However, there has been no research about the relationship between the polymorphism of HOX-1 gene and severity of COPD. Methods The polymorphism of HOX-1 gene in 452 patients with COPD from Han population in Southwest China was analysed by fragment analysis. The frequencies of the HOX-1 genotype were compared with the stage of COPD of each patient. Results The HOX-1 genotypes were classified into two groups: group I were individuals with class L allele (the number of GT 〉32 repeats), and group II were those without class L allele (the number of GT 〈32 repeats). The genotypic frequency of the HOX-1 group I was significantly higher than group II in the very severe COPD patients (36.8% vs 22.4%, P〈0.01, OR=2.0, 95% CI 1.3-3.1), while the genotypic frequency of the HOX-1 group II was lower in the mild COPD (16.0% vs 26.0%, P=-0.02, OR=0.5, 95% CI 0.3-0.9). However, in moderate and severe stages COPD, there were similar genotypic frequencies between HOX-1 group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. Conclusions Genetic polymorphism in HOX-1 is associated with the severity of COPD in Southwest China. COPD patients with class L allele may be susceptible to develop very severe COPD. Conversely, the COPD patients without class L allele may be more easily stabilized on mild COPD.展开更多

The microfacies, construction types, and depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been investigated using unmanned aerial vehicle photography, outcrop section investigation, thin section identification,and seismic reflections in the southwestern Sichuan Basin. The microbialite lithologic textures in this region include thrombolite, dendrolite, stromatolite, fenestral stromatolite, spongiostromata stone,oncolite, aggregated grainstone, and botryoidal grapestone. Based on the comprehensive analysis of“depositional fabrics-lithology-microfacies”, an association between a fore mound, mound framework,and back mound subfacies has been proposed based on water depth, current direction, energy level and lithologic assemblages. The microfacies of the mound base, mound core, mound flank, mound cap, and mound flat could be recognized among the mound framework subfacies. Two construction types of marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been determined based on deposition location, mound scale, migration direction, and sedimentary facies association. Type Jinkouhe microbial mound constructions(TJMMCs) develop along the windward margin owing to their proximity to the seaward subfacies fore mound, with a northeastwardly migrated microbial mound on top of the mud mound,exhibiting the characteristics of large-sized mounds and small-sized banks in the surrounding area. Type E'bian microbial mound constructions(TEMMCs) primarily occur on the leeward margin, resulting from the presence of onshore back mound subfacies, with the smaller southwestward migrated microbial mounds existing on a thicker microbial flat. AIM To examine the clinicopat...BACKGROUND The necessity of additional gastrectomy for early gastric cancer (EGC) patients who do not meet curative criteria after endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is controversial. AIM To examine the clinicopathologic characteristics of patients who underwent additional laparoscopic gastrectomy after ESD and to determine the appropriate strategy for treating those after noncurative ESD. METHODS We retrospectively studied 45 patients with EGC who underwent additional laparoscopic gastrectomy after noncurative ESD from January 2013 to January 2019 at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. We analyzed the patients’ clinicopathological data and identified the predictors of residual cancer (RC) and lymph node metastasis (LNM). RESULTS Surgical specimens showed RC in ten (22.2%) patients and LNM in five (11.1%).Multivariate analysis revealed that positive horizontal margin [odds ratio (OR)=13.393, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.435-125, P=0.023] and neural invasion (OR=14.714, 95%CI: 1.087-199, P=0.043) were independent risk factors for RC. Undifferentiated type was an independent risk factor for LNM (OR=12.000, 95%CI: 1.197-120, P=0.035). Tumors in all patients with LNM showed submucosal invasion more than 500 μm. Postoperative complications after additional laparoscopic gastrectomy occurred in five (11.1%) patients, and no deaths occurred among patients with complications. CONCLUSION Gastrectomy is necessary not only for patients who have a positive margin after ESD, but also for cases with neural invasion, undifferentiated type, and submucosal invasion more than 500 μm. Laparoscopic gastrectomy is a safe, minimally invasive, and feasible procedure for additional surgery after noncurative ESD. However, further studies are needed to apply these results to clinical practice.展开更多
Litsea,a non-monophyletic group of the tribe Laureae(Lauraceae),plays important roles in the tropical and subtropical forests of Asia,Australia,Central and North America,and the islands of the Pacific.However,intergen...Litsea,a non-monophyletic group of the tribe Laureae(Lauraceae),plays important roles in the tropical and subtropical forests of Asia,Australia,Central and North America,and the islands of the Pacific.However,intergeneric relationships between Litsea and Laurus,Lindera,Parasassafras and Sinosassafras of the tribe Laureae remain unresolved.In this study,we present phylogenetic analyses of seven newly sequenced Litsea plastomes,together with 47 Laureae plastomes obtained from public databases,representing six genera of the Laureae.Our results highlight two highly supported monophyletic groups of Litsea taxa.One is composed of 16 Litsea taxa and two Lindera taxa.The 18 plastomes of these taxa were further compared for their gene structure,codon usage,contraction and expansion of inverted repeats,sequence repeats,divergence hotspots,and gene evolution.The complete plastome size of newly sequenced taxa varied between 152,377 bp(Litsea auriculata)and 154,117 bp(Litsea pierrei).Seven of the 16 Litsea plastomes have a pair of insertions in the IRa(trnL-trnH)and IRb(ycf2)regions.The 18 plastomes of Litsea and Lindera taxa exhibit similar gene features,codon usage,oligonucleotide repeats,and inverted repeat dynamics.The codons with the highest frequency among these taxa favored A/T endings and each of these plastomes had nine divergence hotspots,which are located in the same regions.We also identified six protein coding genes(accD,ndhJ,rbcL,rpoC2,ycf1 and ycf2)under positive selection in Litsea;these genes may play important roles in adaptation of Litsea species to various environments.展开更多

This study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety ofintravaginal accurate 25-μg misoprostol tablets for cervical ripening and labor induction in term pregnancy in nulliparous women. Methods: This was a double-blinded, prospective randomized controlled study including nulliparous women from 6 university hospitals across China. Subjects were randomized into misoprostol or placebo group with the sample size ratio set to 7:2. lntravaginal 25-μg misoprostol or placebo was applied at an interval of 4 h (repeated tip to 3 times) for labor induction. Primary outcome measures were the incidence of cumulative Bishop score increases ≥3 within 1211 or vaginal delivery within 24 h. Safety assessments included the incidences of maternal morbidity and adverse fetal/neonatal outcomes. Results: A total of 173 women for misoprostol group and 49 women for placebo were analyzed. The incidence of cumulative Bishop score increases ≥3 within 12 h or vaginal delivery within 24 h was higher in the misoprostol group than in the placebo (64.2% vs. 22.5%, relative risk [RR]: 2.9, 95% confidence interval [C/]: 1.4-6.0). The incidence of onset of labor within 24 h was significantly higher in the misoprostol group than in the placebo group (48.0% vs. 18.4%, RR: 2.6, 95% CI: 1.2-5.7); and the induction-onset of labor interval was significantly shorter in the misoprostol group (P = 0.0003). However, there were no significant differences in the median process time of vaginal labor (6.4 vs. 6.8 h; P = 0.695), incidence (39.3% vs. 49.0%, RR: 0.8, 95% CI: 0.4-1.5) and indications (P = 0.683) of cesarean section deliveries, and frequencies of maternal, fetal/neonatal adverse events between the groups. Conclusion: Intravaginal misoprostol 25 μg every 4 h is efficacious and safe in labor induction and cervical ripening.展开更多

Because of the difficulty in handling the problem that the selected features always contain redundant informa...Feature selection is an important approach to dimensionality reduction in the field of text classification. Because of the difficulty in handling the problem that the selected features always contain redundant information, we propose a new simple feature selection method, which can effectively filter the redundant features. First, to calculate the relationship between two words, the definitions of word frequency based relevance and correlative redundancy are introduced. Furthermore, an optimal feature selection(OFS) method is chosen to obtain a feature subset FS1. Finally, to improve the execution speed, the redundant features in FS1 are filtered by combining a predetermined threshold, and the filtered features are memorized in the linked lists. Experiments are carried out on three datasets(Web KB, 20-Newsgroups, and Reuters-21578) where in support vector machines and na?ve Bayes are used. The results show that the classification accuracy of the proposed method is generally higher than that of typical traditional methods(information gain, improved Gini index, and improved comprehensively measured feature selection) and the OFS methods. Moreover, the proposed method runs faster than typical mutual information-based methods(improved and normalized mutual information-based feature selections, and multilabel feature selection based on maximum dependency and minimum redundancy) while simultaneously ensuring classification accuracy. Statistical results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in handling redundant information in text classification.展开更多

Asexually reproducing fungi play a significant role in essential processes in managed and wild ecosystems such as nutrients cycling and multitrophic interactions.A large number of such taxa are among the most notoriou...Asexually reproducing fungi play a significant role in essential processes in managed and wild ecosystems such as nutrients cycling and multitrophic interactions.A large number of such taxa are among the most notorious plant and animal pathogens.In addition,they have a key role in food production,biotechnology and medicine.Taxa without or rare sexual reproduction are distinguished based on their sporulating structures and conidiomata in traditional morphology-based taxonomy.The number,variation and diversity of asexually reproducing taxa are insufficiently known,even though fungi capable of asexual reproduction may provide an untapped,rich biological resource for future exploitation.Currently,ca.30,000 asexual species belonging to ca.3800 genera have been reported(including 1388 coelomycetous and 2265 hyphomycetous genera).Recent reports(2017–2020)reiterate that the number of asexually producing fungi is higher than the number of frequently sexually-reproducing fungi.With the advent of molecular tools and the abandonment of the dual nomenclature system for pleomorphic fungi,priority criteria were established and revisited in the latest outline of fungi and fungus-like taxa.However,species numbers and taxonomic boundaries of pleomorphic taxa and their synanamorphs or synasexual morphs have yet to be addressed.The number of species of speciose genera(e.g.Alternaria,Aspergillus,Cercospora,Fusarium,Phoma and Pseudocercospora),cryptic species,species of pleomorphic genera,less studied life modes(such as lichenicolous taxa,taxa from extreme environments)and species from biodiversity-rich areas still need evaluation to achieve more reliable estimates of their diversity.This paper discusses the current knowledge on the matter,with diversity estimates,and potential obstacles in several chapters on(1)speciose genera;(2)pleomorphic genera;(3)cryptic species;(4)well-studied but insufficiently resolved taxa,e.g.leaf inhabiting species,marine fungi,(5)less studied life modes,e.g.lichenicolous,rock-inhabiting fungi,insect-ass展开更多

Results show that four fungicides (Weijunjing, thio...We analyzed the inhibition rates of eight kinds of fungicides to the pathogen of verticillium wilt of smoke tree (Cotinus coggygria) by measuring mycelium growth. Results show that four fungicides (Weijunjing, thiophanate-methyl 70% WP (wettable powder), carbendazim 50% WP and Junxianwei) have the best antifungal effects. Three fungicides, Weijunjing, carbendazim 50% WP and Junxianwei, were selected to determine the control of verticillium wilt in potted smoke tree seedlings. We found that the relative efficacy of Weijunjing was up to 74%. Based on the results, Weijunjing and carbendazim 50% WP were prepared for field trials. The results indicate that the relative efficacy of Weijunjing (300 times diluted) and carbendazim 50% WP (400 times diluted) were 66.2% and 48.9% in plot 1 and 26.4% and 31.8% in plot 2 after soil disinfection, and were 224% and 61.8% in plot 3 without soil disinfection in 2007. The relative efficacy of Weijunjing and carbendazim 50% WP were 49.6% and 45.4% in plot 2 in 2008.展开更多

Objective:The objective of the study was to explore the research status and hot topics that are most studied about in Tai Chi Chuan(TCC)analgesia through a metrical and visualization analysis of the literature and pro...Objective:The objective of the study was to explore the research status and hot topics that are most studied about in Tai Chi Chuan(TCC)analgesia through a metrical and visualization analysis of the literature and provide some references for the experimental research on the analgesic effect of TCC and its clinical applications.Methods:The literature on TCC analgesia was collected from the Web of Science database,and the metrical and visualization analysis was performed using the Cite Space.5.6.R4 software in terms of publication outputs,countries,institutions,keywords,highly cited articles,and highly cited journals.Results:The number of annual publications gradually increased over time.The five research groups presented stable cooperative relationships and more publications.The authors ranked as top 1 were from America rather than China,which has more publications.The most common keywords were Tai Chi,randomized controlled trial,older adults,exercise,pain,low back pain,quality of life,management,etc.The literature on knee osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia had the highest citation frequency.The journals with high citation frequency included Cochrane Database System Review,Pain,and Plos One.Conclusions:Increasing attention has been paid to TCC analgesia.Randomized controlled trials,older adults,low back pain,and quality of life were found to be most studied in this field.Investigating clinical efficacy and conducting meta-analyses could be a promising direction in the future.The international cooperation and literature quality of TCC analgesia should be further strengthened.展开更多

文摘Background:Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a common complication during pregnancy.Obesity and overweight are closely related to metabolic diseases and diabetes.However,the role of adipose tissue in the pathogenesis of GDM remains to be studied.The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation of vitamin D(VD)levels,VD receptor(VDR),and peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor g(PPARg)expression with GDM in overweight or obese women.Methods:One hundred and forty pregnant women with full-term single-birth cesarean-section were selected as the study subjects and grouped(70 GDM women,including 35 non-overweight/non-obese women[group G1]and 35 women with overweight or obesity[group G2];70 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance,including 35 non-overweight/non-obese women[group N1]and 35 overweight/obese women[group N2]).The levels of serum VD,blood biochemistry,and adiponectin were compared in these women.Subcutaneous adipose tissue was isolated from the abdominal wall incision.VDR and PPARg messenger RNA(mRNA)transcript levels in these adipose tissues were quantified by real-time polymerase chain reaction.The differences between the levels of PPARg protein and phosphorylated PPARg Ser273 were detected by Western blotting.Results:The serum VD level ofGDM women was lower in comparison to that of women with normal glucose tolerance(G1 vs.N1:20.62±7.87 ng/mL vs.25.85±7.29 ng/mL,G2 vs.N2:17.06±6.74 ng/mL vs.21.62±7.18 ng/mL,P<0.05),and the lowest in overweight/obese GDM women.VDR and PPARg mRNA expression was higher in the adipose tissues of GDM women in comparison to that of women with normal glucose tolerance(VDR mRNA:G1 vs.N1:210.00[90.58–311.46]vs.89.34[63.74–159.92],G2 vs.N2:298.67[170.84–451.25]vs.198.28[119.46–261.23],PPARg mRNA:G1 vs.N1:100.72[88.61–123.87]vs.87.52[66.37–100.04],G2 vs.N2:117.33[100.08–149.00]vs.89.90[76.95–109.09],P<0.05),and their expression was the highest in GDM+overweight/obese women.VDR mRNA levels positively correlated with the pre-pregnancy body mass in

文摘Recent advances in hydrocarbon exploration have been made in the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex reservoirs of the Dengying Formation in the western Sichuan Basin, SW China,where the depositional process is regarded confusing. The microfacies, construction types, and depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been investigated using unmanned aerial vehicle photography, outcrop section investigation, thin section identification,and seismic reflections in the southwestern Sichuan Basin. The microbialite lithologic textures in this region include thrombolite, dendrolite, stromatolite, fenestral stromatolite, spongiostromata stone,oncolite, aggregated grainstone, and botryoidal grapestone. Based on the comprehensive analysis of“depositional fabrics-lithology-microfacies”, an association between a fore mound, mound framework,and back mound subfacies has been proposed based on water depth, current direction, energy level and lithologic assemblages. The microfacies of the mound base, mound core, mound flank, mound cap, and mound flat could be recognized among the mound framework subfacies. Two construction types of marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been determined based on deposition location, mound scale, migration direction, and sedimentary facies association. Type Jinkouhe microbial mound constructions(TJMMCs) develop along the windward margin owing to their proximity to the seaward subfacies fore mound, with a northeastwardly migrated microbial mound on top of the mud mound,exhibiting the characteristics of large-sized mounds and small-sized banks in the surrounding area. Type E'bian microbial mound constructions(TEMMCs) primarily occur on the leeward margin, resulting from the presence of onshore back mound subfacies, with the smaller southwestward migrated microbial mounds existing on a thicker microbial flat. 文摘BACKGROUND The necessity of additional gastrectomy for early gastric cancer (EGC) patients who do not meet curative criteria after endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is controversial. AIM To examine the clinicopathologic characteristics of patients who underwent additional laparoscopic gastrectomy after ESD and to determine the appropriate strategy for treating those after noncurative ESD. METHODS We retrospectively studied 45 patients with EGC who underwent additional laparoscopic gastrectomy after noncurative ESD from January 2013 to January 2019 at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. We analyzed the patients’ clinicopathological data and identified the predictors of residual cancer (RC) and lymph node metastasis (LNM). RESULTS Surgical specimens showed RC in ten (22.2%) patients and LNM in five (11.1%).Multivariate analysis revealed that positive horizontal margin [odds ratio (OR)=13.393, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.435-125, P=0.023] and neural invasion (OR=14.714, 95%CI: 1.087-199, P=0.043) were independent risk factors for RC. Undifferentiated type was an independent risk factor for LNM (OR=12.000, 95%CI: 1.197-120, P=0.035). Tumors in all patients with LNM showed submucosal invasion more than 500 μm. Postoperative complications after additional laparoscopic gastrectomy occurred in five (11.1%) patients, and no deaths occurred among patients with complications. CONCLUSION Gastrectomy is necessary not only for patients who have a positive margin after ESD, but also for cases with neural invasion, undifferentiated type, and submucosal invasion more than 500 μm. Laparoscopic gastrectomy is a safe, minimally invasive, and feasible procedure for additional surgery after noncurative ESD. However, further studies are needed to apply these results to clinical practice.

文摘Litsea,a non-monophyletic group of the tribe Laureae(Lauraceae),plays important roles in the tropical and subtropical forests of Asia,Australia,Central and North America,and the islands of the Pacific.However,intergeneric relationships between Litsea and Laurus,Lindera,Parasassafras and Sinosassafras of the tribe Laureae remain unresolved.In this study,we present phylogenetic analyses of seven newly sequenced Litsea plastomes,together with 47 Laureae plastomes obtained from public databases,representing six genera of the Laureae.Our results highlight two highly supported monophyletic groups of Litsea taxa.One is composed of 16 Litsea taxa and two Lindera taxa.The 18 plastomes of these taxa were further compared for their gene structure,codon usage,contraction and expansion of inverted repeats,sequence repeats,divergence hotspots,and gene evolution.The complete plastome size of newly sequenced taxa varied between 152,377 bp(Litsea auriculata)and 154,117 bp(Litsea pierrei).Seven of the 16 Litsea plastomes have a pair of insertions in the IRa(trnL-trnH)and IRb(ycf2)regions.The 18 plastomes of Litsea and Lindera taxa exhibit similar gene features,codon usage,oligonucleotide repeats,and inverted repeat dynamics.The codons with the highest frequency among these taxa favored A/T endings and each of these plastomes had nine divergence hotspots,which are located in the same regions.We also identified six protein coding genes(accD,ndhJ,rbcL,rpoC2,ycf1 and ycf2)under positive selection in Litsea;these genes may play important roles in adaptation of Litsea species to various environments.
文摘Background: In China, no multicenter double-blinded prospective randomized controlled study on labor induction has been conducted till now. This study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety ofintravaginal accurate 25-μg misoprostol tablets for cervical ripening and labor induction in term pregnancy in nulliparous women. Methods: This was a double-blinded, prospective randomized controlled study including nulliparous women from 6 university hospitals across China. Subjects were randomized into misoprostol or placebo group with the sample size ratio set to 7:2. lntravaginal 25-μg misoprostol or placebo was applied at an interval of 4 h (repeated tip to 3 times) for labor induction. Primary outcome measures were the incidence of cumulative Bishop score increases ≥3 within 1211 or vaginal delivery within 24 h. Safety assessments included the incidences of maternal morbidity and adverse fetal/neonatal outcomes. Results: A total of 173 women for misoprostol group and 49 women for placebo were analyzed. The incidence of cumulative Bishop score increases ≥3 within 12 h or vaginal delivery within 24 h was higher in the misoprostol group than in the placebo (64.2% vs. 22.5%, relative risk [RR]: 2.9, 95% confidence interval [C/]: 1.4-6.0). The incidence of onset of labor within 24 h was significantly higher in the misoprostol group than in the placebo group (48.0% vs. 18.4%, RR: 2.6, 95% CI: 1.2-5.7); and the induction-onset of labor interval was significantly shorter in the misoprostol group (P = 0.0003). However, there were no significant differences in the median process time of vaginal labor (6.4 vs. 6.8 h; P = 0.695), incidence (39.3% vs. 49.0%, RR: 0.8, 95% CI: 0.4-1.5) and indications (P = 0.683) of cesarean section deliveries, and frequencies of maternal, fetal/neonatal adverse events between the groups. Conclusion: Intravaginal misoprostol 25 μg every 4 h is efficacious and safe in labor induction and cervical ripening.

文摘Infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV)is responsible for the highly contagious infectious bursal disease of chickens.Further understanding the gene-function is necessary to design the tailored vaccine.The amino acid residue 279,located on strand P_F of VP2,is one of the three residues that have been reported to be involved in cell-tropism but with some inconsistency.In this study,to further clarify the amino acids involved in the cell tropism of IBDV,a series of mutations about residue 279were introduced into the VP2 of vv IBDV Gx strain.With the reverse genetic system,we found single mutation of D279N,double mutations of D279N/A284T or Q253H/D279N were not enough to adapt IBDV to chicken embryo fibroblast(CEF)cell.To evaluate whether residue 279 could influence the replication and virulence of IBDV,the virus r Gx HT-279 with three mutations(Q253H/D279N/A284T)was rescued and evaluated.Results showed that the mutation of residue 279 in VP2had no efficient effects on both the replication efficiency in vitro and the virulence to SPF chickens of IBDV.In summary,the results demonstrated that residue 279 of VP2 did not contribute efficiently to cell tropism,replication efficiency,and virulence of IBDV at least in some strains.These findings provided further information for understanding the gene function of IBDV.

文摘Feature selection is an important approach to dimensionality reduction in the field of text classification. Because of the difficulty in handling the problem that the selected features always contain redundant information, we propose a new simple feature selection method, which can effectively filter the redundant features. First, to calculate the relationship between two words, the definitions of word frequency based relevance and correlative redundancy are introduced. Furthermore, an optimal feature selection(OFS) method is chosen to obtain a feature subset FS1. Finally, to improve the execution speed, the redundant features in FS1 are filtered by combining a predetermined threshold, and the filtered features are memorized in the linked lists. Experiments are carried out on three datasets(Web KB, 20-Newsgroups, and Reuters-21578) where in support vector machines and na?ve Bayes are used. The results show that the classification accuracy of the proposed method is generally higher than that of typical traditional methods(information gain, improved Gini index, and improved comprehensively measured feature selection) and the OFS methods. Moreover, the proposed method runs faster than typical mutual information-based methods(improved and normalized mutual information-based feature selections, and multilabel feature selection based on maximum dependency and minimum redundancy) while simultaneously ensuring classification accuracy. Statistical results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in handling redundant information in text classification.

文摘All extant species in the rodent family Spalacidae are subterranean and have evolved various traits for underground life.However,the phylogenomic relationships among its three subfamilies(Myospalacinae,Spalacinae,and Rhizomyinae)and the molecular basis underlying their adaptations to underground life remain poorly understood.Here,we inferred the phylogenomic relationships among these subfamilies based on de novo sequencing the genome of the hoary bamboo rat(Rhizomys pruinosus).Analyses showed that 50%of the identified 11028 one-to-one orthologous protein-coding genes and the concatenated sequences of these orthologous genes strongly supported a sister relationship between Myospalacinae and Rhizomyinae.

文摘Asexually reproducing fungi play a significant role in essential processes in managed and wild ecosystems such as nutrients cycling and multitrophic interactions.A large number of such taxa are among the most notorious plant and animal pathogens.In addition,they have a key role in food production,biotechnology and medicine.Taxa without or rare sexual reproduction are distinguished based on their sporulating structures and conidiomata in traditional morphology-based taxonomy.The number,variation and diversity of asexually reproducing taxa are insufficiently known,even though fungi capable of asexual reproduction may provide an untapped,rich biological resource for future exploitation.Currently,ca.30,000 asexual species belonging to ca.3800 genera have been reported(including 1388 coelomycetous and 2265 hyphomycetous genera).Recent reports(2017–2020)reiterate that the number of asexually producing fungi is higher than the number of frequently sexually-reproducing fungi.With the advent of molecular tools and the abandonment of the dual nomenclature system for pleomorphic fungi,priority criteria were established and revisited in the latest outline of fungi and fungus-like taxa.However,species numbers and taxonomic boundaries of pleomorphic taxa and their synanamorphs or synasexual morphs have yet to be addressed.The number of species of speciose genera(e.g.Alternaria,Aspergillus,Cercospora,Fusarium,Phoma and Pseudocercospora),cryptic species,species of pleomorphic genera,less studied life modes(such as lichenicolous taxa,taxa from extreme environments)and species from biodiversity-rich areas still need evaluation to achieve more reliable estimates of their diversity.This paper discusses the current knowledge on the matter,with diversity estimates,and potential obstacles in several chapters on(1)speciose genera;(2)pleomorphic genera;(3)cryptic species;(4)well-studied but insufficiently resolved taxa,e.g.leaf inhabiting species,marine fungi,(5)less studied life modes,e.g.lichenicolous,rock-inhabiting fungi,insect-ass

文摘We analyzed the inhibition rates of eight kinds of fungicides to the pathogen of verticillium wilt of smoke tree (Cotinus coggygria) by measuring mycelium growth. Results show that four fungicides (Weijunjing, thiophanate-methyl 70% WP (wettable powder), carbendazim 50% WP and Junxianwei) have the best antifungal effects. Three fungicides, Weijunjing, carbendazim 50% WP and Junxianwei, were selected to determine the control of verticillium wilt in potted smoke tree seedlings. We found that the relative efficacy of Weijunjing was up to 74%. Based on the results, Weijunjing and carbendazim 50% WP were prepared for field trials. The results indicate that the relative efficacy of Weijunjing (300 times diluted) and carbendazim 50% WP (400 times diluted) were 66.2% and 48.9% in plot 1 and 26.4% and 31.8% in plot 2 after soil disinfection, and were 224% and 61.8% in plot 3 without soil disinfection in 2007. The relative efficacy of Weijunjing and carbendazim 50% WP were 49.6% and 45.4% in plot 2 in 2008.

文摘Objective:The objective of the study was to explore the research status and hot topics that are most studied about in Tai Chi Chuan(TCC)analgesia through a metrical and visualization analysis of the literature and provide some references for the experimental research on the analgesic effect of TCC and its clinical applications.Methods:The literature on TCC analgesia was collected from the Web of Science database,and the metrical and visualization analysis was performed using the Cite Space.5.6.R4 software in terms of publication outputs,countries,institutions,keywords,highly cited articles,and highly cited journals.Results:The number of annual publications gradually increased over time.The five research groups presented stable cooperative relationships and more publications.The authors ranked as top 1 were from America rather than China,which has more publications.The most common keywords were Tai Chi,randomized controlled trial,older adults,exercise,pain,low back pain,quality of life,management,etc.The literature on knee osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia had the highest citation frequency.The journals with high citation frequency included Cochrane Database System Review,Pain,and Plos One.Conclusions:Increasing attention has been paid to TCC analgesia.Randomized controlled trials,older adults,low back pain,and quality of life were found to be most studied in this field.Investigating clinical efficacy and conducting meta-analyses could be a promising direction in the future.The international cooperation and literature quality of TCC analgesia should be further strengthened.
