Cyt3Aa1, the newest Cyt family member, is produced by Bt TD516. Bioassay results have shown that Cyt3Aa1 has weak hemolytic activity against human red blood cells and is not toxic to </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">A.</span></i></span><i><span style="font-family:""> </span></i><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">aegypti</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> larvae, but causing a teratogenic effect. ICDASⅡ与DIAGNOdent检测乳牙早期龋及相关性研究 被引量:4

目的:采用ICDASⅡ和DIAGNOdent激光荧光龋检测仪检测幼儿乳牙不同牙面早期龋患情况,分析2种方法之间的相关性。方法:选取西安市某幼儿园小班3岁学龄前儿童164名,依次用ICDASⅡ和DIAGNOdent检测代表性牙位54、51、64、74、71、84牙共16... 目的:采用ICDASⅡ和DIAGNOdent激光荧光龋检测仪检测幼儿乳牙不同牙面早期龋患情况,分析2种方法之间的相关性。方法:选取西安市某幼儿园小班3岁学龄前儿童164名,依次用ICDASⅡ和DIAGNOdent检测代表性牙位54、51、64、74、71、84牙共16个牙面位点的患龋情况。SPSS 19.0软件数据统计分析。结果:ICDASⅡ检查结果显示,所有检查位点中脱矿率(ICDAS=1,2)大于成洞龋(ICDAS=3,4,5,6)(P<0.05);DIAGNOdent检查结果显示,除乳磨牙咬合面外,其余位点显示了与ICDASⅡ同样的结果。同时,随着ICDASⅡ检查结果数据的增大,所对应的DIAGNOdent读数中位数呈阶梯状增大,且咬合面高于光滑面。乳磨牙咬合面和光滑面ICDASⅡ与激光检查方法之间的秩相关系数分别为r=0.647(P<0.01)和r=0.741(P<0.01)。结论:ICDASⅡ与DIAGNOdent均能有效发现乳牙早期龋,两者之间存在一定相关性;3岁学龄前儿童牙齿龋损主要以早期脱矿为主要表现。 展开更多
