However, it is hard to satisfy the actual request of the accurately quantitative analysis with a large number of stochastic factors in modern high technique war. In this paper, the general characteristic of this problem is analyzed fully. A new method of establishing the optimization model of joint tactics organization based on chance-constrained programming is setted up. In the end, an example is demonstrated and solved by the genetic algorithm based on stochastic simulation.展开更多
