The directionally solidified samples of an ultra-high temperature Nb-Si-Ti-Hf-Cr-Al alloy have been prepared with the use of an electron beam floating zone melting (EBFZM) furnace, and their microstructural characteri... The directionally solidified samples of an ultra-high temperature Nb-Si-Ti-Hf-Cr-Al alloy have been prepared with the use of an electron beam floating zone melting (EBFZM) furnace, and their microstructural characteristics have been analyzed. All the primary dendrites of Nb solid solution (Nbss), eutectic colonies of Nba, plus (Nb, Ti)3 Si/(Nb, Ti)5 Si3 and chains of (Nb, Ti)3 Si/(Nb, Ti)5 Si3 plates align along the growth direction of the samples. With increasing of the withdrawing rate, the microstructure is refined, and the amounts of Nbss+ (Nb, Ti)3 Si/(Nb, Ti)5 Si3 eutectic colonies and (Nb, Ti)3 Si/(Nb, Ti)5 Si3 plates increase. There appear nodes in the (Nb, Ti)3 Si/(Nb, Ti)5 Si3 plates. 展开更多

This note addresses diagnosis and performance degradation detection issues from an integrated viewpoint of functionality maintenance and cyber security of automatic control systems.It calls for more research attention on three aspects:(i)application of control and detection uni ed framework to enhancing the diagnosis capability of feedback control systems,(ii)projection-based fault detection,and complementary and explainable applications of projection-and machine learning-based techniques,and(iii)system performance degradation detection that is of elemental importance for today's automatic control systems.Some ideas and conceptual schemes are presented and illustrated by means of examples,serving as convincing arguments for research e orts in these aspects.They would contribute to the future development of capable diagnosis systems for functionality safe and cyber secure automatic control systems. 展开更多

When the steep pressure gradient near the edge isproduced through L-H transition or linear density ramp experiment, interchange-like MHD modes whoserational surface is located very close to the last closed flux surface are strongly excited in acertain discharge condition and affect the plasma transport appreciably. In NBI-heated plasmasproduced at low toroidal field, various Alfven eigenmodes are often excited. Bursting toroidalAlfven egenmodes excited by the presence of energetic ions induce appreciable amount of energeticion loss, but also trigger the formation of internal and edge transport barriers. 展开更多

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays... Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both channels.With the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,respectively.The branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,respectively.The amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay. 展开更多

Titanium (Ti) and hydroxyapatite (HA) coatings have been prepared via air (APS) and vacuum plasma spraying (VPS), and then their composition, structure, bonding strength and bioactivity were examined. The results obtained reveal that in APS process many of Ti were oxidized, but in VPS the oxidization was avoided. VPS T i coating possesses better bonding condition than APS Ti coating. As for HA coat ing, higher crystallinity has been obtained while the coating was deposited by V PS as compared with APS. The simulated body fluid (SBF) tests show that both of APS and VPS HA coatings possess good bioactivity. As compared with APS, VPS is r ecommended as a better method to deposit Ti and HA coatings that can be applied as hard tissue replacement implants. 展开更多

Solid solution strengthening(SSS)is one kind of strengthening mechanisms and plays an important role in alloy design,in particular for single-phase alloys including high-entropy alloys(HEAs).The classical Labusch–Nabarro model and its expansions are most widely applicable to treating SSS of solid solution alloys including both conventional alloys(CAs)and HEAs.In this study,the SSS effects in a series of Febased CAs and HEAs are investigated by using the classical Labusch–Nabarro model and its expansions.The size misfit and shear modulus misfit parameters are derived from first-principles calculations.Based on available experimental data in combination with empirical SSS model,we propose fitting constants(i.e.,the ratio between experimental hardness and predicted SSS effect)for these two families of alloys.The predicted host/alloy family-dependent fitting constants can be used to estimate the hardness of these SSS alloys.General agreement between predicted and measured hardness values is satisfactory for both CAs and HEAs,implying that the proposed approach is reliable and successful. 展开更多

Grain-boundary(GB)precipitation has a significant adverse effect on plasticity of alloys,which easily leads to catastrophic intergranular failure in safety-critical applications under high external loading.Herein,we report a novel strategy that uses the local stress concentration induced by GB precipitates as a driving force to trigger phase transformation of preset non-equiatomic high-entropy solid-solution phase at GBs.This in situ deformation-induced phase transformation at GBs introduces a well-known effect:transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP),which enables an exceptional elongation to fracture(above 38%)at a high strength(above 1.5 GPa)in a GB precipitation-hardened high-entropy alloy(HEA).The present strategy in terms of"local stress concentration-induced phase transformations at GBs"may provide a fundamental approach by taking advantage of(rather than avoiding)the GB precipitation to gain a superior combination of high strength and high ductility in HEAs. 展开更多

The corrosion behavior of type 1045(AISI) carbon steel(CS) in oil-water fluids was investigated by considering the surface wetting state as the breakthrough point.The surface water wetting percentage(SWWP)and corrosion weight loss of CS in different oil-water fluids were measured.The morphology and composition of the corrosion films were detected via scanning electron microscopy,electron-probe facescanning technology and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy.The results indicated that the corrosion weight loss of CS in the oil-water fluids corresponded with SWWP and that the corrosion process was influenced by the participation of oil. 展开更多

目的:探讨ADAMTS1基因SNPrs428785和SNPrs2738两个位点与冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应结合单链构象多态性和聚合酶链反应结合限制性片段长度多态性,再结合DNA测序技术对315例CHD患者和355例... 目的:探讨ADAMTS1基因SNPrs428785和SNPrs2738两个位点与冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应结合单链构象多态性和聚合酶链反应结合限制性片段长度多态性,再结合DNA测序技术对315例CHD患者和355例对照人群进行SNPrs428785和SNPrs2738检测,2组间计数资料比较采用卡方检验,计量资料比较采用独立样本t检验和Mann-Whitney U检验分析。结果:SNPrs428785在CHD组和对照组中基因型频率为CC(50.2%vs 38.9%)、CG(40.3%vs.47.9%)和GG(9.5%vs.13.2%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.974,P=0.011),2组间G等位基因频率分别为29.7%和37.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.410,P=0.004),经二元logistic回归分析后,提示rs428785的基因型与冠心病的发生相关(OR=1.528,95%CI=1.086~2.150,P=0.015)。SNPrs2738在CHD组和对照组中的基因型频率为AA(74.3%vs.78.9%)、AC(24.1%vs.18.9%)和CC(1.6%vs.2.3%),差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.998,P=0.223),A等位基因频率分别为86.3%和88.3%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.164,P=0.281)。结论:ADAMTS1基因SNPrs428785多态性与冠心病发生相关,且G等位基因可能是冠心病的遗传易感基因,而SNPrs2738多态性与冠心病发生无相关性。 展开更多
