背景与目的系统评价洛铂(Lobaplatin, LBP)和顺铂(Cisplatin, DDP)胸腔灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液(malignant pleural effusion, MPE)的疗效和不良反应。方法计算机检索Medline(PubMed)Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane、万方数据库、... 背景与目的系统评价洛铂(Lobaplatin, LBP)和顺铂(Cisplatin, DDP)胸腔灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液(malignant pleural effusion, MPE)的疗效和不良反应。方法计算机检索Medline(PubMed)Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane、万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和维普数据库(VIP),收集有关LBP与DDP胸腔灌注化疗治疗MPE的随机对照试验(randomized control trial, RCT);主要结局指标包括客观缓解率(objective response rate, ORR)、完全缓解率(complete response, CR)、部分缓解率(partial response, PR)、肾毒性、胸痛、胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、发热反应及肝毒性;采用相对危险度(relative risk, RR)为效应量,各效应量以95%置信区间(95%CI)表示,Stata 14.0统计软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入12项RCT,共720例MPE患者,meta分析结果显示,与DDP胸腔灌注化疗方案比较,LBP胸腔灌注化疗方案明显提高MPE患者的ORR(RR=1.27, 95%CI:1.15-1.40,P<0.001)、CR(RR=1.39, 95%CI:1.09-1.78, P=0.007)、PR(RR=1.21, 95%CI:1.02-1.42, P=0.026);与DDP胸腔灌注化疗比较,LBP胸腔灌注化疗组的肾毒性(RR=0.31, 95%CI:0.13-0.71, P=0.005)、胃肠道反应(RR=0.44, 95%CI:0.31-0.62, P<0.001)发生率显著低于DDP。结论与DDP胸腔灌注化疗治疗MPE比较,LBP胸腔灌注化疗治疗MPE的ORR、CR和PR均显著优于DDP,且肾毒性及胃肠道反应均显著低于DDP。 展开更多

本文介绍了近年来我国在激光间接驱动惯性约束聚变中黑腔物理实验研究的进展.我们在神光系列激光装置上开展了一系列黑腔物理分解实验和黑腔辐射场综合实验,从多个方面研究了黑腔内部等离子体状态和辐射场特性.为了提升精密化实验能力,... 本文介绍了近年来我国在激光间接驱动惯性约束聚变中黑腔物理实验研究的进展.我们在神光系列激光装置上开展了一系列黑腔物理分解实验和黑腔辐射场综合实验,从多个方面研究了黑腔内部等离子体状态和辐射场特性.为了提升精密化实验能力,对黑腔物理实验主要诊断设备进行了不断优化改进、精密标定和一致性考核,并对激光能量平衡和光斑稳定性的影响做了分析研究,针对神光Ⅲ原型装置从物理设计、诊断、制靶、驱动器等多方面不断优化完善,建立了黑腔能量学精密物理实验能力,获得了一套具有较高置信度的自洽的黑腔能量学实验数据,同时初步探索研究了六孔球腔、三轴柱腔、贫铀腔、泡沫金腔等新型黑腔的辐射场特性.最后介绍了2017年刚完成的黑腔Au泡膨胀特性和激光注入孔(Laser Entrance Hole,LEH)堵孔特性的实验研究.这些实验获得了多个可重复、可理解、互相自洽的实验数据,使我们对黑腔能量学和辐射场分布的影响因素和规律有了更深入的认识. 展开更多

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a common autoimmune disease leading to pain,disability,and even death.Although studies have revealed that aberrant activation of STING was implicated in various autoimmune diseases,the role of STING in RA remains unclear.In the current study,we demonstrated that STING activation was pivotal in RA pathogenesis.As the accumulation of dsDNA,a specific stimulus for STING,is a feature of RA,we developed a spherical polyethyleneimine-coated mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles loaded with STING antagonist C-176(PEI-PDA@C-176 NPs)for treating RA.The fabricated NPs with biocompatibility had high DNA adsorption ability and could effectively inhibit the STING pathway and inflammation in macrophages.Intra-articular administration of PEI-PDA@C-176 NPs could effectively reduce joint damage in mice models of dsDNA-induced arthritis and collagen-induced arthritis by inhibiting STING pathway.We concluded that materials with synergistic effects of STING inhibition might be an efficacious strategy to treat RA. 展开更多

Nanoliposomes have a broad range of applications in the treatment of autoimmune inflammatory diseases because of their ability to considerably enhance drug transport.For their clinical application,nanoliposomes must be able to realize on-demand release of drugs at disease sites to maximize drug-delivery efficacy and minimize side effects.Therefore,responsive drug-release strategies for inflammation treatment have been explored;however,no specific design has been realized for a responsive drug-delivery system based on pyroptosis-related inflammation.Herein,we report a pioneering strategy for self-adaptive pyroptosis-responsive liposomes(R8-cardiolipin-containing nanoliposomes encapsulating dimethyl fumarate,RC-NL@DMF)that pre-cisely release encapsulated anti-pyroptotic drugs into pyroptotic cells.The activated key pyroptotic protein,the N-terminal domain of gasdermin E,selectively integrates with the cardiolipin of liposomes,thus forming pores for controlled drug release,pyroptosis,and inflammation inhibition.Therefore,RC-NL@DMF exhibited effective therapeutic efficacies to alleviate autoimmune inflammatory damages in zymosan-induced arthritis mice and dextran sulfate sodium-induced inflammatory bowel disease mice.Our novel approach holds great promise for self-adaptive pyroptosis-responsive on-demand drug delivery,suppressing pyroptosis and treating autoimmune inflammatory diseases. 展开更多

An experiment on 100 k J laser facility is performed to study the motive features and radiation properties of plasmas from different areas inside gas-filled cylindrical hohlraums.These hohlraums are designed to possess one open end and one laser entrance hole(LEH)with different diameters,which would or not result in the blocking of the LEH.An x-ray streak camera that is set at 16 degrees with respect to the hohlraum axis is applied to acquire the timeresolved x-ray images from the open end.Based on the images,we can study the evolutions of the wall plasma,corona bubble plasma and LEH plasma simultaneously through an equivalent view field of hohlraum interior.Multi-group flat response x-ray detectors are applied to measure the x-ray fluxes.In order to understand these characteristics,our two-dimensional radiation hydrodynamic code is used to simulate the experimental results.For the accuracy of reproduction,dielectronic recombination and two parameter corrections are applied in our code.Based on the comparison between experiments and simulations,we quantitatively understand the blocking process of LEH and the motion effects of other plasmas.The calibrated code is beneficial to design the gas-filled hohlraum in a nearby parameter space,especially the limit size of LEH. 展开更多

为探讨饲粮添加不同浓度包膜单宁对樱桃谷鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取480只1日龄体重相近的健康樱桃谷鸭,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只雏鸭。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添... 为探讨饲粮添加不同浓度包膜单宁对樱桃谷鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取480只1日龄体重相近的健康樱桃谷鸭,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只雏鸭。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加200 mg/kg、350 mg/kg、500 mg/kg包膜单宁。试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮添加不同水平包膜单宁对42日龄生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),可显著提高42日龄屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率(P<0.05);饲粮添加包膜单宁对血清生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05),42日龄总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平随包膜单宁浓度的增加显著提高(P<0.05),而丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮添加包膜单宁能够提高42日龄樱桃谷鸭体重、屠宰性能和抗氧化能力,本试验条件下350 mg/kg为适宜添加剂量。 展开更多

Due to the fact that a high share of renewable energy sources(RESs)are connected to high-voltage direct current(HVDC)sending-end AC power systems,the voltage and frequency regulation capabilities of HVDC sending-end AC power systems have diminished.This has resulted in potential system operating problems such as overvoltage and overfrequency,which occur simultaneously when block faults exist in the HVDC link.In this study,a steady-state voltage security-constrained optimal frequency control method for weak HVDC sending-end AC power systems is proposed.The integrated virtual inertia control of RESs is employed for system frequency regulation.Additional dynamic reactive power compensation devices are utilized to control the voltage of all nodes meet voltage security constraints.Then,an optimization model that simultaneously considers the frequency and steady-state voltage security constraints for weak HVDC sending-end AC power systems is established.The optimal control scheme with the minimum total cost of generation tripping and additional dynamic reactive power compensation required is obtained through the optimization solution.Simulations are conducted on a modified IEEE 9-bus test system and practical Qing-Yu line commutated converter based HVDC(LCC-HVDC)sending-end AC power system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

目的分析6~18岁儿童眼部屈光度、眼轴长度和角膜曲率,为儿童近视防控提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,于2019年选择上海市宝山区中小学学生进行视力检查,收集学生的性别、年龄、视力、屈光度、眼轴长度和角膜曲率等资料,... 目的分析6~18岁儿童眼部屈光度、眼轴长度和角膜曲率,为儿童近视防控提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,于2019年选择上海市宝山区中小学学生进行视力检查,收集学生的性别、年龄、视力、屈光度、眼轴长度和角膜曲率等资料,分析学生眼睛等效球镜、眼轴长度和角膜曲率之间的相关性。结果共检查3132人6264眼,正常视力1049人,占33.49%;近视1748例,占55.81%;远视335例,占10.70%。等效球镜与眼轴长度呈负相关(r=-0.641,P<0.001),等效球镜与角膜曲率呈较弱的负相关(r=-0.132,P<0.001),角膜曲率与眼轴长度呈负相关(r=-0.410,P<0.001)。结论宝山区6~18岁儿童近视比例较高,屈光度与眼轴长度和角膜曲率均呈负相关。 展开更多

为了能够实时精确监测页岩气水平井水力压裂裂缝空间形态及储层改造体积,针对压裂过程中无法定量描述人工裂缝扩展形态,无法研究压裂裂缝扩展影响因素的问题,运用井中微地震监测技术,对宝塔南YP5-1井第1~第13压裂段压裂全过程进行了裂... 为了能够实时精确监测页岩气水平井水力压裂裂缝空间形态及储层改造体积,针对压裂过程中无法定量描述人工裂缝扩展形态,无法研究压裂裂缝扩展影响因素的问题,运用井中微地震监测技术,对宝塔南YP5-1井第1~第13压裂段压裂全过程进行了裂缝监测,结果表明:1)对比分析微地震事件纵横波差异,表明受储层天然裂缝发育影响,压裂裂缝出现不对称发育现象;2)人工裂缝FCL为0.32~0.71,裂缝复杂程度较高,SRV重合性较低,单层压裂裂缝重复交叉较少,表明储层改造效果比较好;3)微地震监测成果与测井显示结果密切相关,物性条件较好的压裂层段微地震事件比较多,裂缝复杂程度较高,储层改造效果更好。以上成果对分析微地震事件空间展布,研究储层物性,客观准确评价储层改造效果等具有一定指导与借鉴作用。 展开更多

目的:探讨亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮对老年患者无痛纤支镜中血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2021年11月―2022年5月在我院进行无痛纤支镜检查的老年患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组。试验组先给予0.15 mg/kg盐酸艾司氯胺酮静推,... 目的:探讨亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮对老年患者无痛纤支镜中血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2021年11月―2022年5月在我院进行无痛纤支镜检查的老年患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组。试验组先给予0.15 mg/kg盐酸艾司氯胺酮静推,对照组则先给予等容积的生理盐水静推,随后两组患者均再给予丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼靶控输注(TCI)进行麻醉诱导与维持,待患者意识消失,脑电双频指数(BIS)值<60时置入喉罩并连接麻醉机进行机械通气,术中维持BIS值40~60。观察两组患者不同时间点血流动力学的变化及术中丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼时间标准化用量、不良反应发生率、血管活性药物的使用率、麻醉时间及术后苏醒指标监测评分的差异。结果:两组在插喉罩前(T1)、检查中(T2)、苏醒时(T3)收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)较麻醉诱导前(T0)均降低;试验组在T1、T2、T3时刻SBP和DBP较对照组同时刻均增加;对照组在T1、T2时刻的HR均低于T0时刻,试验组T1时刻的HR低于T0,T2时刻的HR略高于T0时刻,至苏醒期,两组的HR均高于T0时刻;两组在T1、T2、T3时刻SpO2较T0时刻均增加;两组患者同一时刻HR和SpO2相比无差异。结论:亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮应用于老年患者无痛纤支镜的检查对患者血流动力学影响小,安全性高,值得推广应用。 展开更多

外周动静脉畸形介入栓塞硬化去血管化程度与临床转归的相关性研究

目的探讨外周动静脉畸形介入栓塞硬化治疗后去血管化程度与临床转归之间的关系。方法回顾性分析2021年7月至2023年6月收治的37例外周动静脉畸形患者的临床资料,均接受了"瘤巢"和(或)回流静脉栓塞联合硬化剂注射的治疗方法,通... 目的探讨外周动静脉畸形介入栓塞硬化治疗后去血管化程度与临床转归之间的关系。方法回顾性分析2021年7月至2023年6月收治的37例外周动静脉畸形患者的临床资料,均接受了"瘤巢"和(或)回流静脉栓塞联合硬化剂注射的治疗方法,通过2名具有5年以上外周血管介入经验的医师对治疗前后去血管化程度进行判断,与随访的临床转归进行相关性研究。结果37例均为有症状患者,肿胀、疼痛的占比为75.7%,26例接受了1次治疗,3例接受了2次介入栓塞及硬化治疗,平均随访(13.3±5.0)个月,临床症状完全缓解14例,部分缓解22例,总体有效率为97%,去血管化程度<50%的6例,50%~75%的患者16例,75%~90%的患者5例,>90%的患者10例。低于60%的去血管化程度无法达到临床症状的缓解。结论外周动静脉畸形介入治疗的去血管化程度与临床转归之间存在正相关性,60%的去血管化程度可作为治疗有效性的"界值"。 展开更多

The China Central Orogenic System(CCOS),extending in an east-west direction in the middle part of China,is composed of the Early Paleozoic Altyn-North Qilian-North Qaidam-East Kunlun-North Qinling-North Tongbai orogens in the west and the Late Paleozoic to Early Mesozoic South Tongbai-Hong'an-Dabie-Sulu orogens in the east.They were produced by oceanic subduction and continental subduction/collision during the closure of the Proto-Tethys and the Paleo-Tethys oceans,respectively.Different types of metamorphic rocks with various ages are extensively exposed in these orogens,and they were produced at different geothermal gradients in different stages during the tectonic evolution of convergent continental margins,making them ideal targets to reconstruct the spatiotemporal evolution of the Eastern Tethys tectonic domain.In this article,an integrated study of metamorphic temperature(T)-pressure(P)-time(t)records is presented for metamorphic rocks along the CCOS,aiming to ascertain the change of metamorphic T/P ratios in both time and space,and then shed light on the tectonic evolution of the East Tethys tectonic domain in association with the thermal state change of convergent continental margins.The results indicate that despite the difference in metamorphic ages,metamorphic rocks in different orogens show a common trend with clockwise P-T-t paths.With respect to plate convergence for subduction and collision,regional metamorphism is categorized into three stages:(1)an early convergent stage,corresponding to low T/P Alpine-type blueschist-to eclogite-facies high-P to ultrahigh-P metamorphism;(2)a later convergent stage,corresponding to the medium T/P Barrovian-type medium-P amphibolite to high-P granulite-facies metamorphism;and(3)a post-convergent stage,corresponding to the high T/P Buchan-type lowP amphibolite to MP granulite-facies metamorphism.Nonetheless,a few metamorphic rocks only record a two-sage metamorphic evolution,with an early Barrovian-type high-P granulite-facies metamorphism and a late Buchan-type lo 展开更多

Artificial metamaterials have attracted widespread attention of research communities due to their anomalous physical properties compared to those of conventional materials.In this study,we designed a three-dimensional(3D)lightweight metaarchitecture consisting of 6-connected anti-chiral honeycombs.The mechanical properties(e.g.Young’s modulus,compression strength,and Poisson’s ratio)of the proposed meta-architecture could be programmed by adjusting a series of geometric parameters,as shown through numerical simulations.Moreover,an optically sensitive polymer-based 3D meta-architecture with 6-connected anti-chiral features was constructed by the stereolithography method.Owing to the regulation of the negative Poisson’s ratio,3D meta-architecture achieved a greater ductility under compression than those of traditional truss structures while retaining a relatively high strength and low density.Compression experiments validated the excellent tunability of the mechanical properties of the proposed 3D 6-connected antichiral structure.The results suggest the promising applications of this structure in lightweight aircraft,vibration isolation,and mechanical sensors. 展开更多

The first laser–plasma interaction experiment using lasers of eight beams grouped into one octad has been conducted on the Shenguang Octopus facility.Although each beam intensity is below its individual threshold for stimulated Brillouin backscattering(SBS),collective behaviors are excited to enhance the octad SBS.In particular,when two-color/cone lasers with wavelength separation 0.3 nm are used,the backward SBS reflectivities show novel behavior in which beams of longer wavelength achieve higher SBS gain.This property of SBS can be attributed to the rotation of the wave vectors of common ion acoustic waves due to the competition of detunings between geometrical angle and wavelength separation.This mechanism is confirmed using massively parallel supercomputer simulations with the three-dimensional laser–plasma interaction code LAP3D. 展开更多

In this research,the dynamics of wet spray nozzles with different geometries,used to accelerate shotcrete,are investigated on the basis of a suitable three-dimensional mathematical model and related numerical method.Simulations have been conducted in the frame of the SIMPLEC algorithm.The k-εturbulence model has been used to account for turbulent effects.The study shows that when the angle of the convergent section is less than 3°,it has a scarce effect on the dynamics of the jet of shotcrete;with the increase of the convergence angle,the shotcrete jet velocity decreases and the nozzle wear increases;when this angle is greater than 6°,the concrete outlet jet velocity is very small and the nozzle can easily be blocked.Experimental results are in good agreement with the outcomes of the numerical simulations,which indicates that the used approach is reliable. 展开更多

A new Arthrospira strain named Arthrospira sp.ZJWST-S1 was isolated from a local digested piggery wastewater(DPW)storage pool in Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province,China.It possessed good stain resistance against contaminants in DPW,which was pretreated with a membrane bioreactor(MBR).The strain was identified as Arthrospira platensis(A.platensis)based on its morphological characteristics and the 16S rDNA sequencing analysis.The effect of chrominance on growth of A.platensis ZJWST-S1 was investigated in a field raceway pond filled with MBR effluent or MBR effluent decolorized with ozonation.After ozonation,the chrominance of MBR effluent was decreased from 700 mg Pt/L to 150 mg Pt/L.Two runs of cultivation showed that A.platensis ZJWST-S1 grew faster in the ozone decolorized MBR effluent,the averaged biomass concentration being 0.907 g/L after 10 days of cultivation,close to that in a Zarrouk medium(0.969 g/L).By comparison,the biomass grew much slower in the non-decolorized MBR effluent(0.624 g/L).The pollutant removal was also benefited from the accelerative growth of A.platensis ZJWST-S1 in the decolorized MBR effluent.Almost all ammonium,61.2%of nitrate and 68.1%of phosphate were removed by the A.platensis ZJWST-S1 in the decolorized MBR effluent,much higher than the corresponding values of almost all ammonium,25.4%of nitrate and 36.5%of phosphate in the MBR effluent.Furthermore,the Arthrospira biomass harvested from the ozone decolorized MBR effluent after 10 d cultivation was with crude protein content of 59.1%±3.5%in dry algae powder.The content of Pb,As,Cd and Hg in biomass was also low enough to meet the Chinese Arthrospira Standard for Animal Feed(GB/T 17243-1998).This study showed that the new strain A.platensis ZJWST-S1 possessed potential to be used for producing animal feed and simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in DPW. 展开更多
