In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST (2017 edition) was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) of Western medication plus Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) preparations.METHODS: This prospective, single-blind, randomized, c...OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) of Western medication plus Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) preparations.METHODS: This prospective, single-blind, randomized, controlled, and multicenter clinical trial began on September 17, 2008, and was completed on June 25, 2011. A total of 340 inpatients, aged 40-79 years, with exacerbating CHF from 10 hospitals were enrolled and randomly allocated within 24 h of admission. The trial included three intervention periods. During hospitalization, the control group received western medication for CHF and the treatment group received Danhong injection with Shenfu injection or Shenmai injection. After discharge,all patients were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsules and Buyiqiangxin tablets or a placebo for 6 months. After the 6-month intervention, both groups received only continuous western medication. The primary endpoint was all-cause mortality.The efficacy assessments were as follows: B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP), Lee's HF score, the 6-minute walking test(6 MWT), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ). The safety assessments were as follows: blood and urine routine examination, hepatic and renal function, electrolytes in blood and adverse events.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed a 30.99% reduction in all-cause mortality and an improved survival rate.The treatment group showed greater improvement in 6 MWT(P = 0.02) than the control group on discharge, after 12-month follow-up, there was a time-group interaction for MLHFQ(P = 0.03). Incidence rate of adverse events and other relevant safety indexes were not statistically significant between the two groups.CONCLUSION: Western medication plus TCM treatment can increase 6-minute walking distance(improve exercise tolerance) and quality of life with heart failure patients.展开更多
Propylene carbonate(PC)-based electrolytes have exhibited significant advantages in boosting the low-temperature discharging of graphite-based Li-ion batteries.However,it is still unclear whether they can improve the ...Propylene carbonate(PC)-based electrolytes have exhibited significant advantages in boosting the low-temperature discharging of graphite-based Li-ion batteries.However,it is still unclear whether they can improve the charging property and suppress lithium plating.Studying this topic is challenging due to the problem of electrochemical compatibility.To overcome this issue,we introduced graphite with phase defects.The results show that the pouch-type full batteries using PC-based electrolyte exhibit steady performance over 500 cycles and can be reversibly charged over 30 times at-20℃ with an average Coulombic efficiency of 99.95%,while the corresponding value for the conventional ethylene carbonate(EC)-based electrolyte sample is only 31.20%.This indicates that the use of PC-based electrolyte significantly suppresses lithium plating during low-temperature charging.We further demonstrate that the improved performance is mainly attributed to the unique solvation structure,where PF-6more anions participate in solvation,leading to the formation of a stable F-rich solid state electrolyte interface on the graphite surface and a lower reduction tendency of Li+ions.This work inspires new ideas for the design of PC-based electrolytes for low-temperature charging and fast-charging batteries.展开更多

However, it has become clear that secondary resistance to the drug develops during long- ter...Objective: Imatinib has dramatically altered the options for management of patients with gastrointestinal stromal turnouts. However, it has become clear that secondary resistance to the drug develops during long- term therapy. The purpose of our study was to retrospectively analyze safety and long-term outcomes in Chinese patients with recurrent or metastatic GISTs treated with imatinib preoperatively. Methods: Between June 2003 and June 2011, 22 patients underwent surgery for recurrent or metastatic GISTs after preoperative treatment with imatinib. Results: Complete resection was accomplished in 8 of the 10 responsive disease (RD) patients (80%), and in 3 of the 12 patients (25%) who had progression disease (PD). The amount of blood loss during the operation in PD patients was higher than in RD patients. There was 1 hospital death in PD group related to surgery, while the other patients recovered with conservative therapy because complications were mild. The difference in median PFS between patients with RD and those with PD was significant (24.8 vs. 2.81 months, P〈0.001). The difference in 2-year OS rate between patients with RE) and those with PD was not significant (100% vs. 87.5%, P〉0.05). Conclusions: Our study indicates that surgical intervention can improve the PFS of Chinese patients with recurrent or metastatic GISTs responsive to imatinib, but does not prolong OS as well as in patients who develop imatinib resistance. Surgical resection following imatinib treatment is feasible and can be considered for patients with advanced GISTs responsive to imatinib.展开更多
目的探讨留置股血管导管的危重症患者早期活动的安全性与可行性,为指导临床康复训练方案提供参考。方法检索PubMed、EMbase、OVID、Springer-link、Wiley Online Library、Web of Science数据库中研究留置股血管导管的危重症患者早期活...目的探讨留置股血管导管的危重症患者早期活动的安全性与可行性,为指导临床康复训练方案提供参考。方法检索PubMed、EMbase、OVID、Springer-link、Wiley Online Library、Web of Science数据库中研究留置股血管导管的危重症患者早期活动安全性与可行性的文献,检索时间截至2021年6月,提取相关数据进行分析。结果初步筛选文献72篇,最终纳入符合标准的文献12篇。总患者数为1056例,其中男560例,留置股血管导管患者489例。患者共进行6495次早期活动,62例患者出现不良事件,其中留置股血管导管的危重症患者早期活动出现导管相关不良事件共14例(2.86%,14/489)。结论尽管留置股血管导管的危重症患者的早期活动可能导致导管相关不良事件的发生,但发生率较低,而且不需要临床额外的急救处理。临床专家应权衡相关风险和益处,不建议将留置股血管导管作为危重症患者早期活动的禁忌证。展开更多
Maximizing wave function overlap(WFO)within type-II superlattices(T2SL)is demonstrated to be important for improving their photoelectric properties,such as optical transition strength and quantum efficiency,which,howe...Maximizing wave function overlap(WFO)within type-II superlattices(T2SL)is demonstrated to be important for improving their photoelectric properties,such as optical transition strength and quantum efficiency,which,however,remains a great challenge for now.Herein,the dual strategy of modulating growth temperature and inserting ultrathin AlAs barrier into the AlSb layers is presented to enhance the WFO in InAs/AlSb T2SL.The charge distributions and strain states indicate that moderate growth temperature of 470°C promotes the As-Sb exchange at AlSb-on-InAs(AOI)interfaces,which would introduce skew of energy band structure towards InAs-on-AlSb(IOA)interface.Such band structure could drive electrons and holes to the IOA interfaces simultaneously,thus resulting in the enhanced WFO.On this basis,insertion of relatively thick(0.3 nm)AlAs layers is found to squeeze more holes towards adjacent interfaces,boosting the WFO further.The InAs/AlSb superlattices with optimized WFO reveal better optical performance,where the peak intensity shows 50%improvement in the PL spectra than the original one.Moreover,a dual-miniband radiative transition mechanism appears in the InAs/AlSb superlattice with relatively thick AlAs intercalation,which helps broaden the wavelength range of the superlattice.展开更多
