This paper proposes a forecasting method for grinding state identification based on bivarition empirical mode decomposition(BEMD) and least squares support vector machine(LSSVM), which allows the monitoring of grinding chatter over time. BEMD is a promising technique in signal processing research which involves the decomposition of two?dimen?sional signals into a series of bivarition intrinsic mode functions(BIMFs). BEMD and the extraction criterion of its true BIMFs are investigated by processing a complex?value simulation chatter signal. Then the feature vectors which are employed as an amplification for the chatter premonition are discussed. Furthermore, the methodology is tested and validated by experimental data collected from a CNC guideway grinder KD4020 X16 in Hangzhou Hangji Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The results illustrate that the BEMD is a superior method in terms of processing non?stationary and nonlinear signals. Meanwhile, the peak to peak, real?time standard deviation and instantaneous energy are proven to be e ec?tive feature vectors which reflect the di erent grinding states. Finally, a LSSVM model is established for grinding status classification based on feature vectors, giving a prediction accuracy rate of 96%.展开更多

Methods: MEDLINE, E...Objective: The purpose of this meta-analysis is to determine whether plating or intramedullary nailing(IMN) for adult diaphyseal both-bone forearm fractures(BBFF) provides better clinical outcomes. Methods: MEDLINE, EMBASE, Google Scholar and The Cochrane Library were comprehensively searched until July 31, 2016.Both retrospective study and prospective trails about comparison of dual IMN or hybrid fixation versus dual plating fixation in the treatment of adult diaphyseal BBFF were included. Using Rev Man5.3 software, data of functional recovery, the union time,operating time and complication was extracted for meta-analysis. Results: The pooled analysis showed similar results in the union time, functional recovery and the rates of complications, but showed a significant difference in operating time. Conclusion: This meta-analysis demonstrates similar radiographic outcomes, functional outcomes and complications with plates or IMN used in the treatment of adult diaphyseal BBFF. IMN fixation for these fractures seems to be an alternative and effective treatment with shorter operating times and minimally invasive.展开更多
Background:Acupuncture has been recommended as a nonpharmacological intervention for managing cancer-related symptoms.However,there are few bibliometric analysis-based studies concerning the overall trends and charact...Background:Acupuncture has been recommended as a nonpharmacological intervention for managing cancer-related symptoms.However,there are few bibliometric analysis-based studies concerning the overall trends and characteristics in acupuncture therapy for cancer management.This study aims to summarize the status and bibliometric characteristics of acupuncture as an intervention for cancer-related symptoms.Methods:All clinical research papers on acupuncture for the management of cancer-related symptoms published up to October 1,2020 were collected from the PubMed and Web of Science databases.Data on the included studies were extracted to reflect the following items:publication year,journal,country or region,institution,clinical indications,and acupuncture prescriptions.Characteristics were analyzed using bibliometric methods.Results:A total of 226 papers were included.The number of such publications has increased steadily since 2004.The 226 articles were published in 94 English journals,with Integrative Cancer Therapies(18 articles) and Acupuncture in Medicine(14 articles) being the most prolific.The included studies are distributed across 20 countries and regions,among which the top two are the United States of America(68 articles) and China(60 articles).The types of cancer the studies addressed include breast,gastric,head and neck,etc.Acupuncture is mainly employed in the treatment of complications and side effects,among which nausea and vomiting,pain,hot flashes,and fatigue are the most frequently treated cancer-related symptoms.Acupuncture is the most commonly used treatment therapy,and the four most frequently used acupoints used are Neiguan(内关 PC6),Sanyinjiao(三阴交 SP6),Zusanli(足三里 ST36),and Hegu(合 LI4).The specific acupuncture prescription depends on individual patients’ symptoms.Conclusion:Research on acupuncture as an adjunctive therapy for cancer-related symptoms is developing steadily,with results being reported in a growing number of mainstream medical journals.Hence,this field is expect展开更多
