近年来,大数以其蕴含的丰富价值,得到了学术界和企业界的广泛关注.对大数据进行管理利用并构建大数据服务,是挖掘大数据价值的关键途径.本文从地震信息化工作即将进入大数据时代的角度出发,以大数据(Big Data)、物联网(Internet of Thin...近年来,大数以其蕴含的丰富价值,得到了学术界和企业界的广泛关注.对大数据进行管理利用并构建大数据服务,是挖掘大数据价值的关键途径.本文从地震信息化工作即将进入大数据时代的角度出发,以大数据(Big Data)、物联网(Internet of Things)、云计算(Cloud Computing)等前沿技术在地震监测及预警领域信息化工作的应用作为研究对象,深入研究了各种技术对推动地震信息化产生的影响及应用方案,提出了包括地震物联网、地震云计算平台、一体化显示等内容,探讨了相关的技术路线、框架体系、应用模式等.针对当前地震数字化观测存在的监测数据传输和震后应急调度支撑不足的问题.研究将新型传感物联网技术应用在地震监测区域,结合云计算技术提高地震大数据的实时处理与应急调度能力,设计了一套基于物联网与云计算架构为核心的地震大数据应急调度平台的解决方案.详细介绍了平台的功能架构及技术实现.系统搭建于宁夏电子政务公共云平台上,该体系架构节约了传统海量大数据处理所需的昂贵基础设施投入和维护成本;另一方面,基于云计算的大数据存储、管理与分析等技术,为快速构建大数据服务提供了技术支撑.实验结果表明,平台在数据传输及应急调度方面效率很高,平台体系架构得到初步应用,以期为地震应急提供决策依据.展开更多
Background:Although universal testing for mismatch repair deficiency(dMMR)has been recommended to all colorectal cancer(CRC)patients,related evidence for the Chinese population is lacking.Here,we investigated the prev...Background:Although universal testing for mismatch repair deficiency(dMMR)has been recommended to all colorectal cancer(CRC)patients,related evidence for the Chinese population is lacking.Here,we investigated the prevalence and clinicopathological features of dMMR patients in a large Chinese CRC cohort.Methods:We included 7,373 CRC patients treated at four Chinese medical centers between August 2010 and September 2016.Patients’baseline characteristics and pathological features were recorded.The clinicopathological features were compared between patients with MLH1/PMS2 deficiency(dMLH1/PMS2)and MSH2/MSH6 deficiency(dMSH2/MSH6).Results:Among the investigated patients,654(8.9%)were identified with dMMR CRCs and,of them,401(61.3%)were males,with a median age of 55 years(range,22-87 years);355(54.3%)had stage II CRC based on American Joint Committee on Cancer 8th edition.The prevalence of the dMLH1/PMS2 group and the dMSH2/MSH6 group were 51.5%(337/654)and 25.1%(164/654),respectively.Compared with dMSH2/MSH6 patients,those with dMLH1/PMS2 were older(57 vs 52 years,P<0.001),more likely to be female(45.7%vs 31.5%,P=0.004),prone to having tumors located in the right-hand side of the colon(59.0%vs 47.6%,P=0.015),and less likely to have a family history of tumors(29.7%vs 43.3%,P=0.003).Conclusions:The prevalence of dMMR in Chinese CRC patients was low,especially in the dMLH1/PMS2 group.The clinicopathological features were different between dMMR subgroups.展开更多

The risk factors influencing perioperativecomplications of laparoscopic surgery are rarely discussed.AIMTo investigate the risk factors for perioperative complications in laparoscopicsurgeries of retrorectal cystic lesions.METHODSWe retrospectively reviewed the medical records of patients who underwentlaparoscopic excision of retrorectal cystic lesions between August 2012 and May2020 at our hospital. All surgeries were performed in the general surgerydepartment. Patients were divided into groups based on the lesion location anddiameter. We analysed the risk factors like type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension,the history of abdominal surgery, previous treatment, clinical manifestation,operation duration, blood loss, perioperative complications, and readmission ratewithin 90 d retrospectively.RESULTSSevere perioperative complications occurred in seven patients. Prophylactictransverse colostomy was performed in four patients with suspected rectal injury.Two patients underwent puncture drainage due to postoperative pelvic infection.One patient underwent debridement in the operating room due to incisioninfection. The massive-lesion group had a significantly longer surgery duration,higher blood loss, higher incidence of perioperative complications, and higherreadmission rate within 90 d (P < 0.05). Univariate analysis, multivariate analysis,and logistic regression showed that lesion diameter was an independent riskfactor for the development of perioperative complications in patients whounderwent laparoscopic excision of retrorectal cystic lesions.CONCLUSIONThe diameter of the lesion is an independent risk factor for perioperative complicationsin patients who undergo laparoscopic excision of retrorectal cystic lesions.The location of the lesion was not a determining factor of the surgical approach.Laparoscopic surgery is minima展开更多
In this work, we propose a high-fidelity phonon-mediated entangling gate in a hybrid mechanical system based on two silicon-vacancy color centers in diamond. In order to suppress the influence of the spin decoherence ...In this work, we propose a high-fidelity phonon-mediated entangling gate in a hybrid mechanical system based on two silicon-vacancy color centers in diamond. In order to suppress the influence of the spin decoherence on the entangling gate, we use a continuous dynamical decoupling approach to create new dressed spin states, which are less sensitive to environmental fluctuations and exhibit an extended T_(2)^(*) spin dephasing time. The effective spin-spin Hamiltonian modified by the mechanical driving field and the corresponding master equation are derived in the dispersive regime. We show that in the presence of the mechanical driving field, the effective spin-spin coupling can be highly controlled. By calculating the entangling gate fidelity in the dressed basis, we find that once the mechanical field is turned on, the gate fidelity can be significantly improved. In particular, under an optimized spin-phonon detuning and a stronger Rabi frequency of the mechanical driving field, the two-qubit gate is capable of reaching fidelity exceeding 0.99. Moreover, by employing appropriate driving modulation, we show that a highfidelity full quantum gate can be also realized, in which the initial and final spin states are on a bare basis. Our work provides a promising scheme for realizing high-fidelity quantum information processing.展开更多
Background:Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a kind of extremely malignant brain tumor with a poor prognosis.The problem of high recurrence rates and drug resistance has been difficult to solve.Cuproptosis is a newly dis...Background:Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a kind of extremely malignant brain tumor with a poor prognosis.The problem of high recurrence rates and drug resistance has been difficult to solve.Cuproptosis is a newly discovered mode of cell death,which is related to the occurrence and progression of GBM.Methods:We screened TCGA and GEO databases to comprehensively analyze the regulation patterns of cuproptosis in GBM based on cuproptosis-related genes(CRGs).The expression levels,copy number variants(CNV),and mutation of CRGs in GBM were probed.Different regulation patterns of cuproptosis were identified and performed GSVA analysis.Then we constructed a prognostic model based on genes that were differentially expressed in all regulation patterns.The immune cells and tumor microenvironment in different risk groups were compared.Finally,the potential therapeutic drugs were predicted.Results:We identified two key differentially expressed genes under different regulation patterns of cuproptosis and constructed a risk prognostic model.There were significant differences in immune infiltration and drug sensitivity between high and low risk groups.Conclusions:We established a risk prognostic model based on two genes and explored its relationship with immune characteristics,which might help to assess the prognosis and treatment sensitivity to immune and targeted therapy of GBM patients.展开更多
