Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the Et OAc extract of endophytic fungal Plectosphaerella cucumerina YCTA2 Z1.Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,and reverse-phase C-18 column chromatography as well as crystallization.Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the fungal strain YCTA2 Z1.Their chemical structures were elucidated according to the spectral evidence.They were identified as caudatin(1),baishouwubenzophenone(2),cynandione B(3),asterbatanoside A(4),p-hydroxyphenethyl-O-β-D-glycoside(5),caffeic acid(6),ferulic acid(7),2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone(8),protocatechuic acid(9),vanillic acid(10),stearic acid(11),azelaic acid(12),and succinic acid(13).Conclusions: It is the first chemical study on endophytic fungi from Cynanchum auriculatum and all the compounds are obtained from the species,the genus,as well as the family Plectosphaerellaceae for the first time. 展开更多

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者体重指数、内分泌以及代谢异常三者间的相关性。方法将2014年7月~2016年7月本院的90例育龄期PCOS患者按体重指数(BMI)分为<23 kg/m^2组(43例)、23~25 kg/m^2组(21例)、>25 kg/m^2组(26例),检验... 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者体重指数、内分泌以及代谢异常三者间的相关性。方法将2014年7月~2016年7月本院的90例育龄期PCOS患者按体重指数(BMI)分为<23 kg/m^2组(43例)、23~25 kg/m^2组(21例)、>25 kg/m^2组(26例),检验各组的胰岛素(INS)、内分泌以及代谢各项指标。结果 <23 kg/m^2组的总睾酮(T)、INS水平均低于其他两组(P<0.05),其中>25 kg/m^2组相对最高。相较于<23 kg/m^2组,其他两个组的T水平依次增加1.65(95%CI:1.33~2.06)和4.26(95%CI:2.16~8.37)倍;而胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)依次上升1.69(95%CI:1.42~2.00)、4.46(95%CI:2.57~7.75)倍。结论肥胖PCOS患者多伴重度的内分泌紊乱和代谢异常,需对症治疗,加强体重控制。 展开更多
