This study visualized and characterized the receptors for vasoactive intestinal peptide, secretin and somatostatin in the development and metastasis of colorectal cancer with storage phosphor autoradiography. Receptors for these three peptides were demonstrated in tumor-free colon and colon tumors. A decrease in affinity of vasoactive intestinal peptide receptors was shown in the sequence from tumor-free colon (Kd=0.93nmol),展开更多
