AIM: We shall construct the small interfering RNA (siRNA) expression cassette (SEC) targeting activated K-ras gene sequence, identify more effective siRNA sequence against K-ras gene in human pancreatic cancer cell li...AIM: We shall construct the small interfering RNA (siRNA) expression cassette (SEC) targeting activated K-ras gene sequence, identify more effective siRNA sequence against K-ras gene in human pancreatic cancer cell line MiaPaCa-2 by SEC and reveal the anti-cancer effects of RNA interference (RNAi) and its therapeutic possibilities. METHODS: Three different sites of SECs were constructed by PCR. K1/siRNA,K2/siRNA and K3/siRNA are located at sites 194,491 and 327, respectively. They were transfected into MiaPaCa-2 cells by liposome to inhibit the expression of activated K-ras. In the interfering groups of sites 194 and 491, we detected the apoptosis in cells by FACS after they were incubated for 48 h, then we tested the alternation of K-ras gene in MiaPaCa-2 cells by RT-PCR immunofluorescence, respectively. RESULTS: Introduction of the Kl/siRNA and K2/siRNA against K-ras into MiaPaCa-2 cells leads to increased apoptosis, and the number of apoptotic cells is increased compared with control cells. The tests of RT-PCR immunofluorescence show the effects of inhibiting expression of activated K-ras gene by RNA interference in the Kl/siRNA and K2/siRNA groups. We also find that the introduction of K3/siRNA has no effect on MiaPaCa-2 cells. CONCLUSION: Kl/siRNA and K2/siRNA can inhibit the expression of activated K-ras but K3/siRNA has no effect, demonstrating that Kl/siRNA and K2/siRNA are effective sequences against K-ras gene and K3/siRNA are not. We conclude that specific siRNA against K-ras expression may be a powerful tool to be used therapeutically against human pancreatic cancer.展开更多

Chick choriallantic membrane(CAM) model, rabbit inflammatory corneal neovascularization(CNV) model, and liver cancer-bearing nude mice model were employed to investigate the negative biological effect of fusion molecules on neovascularization in vivo.RESULTS: Western blot showed that the molecular weight of fusion protein was about 41kD after infection of ECV304,HepG2 and L929 cells with supernatant of AdhENDO-VEGI151.The fusion protein showed a specific inhibitory effect on the proliferation of ECV304 cells, but no inhibitory effect on the growth of HepG2 and L929 cells (F=13112.13, P=0.0001). In the chick choriallantic membrane (CAM) assay, the expressed fusion protein significantly inhibited neovascularization. Rabbit inflammatory corneal neovascularization (CNV) induced by intrastromal sutures resulted in a uniform neovascular response. In this model, direct subconjunctival injection of AdhENDO-VEGI151 expressed the fusion protein in vivo and suppressed the development of CNV. Topical application of AdhENDO-VEGI151 led to a significant suppression of CNV (F=1413.11, P=0.0001),as compared with the control group of AdLacZ. Immunohistochemical staining showed the fusion protein dominantly expressed in corneal epithelium. Compared with the control group of AdLacZ (4075.9±1849.9 mm^3), the average tumor size of group AdhENDO-VEGI151 reduced in size (487.7±241.2 mm^3) (F=14.80, P=0.0085), with an inhibition rate of 88.03%. Immunohistochemical staining showed the adenoviruses carried the fusion gene expressed on liver cancer cell membrane. The patients were treated with adult plasmatransfusion (control), UCBT, plasma exchange (PE) and UCBTcombined with PE (UCBT+PE) respectively. The therapeuticeffectiveness was evaluated by serial determinations of liverfunction, lipids and immune function in all patients beforeand after the treatment. The model of experimental hepaticfailure was constructed in SD rats by injecting carbontetrachloride. Then, the rats were given normal saline, adultplasma or neonate cord blood intraperitoneally. After detectionof liver function, the rats were killed and morphologicalchanges of the liver were microscopically observed.RESULTS: UCBT group and UCBT+PE group had muchbetter improvement in liver and immune functions thancontrol group and PE group. The patients in UCBT+PE grouphad the best clinical efficacy. UCBT was safe and had noside effects. The animal experiment showed significantimprovements in liver function and survival rate in neonatecord blood group as compared with adult plasma group.The histopathology of rat′s liver indicated that neonate cordblood application could decrease the liver injury and increasehepatocellular regeneration.CONCLUSION: UCBT demonstrated a good therapeuticeffect on severe viral hepatitis and no obvious side effects.Umbilical cord blood can attenuate the liver lesions andreproduce hepatocyte. The treatment of UCBT combinedwith PE was much better than that of single plasma exchange, thus UCBT can enhance the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange on severe viral hepatitis.展开更多

TGF-β evokes cellular responses by signaling mainly through cell membrane receptors and transcription fac- tor R-Smads and Co-Smad (Smad4), while an inhibitory Smad, Smad7, acts as a critical negative regulator of TGF-β signaling. Smad7 antagonizes TGF-β signaling by regulating the stability or activity of the receptors or blocking the DNA binding of the functional R-Smad-Smad4 complex in the nucleus. However, the function of Smad7 in the nucleus is not fully understood. Yin Yang 1 (YY1) is a ubiquitously expressed transcription factor with multiple functions. It has been reported that YY1 can inhib- it Smad-dependent transcriptional responses and TGF-β/BMP-induced cell differentiation independently of its DNA binding ability. In this study, we found that Smad7 interacts with YY1 and the interaction is attenuated by TGF-β signaling. Reporter assays and target gene expression analyses revealed that Smad7 and YY1 act in concert to inhibit TGF-β-induced transcription in the nucleus. Furthermore, Smad7 could enhance the interaction of YY1 with the histone deacetylase HDAC1. Consistently, YY 1 and HDAC 1 augmented the transcription repression activity of Smad7 in Gal4-1uciferase reporter analysis. Therefore, our findings define a novel mechanism of Smad7 and YY1 to antagonize TGF-β signaling.展开更多

Then Fas expression in mouse hepatocytes was detected by RT-PCR and western blotting.After being treated with anti-Fas antibody (JO2), hepatocytes viability was measured with MTI- assay. Caspase-3 proteolytic activity was detected, and cell apoptosis was measured according to Annexin V-FITC apoptosis detection kit.RESULTS: Fas expressed in primary mouse hepatocytes.Fas expression in hepatocytes transfected with anti-Fas ribozyme was decreased remarkably and correlated with the resistance to Fas-mediated apoptosis as determined by flow cytometry and caspase-3 proteolytic activity.CONCLUSION: AnU-Fas ribozyme can remarkably decrease the Fas expression in mouse hepatocytes, thus inhibit Fasmediated apoptosis in hepatocytes, It is suggested that anti-Fas ribozyme could significantly increase the resistance of transplanted hepatocytes to apoptosis and improve the survival of transplanted hepatocytes,展开更多

To analyze the current density distribution in DSAW is beneficial to understanding of this process. Considering all kinds of dynamic factors acting on the weldpool, this paper discusses firstly the surface deformation of the weldpool and the keyhole formation in PAW+TIG DSAW process on the basis of the magnetohydrodynamic theory and variation principles. Hence, a model of the current density distribution is developed. Through numerical simulation, the current density distribution in PAW+TIG DSAW process is quantitatively analyzed. It shows that the minimal radius of keyhole formed in PAW+TIG DSAW process is 0.5 mm and 89.5 percent of current flows through the keyhole.展开更多

Variation of terrestrial water storage in the Hebei plain area from March 2010 to June 2014 was studied using ground gravimetry combined with vertical displacement data from the Global Navigation Satellite System.Resu...Variation of terrestrial water storage in the Hebei plain area from March 2010 to June 2014 was studied using ground gravimetry combined with vertical displacement data from the Global Navigation Satellite System.Results show that observed gravity variation in this area increased continuously,basically reflecting a trend toward land subsidence.With the effect of this subsidence removed,a dominantnegative change in gravity variation was evident,reflecting an average rate of decrease in terrestrial water in this area of 0.10±0.053 m/y,and this is equivalent to a volume of 81.5±43.2×108 m^(3)and is consistent with the spatial distribution of groundwater change from measured hydrologic data.These results can be an essential reference and supplement for the study of terrestrial water variation in the Hebei plain area,and indicate that ground surface gravimetry can be used as an important mean for studying changes in terrestrial water.展开更多

Construction of advanced electrode materials with unique performance for supercapacitors(SCs)is essential to achieving high implementation in the commercial market.Here,we report a novel peripheral octamethyl-substitu...Construction of advanced electrode materials with unique performance for supercapacitors(SCs)is essential to achieving high implementation in the commercial market.Here,we report a novel peripheral octamethyl-substituted nickel(Ⅱ)phthalocyanine(Ni Me_(2)Pc)-based nanocomposite as the electrode material of all-solid-state SCs.The highly redox-active NiMe_(2)Pc/carboxylated carbon nanotube(CNTCOOH)dendritic nanocomposite provides rapid electron/electrolyte ion-transport pathways and exhibits excellent structural stability,resulting in high-capacity activity and impressive cycling stability.The composite prepared with the optimized weight ratio of Ni Me_(2)Pc:CNT-COOH(6:10)showed the highest specific capacitance of 330.5 F g^(-1)at 0.25 A g^(-1).The constructed NiMe_(2)Pc/CNT-COOH-based all-solid-state symmetric SC device showed excellent performance with a maximum energy density of 22.8 Wh kg^(-1)and outstanding cycling stability(111.6%retained after 35,000 cycles).Moreover,flexible carbon cloth significantly enhanced the energy density of the NiMe_(2)Pc/CNT-COOH all-solid-state symmetric device to 52.1 Wh kg^(-1)with 95.4%capacitance retention after 35,000 cycles,and it could be applied to highperformance flexible electronics applications.These findings provide a novel strategy to design phthalocyanine-based electrode materials for next-generation flexible SC devices.展开更多

TEAD4 and YAP can also cooperate with transforminggrowth factor-β (TGF-β)-activated Smad proteins to regulate gene transcription. Yet, it remains unclear whether TEAD4 playsa YAP-independent role in TGF-β signaling. Here, we unveil a novel tumor suppressive function of TEAD4 in liver cancer viamitigating TGF-β signaling. Ectopic TEAD4 inhibited TGF-β-induced signal transduction, Smad transcriptional activity, and targetgene transcription, consequently suppressing hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation and migration in vitro and xenografttumorgrowth in mice. Consistently, depletion of endogenous TEAD4 by siRNAs enhanced TGF-β signaling in cancer cells. Mechanistically,TEAD4 associates with receptor-regulated Smads (Smad2/3) and Smad4 in the nucleus, thereby impairing the binding of Smad2/3to the histone acetyltransferase p300. Intriguingly, these negative effects of TEAD4 on TGF-β/Smad signaling are independent ofYAP, as impairing the TEAD4–YAP interaction through point mutagenesis or depletion of YAP and/or its paralog TAZ has little effect.Together, these results unravel a novel function of TEAD4 in fine tuning TGF-β signaling and liver cancer progression in a YAPindependent manner.展开更多

For comparison, three bathymetry models are used: general bathymetric charts of the oceans, SIO V15.1,and BAT_VGG. The results show that BAT_VGG is more suitable for calculating T e than the other two models. T e along the Louisville Ridge was re-evaluated. The southeast of the ridge has a medium Te of 10–20 km, while Te increases dramatically seaward of the Tonga-Kermadec trench as a result of the collision of the Pacific and IndoAustralian plates.展开更多

X-ray diffraction reveals that a single phase of perovskite is formed. The investigation of the electrical properties suggests that La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ has the highest electrical conductivity. La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ powder was mixed with different amount SDC (Sm0.15Ce0.85O1.925) powder (5wt.%-30wt.%) as composite cathodes. Electrochemical properties of the composite cathodes were researched further. Investigation suggests that the addition of appropriate amount SDC to La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ can improve the electrochemical properties and obtain better cathodic performance. Using La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ-SDC composite materials as a cathode based on SDC electrolyte, higher current density and power density at intermediate temperatures can be obtained.展开更多

Immunohistochemical staining showed the fusion protein dominantly expressed in corneal epithelium. Compared with the control group of AdLacZ (4075.9±1849.9 mm^3), the average tumor size of group AdhENDO-VEGI151 reduced in size (487.7±241.2 mm^3) (F=14.80, P=0.0085), with an inhibition rate of 88.03%. 文摘AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effect of umbilical cordblood transplantation (UCBT) on patients with severe viralhepatitis and on liver lesions in rats.METHODS: One hundred and fifty three patients with severeviral hepatitis were included in the study between April 1990and July 2002. The patients were treated with adult plasmatransfusion (control), UCBT, plasma exchange (PE) and UCBTcombined with PE (UCBT+PE) respectively. The therapeuticeffectiveness was evaluated by serial determinations of liverfunction, lipids and immune function in all patients beforeand after the treatment. The model of experimental hepaticfailure was constructed in SD rats by injecting carbontetrachloride. Then, the rats were given normal saline, adultplasma or neonate cord blood intraperitoneally. After detectionof liver function, the rats were killed and morphologicalchanges of the liver were microscopically observed.RESULTS: UCBT group and UCBT+PE group had muchbetter improvement in liver and immune functions thancontrol group and PE group. The patients in UCBT+PE grouphad the best clinical efficacy. UCBT was safe and had noside effects. The animal experiment showed significantimprovements in liver function and survival rate in neonatecord blood group as compared with adult plasma group.The histopathology of rat′s liver indicated that neonate cordblood application could decrease the liver injury and increasehepatocellular regeneration.CONCLUSION: UCBT demonstrated a good therapeuticeffect on severe viral hepatitis and no obvious side effects.Umbilical cord blood can attenuate the liver lesions andreproduce hepatocyte. The treatment of UCBT combinedwith PE was much better than that of single plasma exchange, thus UCBT can enhance the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange on severe viral hepatitis.

文摘As a prototype of the TGF-β superfamily cytokines, TGF-β is well known for its diverse roles in embryogenesis and adult tis- sue homeostasis. TGF-β evokes cellular responses by signaling mainly through cell membrane receptors and transcription fac- tor R-Smads and Co-Smad (Smad4), while an inhibitory Smad, Smad7, acts as a critical negative regulator of TGF-β signaling. Smad7 antagonizes TGF-β signaling by regulating the stability or activity of the receptors or blocking the DNA binding of the functional R-Smad-Smad4 complex in the nucleus. However, the function of Smad7 in the nucleus is not fully understood. Yin Yang 1 (YY1) is a ubiquitously expressed transcription factor with multiple functions. It has been reported that YY1 can inhib- it Smad-dependent transcriptional responses and TGF-β/BMP-induced cell differentiation independently of its DNA binding ability. In this study, we found that Smad7 interacts with YY1 and the interaction is attenuated by TGF-β signaling. Reporter assays and target gene expression analyses revealed that Smad7 and YY1 act in concert to inhibit TGF-β-induced transcription in the nucleus. Furthermore, Smad7 could enhance the interaction of YY1 with the histone deacetylase HDAC1. Consistently, YY 1 and HDAC 1 augmented the transcription repression activity of Smad7 in Gal4-1uciferase reporter analysis. Therefore, our findings define a novel mechanism of Smad7 and YY1 to antagonize TGF-β signaling.

文摘AIM: TO investigate the effects of anti-Fas ribozyme on Fas expression and apoptosis in primary cultured mouse hepatocytes.METHODS: Mouse hepatocytes were isolated by using collagenase irrigation. A hammerhead ribozyme targeting the Fas mRNA was constructed, and transfected into mouse hepatocytes via Effectene. Then Fas expression in mouse hepatocytes was detected by RT-PCR and western blotting.After being treated with anti-Fas antibody (JO2), hepatocytes viability was measured with MTI- assay. Caspase-3 proteolytic activity was detected, and cell apoptosis was measured according to Annexin V-FITC apoptosis detection kit.RESULTS: Fas expressed in primary mouse hepatocytes.Fas expression in hepatocytes transfected with anti-Fas ribozyme was decreased remarkably and correlated with the resistance to Fas-mediated apoptosis as determined by flow cytometry and caspase-3 proteolytic activity.CONCLUSION: AnU-Fas ribozyme can remarkably decrease the Fas expression in mouse hepatocytes, thus inhibit Fasmediated apoptosis in hepatocytes, It is suggested that anti-Fas ribozyme could significantly increase the resistance of transplanted hepatocytes to apoptosis and improve the survival of transplanted hepatocytes,

文摘In the double-sided arc welding system (DSAW) composing of PAW+TIG arcs, the PAW arc is guided by the TIG arc so that the current mostly flows through the direction of the workpiece thickness and the penetration is greatly improved. To analyze the current density distribution in DSAW is beneficial to understanding of this process. Considering all kinds of dynamic factors acting on the weldpool, this paper discusses firstly the surface deformation of the weldpool and the keyhole formation in PAW+TIG DSAW process on the basis of the magnetohydrodynamic theory and variation principles. Hence, a model of the current density distribution is developed. Through numerical simulation, the current density distribution in PAW+TIG DSAW process is quantitatively analyzed. It shows that the minimal radius of keyhole formed in PAW+TIG DSAW process is 0.5 mm and 89.5 percent of current flows through the keyhole.

文摘An accurate period is important to recover the pulse profile from a recorded photon event series of an X-ray pulsar and to estimate the pulse time of arrival,which is the measurement of X-ray pulsar navigation.Epoch folding is a classical period estimation method in the time domain;however,its computational complexity grows as the number of trail periods increases.In order to reduce the computational complexity,this paper improves the fast folding algorithm through segment correlation and amplitude accumulation,which is based on the post-order traversal of a binary tree.Compared with epoch folding,the improved fast folding algorithm can achieve a similar accuracy at the cost of a lower computational burden.Compared with the original fast folding algorithm,the improved algorithm can be applied to detectors with a much smaller effective area.The performance of the method is investigated by simulation data and observation data from the Neutron star Interior Composition Explorer(NICER).
文摘The process of B cell development in the bone marrow occurs by the stepwise rearrangements of the V,D,and J segments of the Ig H and L chain gene loci.During early B cell genesis,productive IgH chain gene rearrangement leads to assembly of the pre-B cell receptor(pre-BCR),which acts as an important checkpoint at the pro-B/preB transitional stage.The pre-BCR,transiently expressed by developing precursor B cells, comprises the Ig μH chain,surrogate light(SL)chains VpreB and λ5,as well as the signal-transducing hetero- dimer Igα/Igβ.Signaling through the pre-BCR regulates allelic exclusion at the Ig H locus,stimulates cell proliferation,and induces differentiation to small post-mitotic pre-B cells that further undergo the rearrangement of the IgL chain genes.Recent advances in elucidating the key roles of pre-BCR in B cell development have provided a better understanding of normal B lymphopoiesis and its dysregulated state leading to B cell neoplasia.Cellular & Molecular Immunology.2004;1(2):89-94.

文摘Life education is the precondition of all education.This paper explored the current situation of life education for college students in local normal colleges and universities through questionnaire survey,and traced the history of life education in the world and China.Combined with history and reality,it analyzed the current problems of life education for college students mainly in three aspects,namely,the lack of connectivity in the educational process,the excessive productization of education,and the fragmentation of life education.Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations in line with these problems.

文摘Variation of terrestrial water storage in the Hebei plain area from March 2010 to June 2014 was studied using ground gravimetry combined with vertical displacement data from the Global Navigation Satellite System.Results show that observed gravity variation in this area increased continuously,basically reflecting a trend toward land subsidence.With the effect of this subsidence removed,a dominantnegative change in gravity variation was evident,reflecting an average rate of decrease in terrestrial water in this area of 0.10±0.053 m/y,and this is equivalent to a volume of 81.5±43.2×108 m^(3)and is consistent with the spatial distribution of groundwater change from measured hydrologic data.These results can be an essential reference and supplement for the study of terrestrial water variation in the Hebei plain area,and indicate that ground surface gravimetry can be used as an important mean for studying changes in terrestrial water.

文摘Two newly identified tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family cytokines,B cell activation factor from the TNF family (BAFF) and a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL),have recently been shown to enhance the maturation and survival of peripheral B cells.However,whether BAFF and APRIL are expressed in the bone marrow (BM) microenvironment and if these two cytokines modulate early B cell development remain unclear. In the present study,we have detected the abundant expression of BAFF and APRIL transcripts in BM non-lymphoid cells.Low levels of BAFF and APRIL mRNA are also found in developing B cells.Furthermore, we have determined the expression patterns of BAFF receptors during B lymphopoiesis.In cultures,both recombinant BAFF and APRIL significantly promote the survival of precursor B cells whereas only BAFF can suppress apoptosis of immature B cells.These findings suggest that BAFF and APRIL,in addition to their well established role in regulating peripheral B cell growth,can modulate the survival of developing B cells in the BM.Cellular & Molecular Immunology.2004;1(6):447-453.

文摘Construction of advanced electrode materials with unique performance for supercapacitors(SCs)is essential to achieving high implementation in the commercial market.Here,we report a novel peripheral octamethyl-substituted nickel(Ⅱ)phthalocyanine(Ni Me_(2)Pc)-based nanocomposite as the electrode material of all-solid-state SCs.The highly redox-active NiMe_(2)Pc/carboxylated carbon nanotube(CNTCOOH)dendritic nanocomposite provides rapid electron/electrolyte ion-transport pathways and exhibits excellent structural stability,resulting in high-capacity activity and impressive cycling stability.The composite prepared with the optimized weight ratio of Ni Me_(2)Pc:CNT-COOH(6:10)showed the highest specific capacitance of 330.5 F g^(-1)at 0.25 A g^(-1).The constructed NiMe_(2)Pc/CNT-COOH-based all-solid-state symmetric SC device showed excellent performance with a maximum energy density of 22.8 Wh kg^(-1)and outstanding cycling stability(111.6%retained after 35,000 cycles).Moreover,flexible carbon cloth significantly enhanced the energy density of the NiMe_(2)Pc/CNT-COOH all-solid-state symmetric device to 52.1 Wh kg^(-1)with 95.4%capacitance retention after 35,000 cycles,and it could be applied to highperformance flexible electronics applications.These findings provide a novel strategy to design phthalocyanine-based electrode materials for next-generation flexible SC devices.

文摘Tea domain transcription factor 4 (TEAD4) plays a pivotal role in tissue development and homeostasis by interacting with Yesassociated protein (YAP) in response to Hippo signaling inactivation. TEAD4 and YAP can also cooperate with transforminggrowth factor-β (TGF-β)-activated Smad proteins to regulate gene transcription. Yet, it remains unclear whether TEAD4 playsa YAP-independent role in TGF-β signaling. Here, we unveil a novel tumor suppressive function of TEAD4 in liver cancer viamitigating TGF-β signaling. Ectopic TEAD4 inhibited TGF-β-induced signal transduction, Smad transcriptional activity, and targetgene transcription, consequently suppressing hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation and migration in vitro and xenografttumorgrowth in mice. Consistently, depletion of endogenous TEAD4 by siRNAs enhanced TGF-β signaling in cancer cells. Mechanistically,TEAD4 associates with receptor-regulated Smads (Smad2/3) and Smad4 in the nucleus, thereby impairing the binding of Smad2/3to the histone acetyltransferase p300. Intriguingly, these negative effects of TEAD4 on TGF-β/Smad signaling are independent ofYAP, as impairing the TEAD4–YAP interaction through point mutagenesis or depletion of YAP and/or its paralog TAZ has little effect.Together, these results unravel a novel function of TEAD4 in fine tuning TGF-β signaling and liver cancer progression in a YAPindependent manner.

文摘Gravity field is the most basic physical field generated by the material properties of the Earth system.It reflects the spatial distribution,movement and change of materials determined by the interaction and dynamic process inside the Earth.Over the years,a variety of technical means have been used to detect the Earth’s gravity field and supported numerous studies on the global change,resource detection,geological structure movement,water resources change and other related fields of research.Here is part of the progress in surface and marine gravimetry obtained by Chinese geodesy scientists from 2019 to 2023 from the following aspects,including:①Continuous gravity network in Chinese mainland;②Application of superconducting gravity measurement;③Network adjustment for continental-scale gravity survey campaign and data quality control;④Regional time-variable gravity field and its application;⑤Research progress on novel technologies for gravity inversion;⑥Research progress on marine gravity field determination;⑦Application research on marine gravity field.

文摘Using bathymetry and altimetric gravity anomalies, a 1°×9 1° lithospheric effective elastic thickness(Te) model over the Louisville Ridge and its adjacent regions is calculated using the moving window admittance technique. For comparison, three bathymetry models are used: general bathymetric charts of the oceans, SIO V15.1,and BAT_VGG. The results show that BAT_VGG is more suitable for calculating T e than the other two models. T e along the Louisville Ridge was re-evaluated. The southeast of the ridge has a medium Te of 10–20 km, while Te increases dramatically seaward of the Tonga-Kermadec trench as a result of the collision of the Pacific and IndoAustralian plates.
文摘The cathode material La1-xSrxCuO3-δ(x=0.15, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) was synthesized by a sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction reveals that a single phase of perovskite is formed. The investigation of the electrical properties suggests that La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ has the highest electrical conductivity. La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ powder was mixed with different amount SDC (Sm0.15Ce0.85O1.925) powder (5wt.%-30wt.%) as composite cathodes. Electrochemical properties of the composite cathodes were researched further. Investigation suggests that the addition of appropriate amount SDC to La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ can improve the electrochemical properties and obtain better cathodic performance. Using La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ-SDC composite materials as a cathode based on SDC electrolyte, higher current density and power density at intermediate temperatures can be obtained.
