利用椰浆为主要原料,不加入任何动物成分,通过乳酸菌发酵制成椰子植物酸奶。以感官评分为主要评价指标,结合pH值、酸度、持水力等理化指标,研究脂肪含量、均质压力、加糖量、发酵温度及时间、接种量等方面对椰子植物酸奶品质的影响。通... 利用椰浆为主要原料,不加入任何动物成分,通过乳酸菌发酵制成椰子植物酸奶。以感官评分为主要评价指标,结合pH值、酸度、持水力等理化指标,研究脂肪含量、均质压力、加糖量、发酵温度及时间、接种量等方面对椰子植物酸奶品质的影响。通过正交试验,优化椰子植物酸奶制备的最优工艺条件。综合分析单因素与正交试验结果,得出最优工艺为脂肪含量10%,均质压力25 MPa,加糖量4%,接种量3%,发酵温度40℃,发酵时间8 h。在此工艺下,制备的椰子植物酸奶pH值为4.55,滴定酸度为92.67°T,持水力为88.75%,蛋白含量为3.85 g/100 g,乳酸菌活菌数为5.70×109 CFU/g,酵母菌及致病菌均未检出,且酸奶口感良好、无分层现象、黏稠度适宜、凝固性较好,感官评分最高,为84.97。 展开更多

目的探讨早期微创内固定手术联合鼠神经生长因子治疗创伤性多发性肋骨骨折患者的效果,以及对血清骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)-2、BMP-7水平的影响。方法选取120例创伤性多发性肋骨骨折患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各60例。研究组患者给予早期... 目的探讨早期微创内固定手术联合鼠神经生长因子治疗创伤性多发性肋骨骨折患者的效果,以及对血清骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)-2、BMP-7水平的影响。方法选取120例创伤性多发性肋骨骨折患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各60例。研究组患者给予早期微创内固定手术联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,对照组患者仅给予早期微创内固定手术进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、骨痂出现时间、骨痂体积、治疗4周后骨痂最大直径、总住院时间、胸管留置时间、术后2个月疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分以及治疗前后血清BMP-2、BMP-7水平。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,骨痂出现时间早于对照组,骨痂体积和治疗4周后骨痂最大直径均大于对照组(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组住院时间、胸管留置时间更短,VAS评分更低(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的血清BMP-2、BMP-7水平均高于术前,且研究组血清BMP-2、BMP-7水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论与单纯微创内固定术比较,早期微创内固定手术联合术后鼠神经生长因子注射能更有效地治疗创伤性多发性肋骨骨折,提高患者血清BMP-2、BMP-7水平,促进骨折愈合。 展开更多

松辽盆地钱家店砂岩型铀矿床自勘查以来不断获得重大发现,已成为超大型铀矿床。该区矿床地质特征、成矿特点有过不少报道,但就其含矿建造的详细岩石学特征(蚀源区母岩)及有利的成矿条件等还需要随着研究程度的加深不断完善。铀矿的成矿... 松辽盆地钱家店砂岩型铀矿床自勘查以来不断获得重大发现,已成为超大型铀矿床。该区矿床地质特征、成矿特点有过不少报道,但就其含矿建造的详细岩石学特征(蚀源区母岩)及有利的成矿条件等还需要随着研究程度的加深不断完善。铀矿的成矿作用包括导致铀元素集中形成铀矿的各种地质作用,其中,铀含量高且容易析出铀的源岩是铀成矿的物质基础,后期的氧化-还原、矿化蚀变是铀矿形成的关键。作者主要利用微观实验分析的方法,通过对钱家店砂岩型铀矿床赋矿岩石岩石学特征的详细分析,提出了矿层岩性主要为中-细粒长石岩屑砂岩、细粒长石岩屑砂岩和含泥砾砂岩和砂砾岩等,并且石英和长石总量与岩屑含量相近,岩屑主要以流纹岩、流纹质凝灰岩为主,次为粗面岩、正长细晶岩、花岗岩、花岗斑岩、安山岩、硅质岩和泥岩等。后生蚀变碳酸盐化、高岭石化较为普遍,局部强烈,其次黄铁矿化、氧化铁化,偶见重晶石化。常见深部油气渗入在赋矿层中出现油渍、油斑、溢散晕圈,共生黄铁矿莓球群及微细粒黄铁矿聚晶。铀的存在形式为铀矿物(沥青油矿、铀石)和吸附状态。分析了多成因-多阶段成矿模式,即沉积预富集阶段-层间渗入成矿阶段-油气改造富集成矿阶段-油气还原护矿阶段。 展开更多

With the development of artificial intelligence,neural network provides unique opportunities for holography,such as high fidelity and dynamic calculation.How to obtain real 3D scene and generate high fidelity hologram in real time is an urgent problem.Here,we propose a liquid lens based holographic camera for real 3D scene hologram acquisition using an end-to-end physical model-driven network(EEPMD-Net).As the core component of the liquid camera,the first 10 mm large aperture electrowetting-based liquid lens is proposed by using specially fabricated solution.The design of the liquid camera ensures that the multi-layers of the real 3D scene can be obtained quickly and with great imaging performance.The EEPMD-Net takes the information of real 3D scene as the input,and uses two new structures of encoder and decoder networks to realize low-noise phase generation.By comparing the intensity information between the reconstructed image after depth fusion and the target scene,the composite loss function is constructed for phase optimization,and the high-fidelity training of hologram with true depth of the 3D scene is realized for the first time.The holographic camera achieves the high-fidelity and fast generation of the hologram of the real 3D scene,and the reconstructed experiment proves that the holographic image has the advantage of low noise.The proposed holographic camera is unique and can be used in 3D display,measurement,encryption and other fields. 展开更多

Diverse models have been proposed for the role of the Tarim Craton within the Paleoproterozoic Columbia supercontinent assembly. Here we report a suite of-1.71 Ga Nb-enriched meta-gabbro lenses in the eastern Quanji Massif, within the Tarim Craton in NW China. The meta-gabbroic rocks have Nb contents of 11.5-16.4 ppm with Nb/La ratios varying from 0.84 to 1.02((Nb/La)_N = 0.81-0.98) and Nb/U ratios from 38.0 to 47.2. They show low SiO_2(45.1-48.5 wt.%) and MgO(5.96-6.81 wt.%) and Mg#(Mg# = Mg/(Mg + Fe) = 43.5-47.7), high FeO^t(13.0-15.7 wt.%) and moderate Ti02(1.70-2.51 wt.%).with tholeiitic affinities. These rocks possess low fractionated REE patterns without obvious Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu~* = 0.87-1.02). Their primitive mantle-normalized elements patterns display significant Zr-Hf troughs, positive Nb anomalies, weak negative Ti and P anomalies, and high contents of Rb and Ba,resembling Nb-enriched basalts generated in arc-related tectonic settings. Their arc-like geochemical signatures together with whole rock εNd(t) values of 0.4-2.1 and corresponding old T_(DM)(2.22-2.37 Ga)as well as(^(143)Nd/^(144)Nd)_t and(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)t(t = 1712 Ma) values of 0.5104-0.5105 and 0.7030-0.7058,respectively, suggest that their precursor magma originated from mantle wedge peridotite metasomatised by subduction-derived melts. The results from our study reveal subduction along the eastern periphery of the Tarim Craton and marginal outgrowth continuing to ~1.7 Ga within the Columbia supercontinent. 展开更多

中国散裂中子源一期工程于2018年通过国家验收,当前束流功率已经达到140 kW.为进一步提高靶站慢化器输出中子强度,已经提出中国散裂中子源二期500 kW功率升级计划.靶站关键部件长期受到高通量、高能量的粒子辐照,会产生较强的辐照损伤,... 中国散裂中子源一期工程于2018年通过国家验收,当前束流功率已经达到140 kW.为进一步提高靶站慢化器输出中子强度,已经提出中国散裂中子源二期500 kW功率升级计划.靶站关键部件长期受到高通量、高能量的粒子辐照,会产生较强的辐照损伤,影响着这些部件的使用寿命.本文首先使用PHITS3.33程序计算了钨、SS316不锈钢、6061铝合金3种材料的质子和中子原子离位截面以及氢、氦的产生截面,并分析了NRT(Norgett-Robinson-Torrens)模型和热平衡前原子复位修正(athermal recombination corrected,ARC)模型对材料离位损伤的影响.在此基础上结合中国散裂中子源二期靶站基线模型计算了靶站关键部件在500 kW的束流功率下运行5000 h产生的原子离位次数(displacement per atom,DPA)以及氢、氦的产额.计算结果表明,钨靶受辐照后产生的NRT-dpa,ARC-dpa,H和He产额最大值分别为8.01 dpa/y(1 y=2500 MW·h),2.39 dpa/y,5110 appm/y(atom parts per million,appm,每百万原子中产生该原子的个数)和884 appm/y.同样也计算了靶容器、慢化器反射体容器和质子束窗的辐照损伤值,根据这些部件的辐照损伤值预估了各自的使用寿命.这些结果对分析中国散裂中子源二期靶站关键部件的辐照损伤情况,构建合理的维护方案有着十分重要的意义. 展开更多

Embolic Effects of Bletilla striata Microspheres in Renal Artery and Transplanted VX2 Liver Tumor Model in Rabbits 被引量:5

Objective: To evaluate the characteristics of Bletilla striata microspheres(BSMs) and its effects as an embolic agent in a rabbit model. Methods: BSMs were prepared with an emulsi?cation-cool condensation-chemical cross-linking method. The characteristics of BSMs in vitro were observed. Embolization experiments were performed in renal artery of rabbit and in a rabbit liver VX2 carcinoma model. Seventy-two New Zealand rabbits were divided into 2 groups, and the right renal artery was embolized with BSMs(200 μm in diameter) in the experimental group and with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) of the same size in the control group. The pathological findings were examined with hematoxylin-eosin and Masson stainings. Liver and renal functions were tested before and after embolization.VX2 tumor was transplanted in 15 New Zealand rabbits, which were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=5). Group A were treated with saline, group B with a mixture of doxorubicin and lipiodol, and group C with hepatic arterial infusion of BSMs(200 μm in diameter). Tumor growth rate was evaluated by magnetic resonance imaging scan.Apoptosis-related factors(bax, bcl-2) and tumor vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) were evaluated through immunohistochemical staining. Results: The characteristics of BSMs in vitro were in full compliance with the requirements for use in interventional procedures. In the renal artery embolization experiment, after BSMs intervention, it was more dif?cult to form collateral circulation than that with PVAs, and the kidney manifested atrophy and calci?cation. There were no signi?cant difference of liver and renal functions in rabbits between groups. In the liver VX2 carcinoma embolization experiment, compared with group A, the growth rate of VX2 liver tumor and Bcl-2 levels was reduced, while apoptosis index, Bax, and VEGF were increased in group B(P<0.05). For our investigation into the water quality in Yulin city, we collected 76 typical water samples to be tested for particle quality. By applying a Romani type classification method the groundwater of Yulin city was classified into nine categories by type, i.e., Ca-HCO3, Na-HCO3, Na-HCO3-SO4-Cl, Na-HCO3-SO4, Na-Cl, Na-Cl-HCO3, Na-Ca- HCO3, Ca-Cl-HCO3 and Ca-HCO3-SO4-Cl. A principal component analysis was carried out in order to analyze the groundwater environment. From this analysis we considered that the information collected could be represented by 21 indices from which we extracted seven principal components, which, respectively, accounted for 37.4%, 13.0%, 8.1%, 7.2%, 6.3%, 5.9% and 4.6% of the total variation. The results show that the groundwater environment of this region is largely determined by characteristic components of the natural groundwater background. One part of the water was polluted by leaching/eluviation of solid waste generated from coal mining. Another part of the ground water was contaminated by acid mine water from the coal layer and from improper irrigation. In addition, geological and hydrogeological conditions also cause changes in the water environment. 展开更多

Efficacy of indirect intense pulsed light irradiation on meibomian gland dysfunction: a randomized controlled study

AIM:To investigate the efficacy and mechanisms of indirect intense pulsed light(IPL)irradiation on meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).METHODS:A total of 60 MGD patients was included in this prospective randomized controlled trial.Patients were randomly assigned 1:1 into two groups(3-mm group and 10-mm group)in which IPL was applied at distances from the lower eyelid margin of 3 and 10 mm,respectively.Both groups received three times treatment with 3-week interval.Meibomian gland yield secretion score(MGYSS),standard patient evaluation of eye dryness(SPEED)questionnaire,tear break-up time(TBUT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS),and in vivo confocal microscopy were performed at baseline and after every treatment.RESULTS:After three IPL treatments,both groups had significant improvement in MGYSS(both P<0.05).The noninferiority test showed that improvement in 10-mm group was not inferior to that in 3-mm group(P<0.001).In both groups,temporal regions of both upper and lower eyelids showed significant improvement in MGYSS.Scores of SPEED questionnaire in both groups declined significantly(both P<0.001)and changes of SPEED had no difference between two groups(P=0.57).Density of central corneal subepithelial nerves and TBUTs showed no statistically significant changes.The 3-mm group had improvement on corneal fluorescein staining(P=0.048)and meibomian gland morphology(acini wall thickness P=0.003,hyperreflective points P=0.024)while the 10-mm group had not.CONCLUSION:The efficacy of IPL indirect irradiation in improving meibomian gland secretion and alleviating dry eye symptoms remains unchanged with increase in treatment distance.IPL may primarily act on the functional improvement of the meibomian glands and corneal nerves. 展开更多

MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are small,non-coding RNAs that negatively adjust gene expression in multifarious biological processes.However,the regulatory effects of miRNAs on Schwann cells remain poorly understood.Previous microarray analysis results have shown that miRNA expression is altered following sciatic nerve transaction,thereby affecting proliferation and migration of Schwann cells.This study investigated whether miR-148b-3p could regulate migration of Schwann cells by directly targeting cullin-associated and neddylation-dissociated 1(Cand1).Up-regulated expression of miR-148b-3p promoted Schwann cell migration,whereas silencing of miR-148b-3p inhibited Schwann cell migration in vitro.Further experiments confirmed that Candl was a direct target of miR-148b-3p,and Candl knockdown reversed suppression of the miR-148b-3p inhibitor on Schwann cell migration.These results suggested that miR-148b-3p promoted migration of Schwann cells by directly targeting Candl in vitro. 展开更多

Recovery from injury to the peripheral nervous system is different from that of the central nervous system in that it can lead to gene reprogramming that can induce the expression of a series of regeneration-associated genes.This eventually leads to axonal regeneration of injured neurons.Although some regeneration-related genes have been identified,the regulatory network underlying axon regeneration remains largely unknown.To explore the regulator of axon regeneration,we performed RNA sequencing of lumbar L4 and L5 dorsal root ganglion(DRG)neurons at different time points(0,3,6,12 hours,1,3 and 7 days)after rat sciatic nerve crush.The isolation of neurons was carried out by laser capture microscopy combined with NeuN immunofluorescence staining.We found 1228 differentially expressed genes in the injured sciatic nerve tissue.The hub genes within these differentially expressed genes include Atf3,Jun,Myc,Ngf,Fgf2,Ezh2,Gfap and Il6.We verified that the expression of the enhancer of zeste homologue 2 gene(Ezh2)was up-regulated in DRG neurons after injury,and this up-regulation differed between large-and small-sized dorsal root ganglion neurons.To investigate whether the up-regulation of Ezh2 impacts axonal regeneration,we silenced Ezh2 with siRNA in cultured DRG neurons and found that the growth of the newborn axons was repressed.In our investigation into the regulatory network of Ezh2 by interpretive phenomenal analysis,we found some regulators of Ezh2(including Erk,Il6 and Hif1a)and targets(including Atf3,Cdkn1a and Smad1).Our findings suggest that Ezh2,as a nerve regeneration-related gene,participates in the repair of the injured DRG neurons,and knocking down the Ezh2 in vitro inhibits the axonal growth of DRG neurons.All the experimental procedures approved by the Administration Committee of Experimental Animals of Jiangsu Province of China(approval No.S20191201-201)on March 21,2019. 展开更多

目的:探讨血清可溶性CD105(s CD105)、骨膜蛋白(Periostin)、胸苷激酶1(TK1)对ⅢA-N2期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者根治性切除术后复发风险的预测价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年5月我院收治的127例接受根治性切除术的ⅢA-N2期NSCLC患者,... 目的:探讨血清可溶性CD105(s CD105)、骨膜蛋白(Periostin)、胸苷激酶1(TK1)对ⅢA-N2期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者根治性切除术后复发风险的预测价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年5月我院收治的127例接受根治性切除术的ⅢA-N2期NSCLC患者,根据术后3年是否复发分为复发组64例和无复发组63例,收集患者临床资料并采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清s CD105、Periostin、TK1水平。通过多因素Logistic回归分析ⅢA-N2期NSCLC根治性切除术后复发的影响因素,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清s CD105、Periostin、TK1水平对ⅢA-N2期NSCLC患者根治性切除术后复发的预测价值。结果:复发组血清s CD105、Periostin、TK1水平高于无复发组(P<0.05)。复发组纵膈淋巴结转移数、隆突下淋巴结转移数、N2多站转移、N2多区域转移、N2跨区域转移比例高于无复发组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,纵膈淋巴结转移数增加、N2跨区域转移和s CD105升高、Periostin升高、TK1升高为ⅢA-N2期NSCLC根治性切除术后复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,血清s CD105、Periostin、TK1单独与联合预测ⅢA-N2期NSCLC根治性切除术后复发的曲线下面积分别为0.788、0.771、0.787、0.917,三项联合预测的曲线下面积大于各指标单独预测。结论:血清s CD105、Periostin、TK1水平升高为ⅢA-N2期NSCLC患者根治性切除术后复发的独立危险因素,联合检测血清s CD105、Periostin、TK1对ⅢA-N2期NSCLC患者根治性切除术后复发的预测价值较高。 展开更多

African swine fever virus(ASFV)is a lethal pathogen that causes severe threats to the global swine industry and it has already had catastrophic socio-economic effects.To date,no licensed prophylactic vaccine exists.Limited knowledge exists about the major immunogens of ASFV and the epitope mapping of the key antigens.As such,there is a considerable requirement to understand the functional monoclonal antibodies(mAbs)and the epitope mapping may be of utmost importance in our understanding of immune responses and designing improved vaccines,therapeutics,and diagnostics.In this study,we generated an ASFV antibody phage-display library from ASFV convalescent swine PBMCs,further screened a specific ASFV major capsid protein(p72)single-chain antibody and fused with an IgG Fc fragment(scFv-83-Fc),which is a specific recognition antibody against ASFV Pig/HLJ/2018 strain.Using the scFv-83-Fc mAb,we selected a conserved epitope peptide(221MTGYKH226)of p72 retrieved from a phage-displayed random peptide library.Moreover,flow cytometry and cell uptake experiments demonstrated that the epitope peptide can significantly promote BMDCs maturation in vitro and could be effectively uptaken by DCs,which indicated its potential application in vaccine and diagnostic reagent development.Overall,this study provided a valuable platform for identifying targets for ASFV vaccine development,as well as to facilitate the optimization design of subunit vaccine and diagnostic reagents. 展开更多
