The void closure behavior in a central extra-thick plate during the gradient temperature rolling was simulated and a back propagation(BP)neural network model was established.The thermal–mechanical finite element model of the gradient temperature rolling process was first developed and validated.The prediction error of the model for the rolling force is less than 2.51%,which has provided the feasibility of imbedding a defect in it.Based on the relevant data obtained from the simulation,the BP neural network was used to establish a prediction model for the compression degree of a void defect.After statistical analysis,80%of the data had a hit rate higher than 95%,and the hit rate of all data was higher than 90%,which indicates that the BP neural network can accurately predict the compression degree.Meanwhile,the comparisons between the results with the gradient temperature rolling and uniform temperature rolling,and between the results with the single-pass rolling and multi-pass rolling were discussed,which provides a theoretical reference for developing process parameters in actual production. 展开更多

For the sake of solving the problem that it is difficult to be integrated for the Mises specific plastic power due to its nonlinearity,a new linear criterion,named the globally optimal approximation criterion,is constructed by the polygonal approximation to the Mises circle.The new criterion is proved to be the linear function of the principal stress componentsσ1,σ2 andσ3 and the trajectory of it on theπ-plane is a non-equiangular but equilateral dodecagon intersecting the Mises circle.The theoretical results of the current criterion described by the Lode stress parameters are in excellent accordance with the experimental results.Meanwhile,according to the trend that the metallic flow velocity between rollers aggrandizes gradually from the inlet to the outlet during the hot rolling of a thick plate,a biomimetic velocity field is proposed in which the horizontal velocity component fits the egg-circular curve distribution.The velocity field and its simulated results agree quite well.Subsequently,using the determined linear criterion,energy analysis of the constructed velocity field is utilized to obtain the interior deformation power,while the vector decomposition approach is utilized to obtain the frictional power and shear power.On this basis,the overall power is obtained and the analytical solutions are generated for the rolling torque,rolling force and the coefficient of the stress state under different egg curves by minimizing the neutral angle.Furthermore,the parameter optimization of the characteristic parameterρwhich affects the slope of the egg-circular curve is carried out and the best egg-circular curve which can minimize the energy consumption is determined.The best agreement between the theoretical and observed values of rolling force and rolling torque is under this curve,and the mean relative errors of the rolling torque and rolling force are no more than 2.93%,while the maximum error is no more than 8.35%. 展开更多

The prediction accuracy of existing models of the rolling force of a thick plate is always very low.To address this problem,a high-precision genetic algorithm-backpropagation network(GA-BP)model of deformation resistance was built,and its integration with the traditional fitted model was further established.Then,a novel rolling force model was obtained by embedding the integration model of deformation resistance in the original model of rolling force.According to this research idea,the industrial data are normalized at first.On this basis,the interactions among the process parameters were disclosed through the variance analysis,and then described by various virtual factors.These factors are set as part of input parameters.Then,the optimal structure of the GA-BP model of deformation resistance was determined and an integration model of deformation resistance was built.Finally,a novel rolling force model is obtained by substituting the traditional fitted deformation resistance into the Sims model with the integration model of the deformation resistance.The results proves that the introduction of virtual factors can increase the hit rate of±5%from 75.8%to 78%and can reduce the root mean square error from 4.72%to 4.48%.Besides,it is found that the mean relative error of the traditional fitted deformation resistance is 0.142,while that of the modified deformation resistance is only 0.03.In addition,the mean relative error in the original rolling force model is 0.145,while that of the present model is only 0.03. 展开更多

The strain rate vector inner product and integral mean value theorem, as well as coqine vector inner product are used respectively in plastic deformation power, friction losses and shear power. A theoretical solution of roll torque and separating force for the rolling is obtained and the calculated results by the solution are compared with those measured in broadside rolling on-line. It shows that both the force and torque calculated are higher than those of measured, but the maximum relative error between them is no more than 11%. 展开更多

In order to analyze the hot tandem roiling force, a new logarithmic velocity field is proposed. Using the field and linear EA (equal area) yield criterion, the plastic deformation power for plate rolling is analyzed, and the friction power is obtained based on the co-line vector inner product method. Then analytical solution of plate rolling power functional is obtained. Finally, by minimizing the power functional, the rolling torce and torque are received. Compared with those measured ones in hot tandem rolling on-line, the calculated rolling forces are in good agreement with the actual measured ones since the maximum error is less than 12~. Moreover, the effects of various rolling conditions such as thickness reduction, friction factor and shape factor, upon separating force, location of neutral an- gle, and stress state coefficient are discussed systematically. 展开更多

目的为了提高热轧薄板力学性能的预测精度,采用大数据与卷积神经网络相结合的方式建立高精度的预测模型。方法建模前,对工业大数据进行预处理,包括去除异常值、聚类、均衡数据以及归一化,以得到高质量的数据集。同时,采用贡献权重法对... 目的为了提高热轧薄板力学性能的预测精度,采用大数据与卷积神经网络相结合的方式建立高精度的预测模型。方法建模前,对工业大数据进行预处理,包括去除异常值、聚类、均衡数据以及归一化,以得到高质量的数据集。同时,采用贡献权重法对输入参数进行筛选,去除弱相关的变量以降低模型的复杂程度。在此基础上,采用LeNet-5结构建立卷积神经网络并优化模型的超参数。结果最终建立了热轧薄板力学性能预测模型,该模型对屈服强度的预测误差基本保持在−7%~8.5%,对抗拉强度的预测误差基本保持在−5%~6%,表现出较高的预测精度。结论将卷积神经网络模型与传统的BP神经网络模型进行了预测对比,发现卷积神经网络能够利用其局部连接的优势给出更高的预测精度。 展开更多

目的 筛选并鉴定多房棘球蚴感染的小鼠脾淋巴细胞中差异表达的微小RNA (miRNA),分析其可能涉及的生物学过程及信号通路,为进一步研究miRNA在寄生虫感染中的作用提供实验依据。方法将12只小鼠随机分为两组,每组6只,感染组小鼠每只腹腔注... 目的 筛选并鉴定多房棘球蚴感染的小鼠脾淋巴细胞中差异表达的微小RNA (miRNA),分析其可能涉及的生物学过程及信号通路,为进一步研究miRNA在寄生虫感染中的作用提供实验依据。方法将12只小鼠随机分为两组,每组6只,感染组小鼠每只腹腔注射600个多房棘球蚴原头节,对照组注射等量PBS。感染后90 d,将小鼠安乐死后取脾组织,采用密度梯度离心法分离各组小鼠脾淋巴细胞,使用TRIzol法提取两组小鼠脾淋巴细胞的总RNA。利用高通量测序技术鉴定并筛选差异表达的mi RNA;随机选取5个差异表达的miRNA进行实时荧光定量PCR (qRT-PCR)验证;利用miRanda和RNAhybrid两个数据库对差异表达的mi RNA进行靶基因预测,并进行基因本体(GO)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)富集分析;利用Cytoscape软件构建mi RNA-mRNA相互作用网络图。结果 通过高通量测序对照组和感染组分别获得12 104 631和10 856 249个纯净序列,其序列主要集中在20~24 nt。共筛选出69个差异表达2倍以上的miRNA,其中40个为上调表达的mi RNA,29个为下调表达miRNA。随机选取的5个差异表达miRNA经qRT-PCR验证结果显示,mi R-150-5p、mi R-181a-5p、 miR-467a-5p、 miR-467b-5p表达下调,miR-223-3p表达上调,与高通量测序结果相一致。GO功能和KEGG通路分析结果显示,69个差异表达miRNA的靶基因与黏膜免疫、应激反应、细菌防御反应等相关,并且主要富集在丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B (PI3K-Akt)、单磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶(AMPK)等信号通路。miR-150-5p、 miR-181a-5p、 miR-467a-5p和mi R-467b-5p与m RNA相互作用网络图显示,miRNA与多个mRNA相互作用,mRNA也可被多个miRNA所调控。结论 小鼠在多房棘球蚴感染过程中,其脾淋巴细胞中的miRNA呈显著差异表达,差异表达的miRNA主要富集在一些免疫相关的信号通路,可能在对抗多房棘球蚴的免疫反应中发挥作用。 展开更多

等周长屈服准则求解三维锻压力

目的获得三维锻压力的解析解。方法用线性的等周长屈服准则对三维锻压过程进行了力学分析,先建立了一个考虑变形外端影响的运动许可速度场,再利用等周长屈服准则对该速度场进行分析,依次求出了内部变形功率、剪切功率、摩擦功率以及总... 目的获得三维锻压力的解析解。方法用线性的等周长屈服准则对三维锻压过程进行了力学分析,先建立了一个考虑变形外端影响的运动许可速度场,再利用等周长屈服准则对该速度场进行分析,依次求出了内部变形功率、剪切功率、摩擦功率以及总功率。最终,根据上界定理,导出了锻压力的解析解。同时,为验证解析解的正确性,将其理论值与相应的纯铅压缩试验结果进行了比较。结果对比表明,计算出的理论锻压力比实测值高,但二者的相对误差小于15%。结论基于EP屈服准则和所提出的速度场得到的理论锻压力是可行的。 展开更多
