This study was to evaluate the long-term efficacy of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for children with high anisometropic amblyopia. Methods A retrospective analysis of 24 children with high unilateral anisometropic amblyopia, who underwent LASIK during the period between August 2000 and September 2005 in our hospital, was conducted. The mean age of these children was (7.4±1.9) years (range 5-14 years) and the mean follow-up period was (33.3±14.2) months (range 18.5-74.2 months). After LASIK, visual acuity, refraction and far or near stereoacuity were analyzed. Near stereoacuity was measured by the random-dot butterfly stereogram and the pre-school random-dot stereogram, while far stereoacuity was measured by the synoptophore with Yan's random-dot stereogram. Results Mean preoperative uncorrected visual acuity was 0.06±0.05, while mean postoperative uncorrected visual acuity was elevated to 0.43±0.33. Mean preoperative best-corrected visual acuity was 0.26±0.22, while mean postoperative best-corrected visual acuity was elevated to 0.67±0.40. For patients with myopic anisometropia, preoperative mean spherical equivalent refraction was (-8.01±2.70) D while postoperative value significantly reduced to (-1.32±2.47) D. For patients with hyperopic anisometropia, preoperative mean spherical equivalent refraction was ( 7.35±1.55) D while postoperative value significantly reduced to (3.30±0.86) D. These results demonstrated that there was statistical difference in these parameters between preoperative and postoperative tests. At the last follow-up, 20 patients had near stereoacuity, and the mean near stereoacuities measured by the random-dot butterfly stereogram and the preschool random-dot stereogram were (149.00±152.93)" and (201.05±235.94)", respectively. Objective:To explore the effect of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 on the mast cell tryptase(MCT) in asthmatic guinea pigs.Methods:A total of 60 male or female healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into control group(gro...Objective:To explore the effect of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 on the mast cell tryptase(MCT) in asthmatic guinea pigs.Methods:A total of 60 male or female healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into control group(group A),asthmatic group(group B).and 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 group(group C),with 20 cases in each group.To establish asthmatic guinea pig models,1ml peanut oil was tilled into stomach in the morning in group A and group B.and 1 ml peanut oil with 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 was filled into stomach in group C.Airway resistance(Re) of asthmatic guinea pigs was detected,and the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) cells were counted.Lung tissue with HE and MCT immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the pathological changes in lung tissue and the distribution of MCT.Results:After injection of different concentration of acetylcholine chloride,the Re in group B and group C were increased significantly compared with group A(P<0.05):compared with group B.the Re in group C were decreased significantly(t=-5.385.-5.761.-6.184.-13.574.P<0.05):the total number of BALF cells and eosinophils were increased significantly in group B and C(t=19.618.9.598.10.854.5.388.P<0.05);compared with group B.the total number of BALF cells and eosinophils in group C was decreased significantly(t=-5.555.-5.392.P<0.05):the number of tryptase positive cells in group B was increased significantly than that in group A(t=21.312,P<0.05),and in addition to the alveolar septum and submucosa,the cells were also distributed around blood vessels and outside the cells:the number of tryptase positive cells in group C was decreased significantly compared with group B.and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.043.P<0.05).Conclusions:After the asthmatic guinea pigs arc treated with 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3,their BALF.Re.infiltration degree of inflammatory cells in the trachea and lung tissue and airway inflammatory reaction are reduced significantly.1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 has a certain inhibiting effect on the activation of mast 展开更多
目的了解天津市成人尿钠水平与高血压患病风险的关联,为高血压及相关疾病的防治提供依据。方法本研究数据来自天津市2018年成人慢性病与营养监测,采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取4423名≥18岁的常住居民进行相关研究。通过问卷调查收...目的了解天津市成人尿钠水平与高血压患病风险的关联,为高血压及相关疾病的防治提供依据。方法本研究数据来自天津市2018年成人慢性病与营养监测,采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取4423名≥18岁的常住居民进行相关研究。通过问卷调查收集调查对象的人口学特征,通过体格测量收集调查对象的高血压患病等情况,并以晨尿检测结果为点尿钠水平估算24 h尿钠水平。采用SPSS 24.0进行t检验、方差分析、多重线性回归和多因素logistic回归分析。结果加权后,研究对象的高血压患病率为39.8%,单纯收缩期高血压患病率为19.7%,单纯舒张期高血压患病率为3.3%;收缩压中位数为134.00 mm Hg(P_(25)~P_(75):121.00~148.00 mm Hg),舒张压中位数为80.33 mm Hg(P_(25)~P_(75):72.33~88.33 mm Hg);24 h尿钠水平中位数为211.45 mmol/d(P_(25)~P_(75):173.13~254.36 mmol/d)。高血压、单纯收缩期高血压、单纯舒张期高血压患者24 h尿钠水平均高于相应的非患病人群,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析调整相关因素后结果显示,24 h尿钠与收缩压(β=0.17)和舒张压(β=0.13)均呈正相关。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,调整性别、年龄、教育程度、饮酒、吸烟、高血压家族史、BMI和糖尿病后,与24 h尿钠水平最低四分位数组相比,尿钠水平最高四分位数组患高血压、单纯收缩期高血压的风险较高,OR值分别为2.15(95%CI:1.74~2.65)、1.61(95%CI:1.25~2.08),均有统计学意义(P<0.01),单纯舒张期高血压的患病风险无统计学意义(OR=1.23,95%CI:0.73~2.08,P>0.05)。结论24 h尿钠水平与高血压、单纯收缩期高血压存在关联,应开展有效的干预和广泛的科普宣传,降低广大群众的食盐摄入量。展开更多
