目的本薈萃分析的目的是探討GnRHa下調預處理在FET週期中對RIF女性子宮內膜準備和妊娠結局的影響。方法檢索PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,維普,和萬方數據庫,篩選2022年7月前的相關RCT研究。對子宮內膜厚度...目的本薈萃分析的目的是探討GnRHa下調預處理在FET週期中對RIF女性子宮內膜準備和妊娠結局的影響。方法檢索PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,維普,和萬方數據庫,篩選2022年7月前的相關RCT研究。對子宮內膜厚度和臨床妊娠率進行統計累計效應量的meta分析。結果最終納入3篇RCT研究,包括339個FET週期。干預組和對照組的年齡基線分析沒有統計學差異[MD=0.10,95%CI(-0.95,1.15),(Z=0.19,P=0.85>0.1)]。累計效應量提示,與對照組對比GnRHa預處理組有更厚的子宮內膜厚度[MD=0.42,95%CI(-0.51,1.34),Z=0.89,P=0.38>0.1]和更高的臨床妊娠率[RR=1.47,95%CI(0.96,2.25),Z=1.78,P=0.07>0.05],但是不具備統計學意義。Egger檢驗沒有發表偏倚(P=0.185>0.05)。結論GnRHa預處理對RIF患者的FET週期結局有益,有增加子宮內膜厚度和提高臨床妊娠率的傾向。然而,並不具有統計學差異。因此,GnRHa預處理的效果仍需要大樣本的前瞻性研究來證實。展开更多
The Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)is a mission proposed for the 25 th solar maximum by the Chinese solar community.The scientific objectives are to study the relationships between the solar magnetic fie...The Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)is a mission proposed for the 25 th solar maximum by the Chinese solar community.The scientific objectives are to study the relationships between the solar magnetic field,solar flares and coronal mass ejections(CMEs).Three payloads are deployed:the Full-disk vector Magneto Graph(FMG),the Lyman-αSolar Telescope(LST)and the Hard X-ray Imager(HXI).ASO-S will perform the first simultaneous observations of the photospheric vector magnetic field,non-thermal imaging of solar flares,and the initiation and early propagation of CMEs on a single platform.ASO-S is scheduled to be launched into a 720 km Sun-synchronous orbit in 2022.This paper presents an overview of the mission till the end of Phase-B and the beginning of Phase-C.展开更多
BACKGROUND: Acute lung injury(ALI) is a common and serious complication of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). The study aimed to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase(PI3K) inhibitor Wortmannin in SAP associated with ALI.METHODS: Ninety rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation(SO) group(n=30), SAP group(n=30), and SAP+Wortmannin(SAP+W) group(n=30). SAP model was induced by retrograde injection of 4% sodium taurocholate into the biliopancreatic duct of rats. The rate of lung water content, myeloperoxidase(MPO), matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9), protein kinase B(PKB), abdphosphorylation of protein kinase B(P-PKB) activity in the lung tissue were evaluated.RESULTS: In the SAP group, the p-PKB expression in the lung tissue began to rise at 3 hours after modeling, and peaked at 12 hours(P<0.05); the rate of lung water content, MPO and TNF-α activity were also gradually increased, and the degree of lung lesion gradually increased(P<0.05). In the SAP+Wortmannin group, the p-PKB expression in the lung tissue began to rise at 3 hours after modeling, and peaked at 12 hours; it was higher than that in the SO group(P<0.05), but significantly lower than that in the SAP group(P<0.05). The rest indicators in the SAP+Wortmannin group were also significantly decreased as compared with the SAP group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The expression of phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase/protein kinase B was elevated in severe pancreatitis rats with lung injury. This suggested that PI3 K signal transduction pathway is involved in the control and release of proinfl ammatory cytokines TNF-α, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of severe acute pancreatitis associated with lung injury. This finding indicated that Wortmannin can block the PI3 K signal transduction pathway, and inhibit the release of infl ammatory factor TNF-α.展开更多
