ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combined treatment of moxibustion along the governor vessel and sliding cupping on allergic rhinitis.MethodsA total of 28 patients with allergic rhinitis meeting ...ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combined treatment of moxibustion along the governor vessel and sliding cupping on allergic rhinitis.MethodsA total of 28 patients with allergic rhinitis meeting the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study. Sliding cupping was applied on the back, followed by moxibustion along the running course of the governor vessel. After 6 treatments, the symptoms and signs of patients were evaluated according to guideline and reported.ResultsCompared with before treatment, the score of symptoms and sighs all decreased after treatment(7.64 ± 1.62 vs 1.86 ± 0.65 ,2.57 ± 1.26 vs 0.96 ± 0.57, both P < 0.05). Among 28 patients, the treatment was remarkably effective in 14 patients, effective in 12 patients and no effect in 2 patients. The total effective rate was 92.86%. No severer adverse events happened during the treatment.ConclusionThe combined treatment of moxibustion along the governor vessel and sliding cupping therapy could be effective for allergic rhinitis, and may require further investigation for its effectiveness.展开更多

Over the long course of evolution, plants have produced many mechanisms to resist this biotic stress such as pigment accumulation. Pigment levels determined depth and distribution of leaf color, thereby indirectly or directly affecting the behavior of insect attack. Therefore, understanding the mechanism of mutual recognition between leaf color and insect will provide important theoretical insight for the cultivation and improvement of new cultivars. This paper outlines leaf-color formation and the effect of pigment on the behavior of insect attack, and explores the challenge of research in the interaction between leaf color and insect, as soon as the potential direction for future development. This will give a broad background for improvements of colored plants with resistance to insect attack.展开更多
以四川省岷江流域不同土地利用类型(次生林、人工林、灌草丛和坡耕地)土壤为研究对象,利用Biolog微平板法和磷脂脂肪酸甲酯(FAMEs)法系统研究微生物群落多样性特征以及在不同土地利用类型的分布规律。结果表明:各土地利用类型土壤均略...以四川省岷江流域不同土地利用类型(次生林、人工林、灌草丛和坡耕地)土壤为研究对象,利用Biolog微平板法和磷脂脂肪酸甲酯(FAMEs)法系统研究微生物群落多样性特征以及在不同土地利用类型的分布规律。结果表明:各土地利用类型土壤均略显酸性,pH值高低依次为坡耕地、灌草丛、人工林和次生林,土壤电导率、容重和孔隙度有所波动;土壤养分含量和有效养分含量高低大致依次为次生林、人工林、灌草丛和坡耕地。不同土地利用类型土壤微生物群落代谢平均颜色变化率(average well color development,AWCD)随培养时间延长而逐渐增加,土壤微生物群落代谢活性大小依次为次生林、人工林、灌草丛和坡耕地。土壤微生物对不同种类碳源的利用强度存在较大差异,羧酸类和碳水化合物类碳源是不同土地利用类型土壤微生物的主要碳源,其后依次为酚酸类、氨基酸类和聚合物类,而土壤微生物对胺类碳源的利用率最小。土壤微生物群落丰富度指数(H)、均匀度指数(E)、优势度指数(DS)和碳源利用丰富度指数(S)总体表现为次生林最高,人工林和灌草丛次之,坡耕地最低,不同土地利用类型间DS差异未达显著水平(P>0.05)。主成分分析结果表明,从31个因素中提取的与碳源利用相关的主成分1和2分别能够解释变量方差的63.89%和18.55%,在主成分中贡献最大的是羧酸类和碳水化合物类碳源;土壤微生物多样性指数与土壤有机质含量和全氮含量之间均达显著或极显著正相关,与pH值呈负相关,即土壤有机质含量和全氮含量对土壤微生物多样性影响较大。上述研究结果表明次生林土壤养分含量更高,更适合土壤微生物生存,这对于维持该区域生态系统功能稳定性具有重要意义。展开更多

文摘背景胃肠神经内分泌肿瘤(gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms,GI-NENs)临床表现多样,部分具有高侵袭性及转移性,预后差.收集我院诊治的GI-NENs患者的临床病理资料,免疫组化检测CD155、T细胞免疫球蛋白和ITIM结构域蛋白(T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains,TIGIT)的表达量,探讨其与临床病理和预后的关系,为患者的治疗提供一个新的方向.目的探讨CD155、TIGIT在GI-NENs中的表达量与临床病理特征的关系.方法收集2016-11/2020-08经我院诊治的168例GI-NENs患者的临床病理资料.免疫组化检测CD155、TIGIT的表达量,探讨其与临床病理和预后的关系.结果CD155和TIGIT在病理分级高的GI-NENs组织中,表达量也较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD155表达量与年龄、肿瘤位置、肿瘤最大直径、病理分级、T分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期、Ki-67指数有关(P<0.05);TIGIT表达量与肿瘤最大直径、病理分级、T分期、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、Ki-67指数有关(P<0.05);CD155和TIGIT表达量高的患者预后较表达量低者差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论CD155和TIGIT表达量在不同分级、分期的GI-NENs患者存在差异,可能参与了GI-NENs的发生及进展的调控过程,高表达可能提示预后不佳.
