This paper studies the location of Wuhan steel logistics distribution center. First of all, according to Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant sales in Hunan Province and the relative position of the city, the transport costs are calculated from Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant to the demand point. We further analyze the necessity of establishing steel logistics distribution center, using the precise center of gravity to determine the actual location of the distribution center. After the establishment of distribution center, the total freight is reduced by 15.46 million yuan from Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant to each city in Hunan province via distribution center each year. The results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for the logistics node planning of related enterprises. 展开更多

It also causes a lot of skin discomfort after the consumers carry out such projects. This study, which combines small molecule active peptides (RW3) and active collagens and imitates the photoelectric treatment through in vitro and in vivo experiment, finds that small molecule active peptides (RW3) and active collagens have different improvement effects on cell proliferation, migration, anti-UV damage, inhibition of ear swelling and inflammation in mice, repair of UV damage and skin damage caused by microneedles. . 展开更多

以张杂谷3号为材料,设置不同畦田规格(T1规格为2 m×5 m,T2规格为6 m×5 m)进行灌溉处理,探究不同畦田规格灌溉对张杂谷生理、产量及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,12个处理相同生育期耗水量均差异不显著,T1处理总灌溉水量较T2... 以张杂谷3号为材料,设置不同畦田规格(T1规格为2 m×5 m,T2规格为6 m×5 m)进行灌溉处理,探究不同畦田规格灌溉对张杂谷生理、产量及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,12个处理相同生育期耗水量均差异不显著,T1处理总灌溉水量较T2处理减少33.35%;2T2处理叶片水势、叶绿素、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度分别比T1处理提高9.0%、2.67%、26.44%、33.0%、40%,但叶片蒸腾效率较T1处理下降4.52%;32个处理生物量差异不显著,T2处理产量虽较T1处理提高4.59%,但未达到显著性水平。与T2处理相比,T1处理WUEBM、WUEY分别提高17.05%、19.67%。综合分析,张杂谷生育期进行地面水灌溉时,宜实施小畦灌溉,一方面有助于提高谷子水分利用效率,另一方面是实现节约灌溉用水的最直接的手段。 展开更多

新斯的明对小鼠切口愈合的影响

目的观察腹腔注射不同剂量新斯的明(neostigmine,N)对小鼠切口愈合的影响。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为4组(n=10):生理盐水(NS)组、新斯的明17.5μg·kg-1、35μg·kg-1和70μg·kg-1(N17.5、N35、N70)组。N17.5、... 目的观察腹腔注射不同剂量新斯的明(neostigmine,N)对小鼠切口愈合的影响。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为4组(n=10):生理盐水(NS)组、新斯的明17.5μg·kg-1、35μg·kg-1和70μg·kg-1(N17.5、N35、N70)组。N17.5、N35、N70组分别于切皮前10min腹腔注射相应剂量新斯的明,Ns组注射等容积生理盐水。切皮72h后测量各组小鼠的切口长度及体重增加量,记录各组小鼠切口平均愈合天数并计算每天的切口累计愈合率。结果与NS组相比,72h后N35组、N70组的切口长度缩短(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),其中N70组的切口长度明显缩短,N17.5组、N35组与N70组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);N17.5组、N35组和N70组切口平均愈合天数缩短(P〈0.05),每天切口累计愈合率均高于Ns组,其中N70组最高。结论35μg·kg-1、70μg·kg1l新斯的明对小鼠切口愈合有促进作用,17.5μg·kg-1新斯的明无明显促进作用。 展开更多
