辽宁镁矿资源储量丰富,菱镁矿降杂提纯是个现实问题。本文针对辽宁某菱镁矿钙镁含量高的特点,通过采用"反—正"浮选的工艺流程来降低菱镁矿中硅钙杂质,对该菱镁矿进行提纯降杂试验。通过条件试验确定磨矿细度-0.074 mm 70%,...辽宁镁矿资源储量丰富,菱镁矿降杂提纯是个现实问题。本文针对辽宁某菱镁矿钙镁含量高的特点,通过采用"反—正"浮选的工艺流程来降低菱镁矿中硅钙杂质,对该菱镁矿进行提纯降杂试验。通过条件试验确定磨矿细度-0.074 mm 70%,反浮选使用混合胺作为捕收剂用量150 g/t;正浮选pH值调整剂为碳酸钠用量800 g/t,混合抑制剂为水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠按4∶1混合用量600 g/t,捕收剂为油酸钠用量1200 g/t的药剂制度。通过二次反浮选二次正浮选的工艺流程最终获得菱镁矿回收率为68.21%,该工艺流程把菱镁矿MgO品位从41.78%提高到46.87%,SiO_2和CaO含量分别从4.21%和3.15%降到0.41%和0.91%的良好指标。该试验研究结果可为低品位菱镁矿提纯降杂提供基础依据。展开更多
