^(-1)),providing a promising candidate for CO_(2) capture. 展开更多

Bandgap-graded materials present varying spectral responses at different positions,making them possible to be used as an alternative to photoactive materials array in multi-spectral responsive devices,thus miniaturizing the apparatus.However,the preparation of bandgap-graded materials usually requires complicated deposition process.Here we report a facile lowtemperature solution process to make films with lateral bandgap gradients,which form spontaneously via self-spreading and interdiffusion of solutions.We show lead halide perovskite films with MAPbCl_(3)-MAPbBr_(3)and MAPbBr_(3)-MAPbI_(3)gradients,which exhibit light absorption onsets ranging from 410 to 781 nm.The bandgap-graded films were used to make self-powered multiband photodetectors,which show different spectral responses at different positions without applying bias voltage.Furthermore,self-powered spectrometers were made by using the multiband photodetectors. 展开更多

A novel sensitive electrochemical immunoassay with colloidal gold as the antibody labeling tag and subsequent signal amplification by silver enhancement is described. Colloidal gold was treated by a light-sensitive silver enhancement system which made silver deposit on the surface of colloidal gold(form Au/Ag core-shell structure), followed by the release of the metallic silver atoms anchored on the antibody by oxidative dissolution of them in an acidic solution and the indirect determination of the dissolved Ag + ions by anodic stripping voltammetry(ASV) at a carbon fiber microelectrode. The electrochemical signal is directly proportional to the amount of analyte(goat IgG) in the standard or a sample. The method was evaluated by means of a noncompetitive heterogeneous immunoassay of immunoglobulin G(IgG) with a concentration as low as 0.2 ng/mL. The high performance of the method is related to the sensitive ASV determination of silver(Ⅰ) at a carbon fiber microelectrode and to the release of a large number of Ag + ions from each silver shell anchored on the analyte(goat IgG). 展开更多

In order to enhance the targeted delivery of anticancer drugs by polymeric micelles, folic acid(FA), the ligand of folate receptor(FR) over-expressed in the most cancer cells, modified p H-sensitive polymeric micelles were designed and fabricated to encapsulate doxorubicin(DOX) by combination of p H-sensitive amphiphilic polymer poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline)-poly(D,L-lactide) with FA-conjugated poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline)-poly(D,L-lactide). The prepared micelles were characterized to have about 36 nm in diameter with narrow distribution, well-defined spherical shape observed under TEM and p H-responsive drug release behavior. Moreover, the tumor targeting ability of the FA-modified p H-sensitive polymeric micelles was demonstrated by the cellular uptake, in vitro cytotoxicity to FR-positive KB cells and in vivo real time near-infrared fluorescence imaging in KB tumor-bearing nude mice. The efficient drug delivery by the micelles was ascribed to the synergistic effects of FR-mediated targeting and p H-triggered drug release. In conclusion, the designed FR-targeted p H-sensitive polymeric micelles might be of great potential in tumor targeted delivery of water-insoluble anticancer drugs. 展开更多

In recent years,all-inorganic perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted tremendous interest due to their excellent thermal stability[1-3].Unlike organic-inorganic halide perovskites,whose organic component is volatile at temperatures higher than 2000C,all-inorganic perovskites can tolerate temperatures over 400℃without deterioration[4].However,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)for all-inorganic PSCs is much lower than that of organic-inorganic halide PSCs mainly due to its wider bandgap,which leads to limited light absorption and low short-circuit current density(Jsc).At present,the most studied all-inorganic perovskites are CsPbI3 and CsPbI2Br.Partly replacing I with Br can decrease the preparation temperature,but the bandgap will increase[5,6].To improve the performance of inorganic PSCs,many researches focused on crystallinity control and interfacial engineering[7-10].Few works were done to broaden the photoresponse to improve Jsc,thus improving the PCE.Developing tandem or integrated solar cells is an effective approach to make full use of sunlight[11,12].For tandem solar cells,the preparation process is very complicated. 展开更多

利用裂缝前缘光纤应变进行裂缝参数的准确高效解释,是目前邻井光纤应变技术实现大规模推广应用的关键。基于三维位移不连续边界元建立光纤应变计算方法,并构建了基于裂缝前缘光纤应变的裂缝参数反演模型;基于光纤应变模型,计算分析了裂... 利用裂缝前缘光纤应变进行裂缝参数的准确高效解释,是目前邻井光纤应变技术实现大规模推广应用的关键。基于三维位移不连续边界元建立光纤应变计算方法,并构建了基于裂缝前缘光纤应变的裂缝参数反演模型;基于光纤应变模型,计算分析了裂缝前缘光纤应变分布随裂缝参数的变化特征,建立了峰值应变及零应变位置与裂缝参数的关系式;以裂缝前缘光纤应变的正演结果为人工合成监测数据,论证了裂缝前缘光纤应变反演裂缝参数的可行性;利用北美地区水力压裂试验场光纤应变监测结果,进行了基于裂缝前缘光纤应变的实际井裂缝参数解释。研究结果表明:①裂缝前缘的光纤应变与裂缝长度、高度和宽度分布均相关,对缝长最为敏感;②零应变位置对缝高较为敏感,而峰值应变位置对缝高不敏感,通过峰值应变位置可对缝长进行快速解释;③内点法可有效求解该反演问题,计算效率高,适合工程应用;④基于裂缝前缘的邻井光纤应变可有效解释缝长变化,而缝高、缝宽及缝宽分布具有较强多解性。 展开更多
