In this paper,we demonstrate nBn InAs/InAsSb type II superlattice(T2SL)photodetectors with AlAsSb as the barrier that targets mid-wavelength infrared(MWIR)detection.To improve operating temperature and suppress dark c...In this paper,we demonstrate nBn InAs/InAsSb type II superlattice(T2SL)photodetectors with AlAsSb as the barrier that targets mid-wavelength infrared(MWIR)detection.To improve operating temperature and suppress dark current,a specific Sb soaking technique was employed to improve the interface abruptness of the superlattice with device passivation using a SiO_(2) layer.These result in ultralow dark current density of 6.28×10^(-6)A/cm^(2)and 0.31 A/cm^(2)under-600 mV at 97 K and297 K,respectively,which is lower than most reported InAs/InAsSb-based MWIR photodetectors.Corresponding resistance area product values of 3.20×10^(4)Ω·cm^(2)and 1.32Ω·cm^(2)were obtained at 97 K and 297 K.A peak responsivity of 0.39 A/W with a cutoff wavelength around 5.5μm and a peak detectivity of 2.1×10^(9)cm·Hz^(1/2)/W were obtained at a high operating temperature up to 237 K.展开更多

Firstly, monitoring points are found out by the mechanical test on composite insulator samples. Secondly, based on the monitoring theory, this paper introduces the feasibility design frame of the composite insulator with FBG implanted in the rod and the online monitor system. To the Editor:Ankle sprains are some of the most common emergency injuries from trauma.Due to the particularity of its anatomy,most sprains of the ankle are due to injuries of the lateral collateral ligaments,of which...To the Editor:Ankle sprains are some of the most common emergency injuries from trauma.Due to the particularity of its anatomy,most sprains of the ankle are due to injuries of the lateral collateral ligaments,of which 80%are tears or ruptures of the anterior talofibular ligament(ATFL).[1]If the treatment is not appropriate,the injury will affect the patient’s work and life in the long term,and the patient can even develop chronic ankle instability(CAI),increasing the treatment duration and resulting inhigher economic burdens on the patients and themedical insurance system.Regarding the clinical epidemiology of ATFL injuries,at present,most research is focused on the exploration of the incidence,pathogenic causes,and treatment methods,but not enough attention has been given to individualized factors and the associated injuries.In addition,the guidance effect of the findings of these studies on clinical practice is limited.To the best of our knowledge,there have been no clinical epidemiological studies on ATFL injuries in ward patients in China.Therefore,this study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of all patients with ATFL injuries in the Sports Medicine Center of the Southwest Hospital ofArmy Military Medical University from July 2007 to December 2020.The goal was to understand the characteristics and pattern distributions of ATFL injuries to provide a basis for their prevention,early diagnosis,and treatment.This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University(KY 2021026).展开更多
On day 3 of gestation, one uterine horn of fe-male pregnant mouse was injected intraluminally with 5 mL 0.1 mg/mL lactacystin, a specific inhibitor of ubiquitin-pro- teasome pathway (UPP), while the contralateral horn...On day 3 of gestation, one uterine horn of fe-male pregnant mouse was injected intraluminally with 5 mL 0.1 mg/mL lactacystin, a specific inhibitor of ubiquitin-pro- teasome pathway (UPP), while the contralateral horn served as control. Animals were sacrificed by cervical dislocation on day 5, 6, 7 of gestation, respectively. Then the number of implanted embryos in each uterine horn was calculated, and the expression of VEGF and its receptors was examined. The data showed that the number of implanted embryos was decreased significantly after treatment with lactacystin. The results of RT-PCR and Western blot indicated that expres-sion of VEGF and its receptors at mRNA and protein levels was significantly decreased in the treated uterus, meanwhile, the expression of HIF-1a (the a subunit of HIF, a transcrip-tional factor of VEGF) was reduced at both mRNA and pro-tein levels. These data suggested that the effect of UPP on VEGF expression was realized through regulating HIF-1a expression. In addition, UPP is likely to take part in the modulation of VEGF receptors expression. These changes may be one of the reasons for the reduction of implanted embryos.展开更多

VEGF plays impor-tant roles in some reproductive diseases, including pree-clampsia and fetal hypoevolutism in uterus. Based on our studies on angiogenesis and its relevant factors in the female reproductive system these years, the functions of VEGF in female reproductive system are reviewed, and the research prospect and application of VEGF are also discussed.展开更多

Analysis-by-synthesis linear predictive coding(AbS-LPC)is widely used in a variety of low-bit-rate speech codecs.Most of the current steganalysis methods for AbS-LPC low-bit-rate compressed speech steganography are sp...Analysis-by-synthesis linear predictive coding(AbS-LPC)is widely used in a variety of low-bit-rate speech codecs.Most of the current steganalysis methods for AbS-LPC low-bit-rate compressed speech steganography are specifically designed for a specific coding standard or category of steganography methods,and thus lack generalization capability.In this paper,a general steganalysis method for detecting steganographies in low-bit-rate compressed speech under different standards is proposed.First,the code-element matrices corresponding to different coding standards are concatenated to obtain a synthetic code-element matrix,which will be mapped into an intermediate feature representation by utilizing the pre-trained dictionaries.Then,bidirectional long short-term memory is employed to capture long-term contextual correlations.Finally,a code-element affinity attention mechanism is used to capture the global inter-frame context,and a full connection structure is used to generate the prediction result.Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and better than the comparison methods for detecting steganographies in cross-standard low-bit-rate compressed speech.展开更多
Recent convolutional neural networks(CNNs)based deep learning has significantly promoted fire detection.Existing fire detection methods can efficiently recognize and locate the fire.However,the accurate flame boundary...Recent convolutional neural networks(CNNs)based deep learning has significantly promoted fire detection.Existing fire detection methods can efficiently recognize and locate the fire.However,the accurate flame boundary and shape information is hard to obtain by them,which makes it difficult to conduct automated fire region analysis,prediction,and early warning.To this end,we propose a fire semantic segmentation method based on Global Position Guidance(GPG)and Multi-path explicit Edge information Interaction(MEI).Specifically,to solve the problem of local segmentation errors in low-level feature space,a top-down global position guidance module is used to restrain the offset of low-level features.Besides,an MEI module is proposed to explicitly extract and utilize the edge information to refine the coarse fire segmentation results.We compare the proposed method with existing advanced semantic segmentation and salient object detection methods.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves 94.1%,93.6%,94.6%,95.3%,and 95.9%Intersection over Union(IoU)on five test sets respectively which outperforms the suboptimal method by a large margin.In addition,in terms of accuracy,our approach also achieves the best score.展开更多
As the material carrier of social service industry,public service facilities are important indicators to measure human settlement.With the continuous deepening of inventory development practice,urban renewal has gradu...As the material carrier of social service industry,public service facilities are important indicators to measure human settlement.With the continuous deepening of inventory development practice,urban renewal has gradually become one of the sources of supply of public service facilities.Focusing on the urban renewal activities of Futian District,Shenzhen from 2010 to 2016,the study conducts an empirical study on the pattern of public service facility networks before and after urban renewal through social network analysis.The fi ndings show that:①on the whole,the public service system in Futian District has been effectively improved during urban renewal development;②the impact of urban renewal on public service system is characterized by differentiation,among which industrial and commercial facilities have been signifi cantly improved,while educational and medical facilities have been hardly improved;③urban renewal has a clear policy orientation as an institutional means,and promoting economic restructuring and industrial reorganization is still the primary purpose of urban renewal during inventory development stage.展开更多
