目的:消瘀健脾止鼾方是四川省名中医蒋路云主任医师多年临床经验方,在治疗痰瘀互结型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征具有明显的临床疗效,通过对间歇性缺氧小鼠模型血清中HIF-1α、IFN-γ及IL-4的含量变化评价消瘀健脾止鼾方的药效。方法:采... 目的:消瘀健脾止鼾方是四川省名中医蒋路云主任医师多年临床经验方,在治疗痰瘀互结型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征具有明显的临床疗效,通过对间歇性缺氧小鼠模型血清中HIF-1α、IFN-γ及IL-4的含量变化评价消瘀健脾止鼾方的药效。方法:采用低氧氧仓建立间歇性缺氧小鼠模型,将小鼠分为正常组、模型组、给药组治疗2周,对比观察分析三组在治疗前后的一般行为学表现以及血清HIF-1α、IFN-γ、IL-4含量变化。结果:消瘀健脾止鼾方可有效降低血清HIF-1α、IFN-γ及IL-4的表达。结论:消瘀健脾止鼾方能降低HIF-1α、IFN-γ、IL-4为代表的炎症因子水平,对机体间歇性缺氧有明显的改善作用。 展开更多

Source apportionment of single aerosol particles in the atmosphere of Shanghai city

A nuclear microprobe with high spatial resolution and high analyti- cal sensitivity was applied to analyze atmospheric aerosol at five monitoring sites in Shanghai city. Meantime, a new pattern recognition technique, which used the micro PIXE spectrum of a single aerosol particle as its fingerprint, was developed to identify the origin of the particle. The results showed that the major contributors to the at- mosphere pollution were soil dust (31.6%), building dust (30.8%), and the next were vehicle exhaust (13.7%), metallurgic industry excrements (5.6%), oil combustion (5%) and coal combustion (2.3%). Besides these, about 10% of the particles could not be identified. Based on the cluster analysis of these particles, they could be divided into eight groups. By inference, they might belong to some sub-pollution sources from soil dust, building dust and metallurgic industry excrements. Moreover, some new pollution sources from tyres and chemical plants were also revealed. 展开更多

Investigation on the priming effect of a CVD diamond microdosimeter

CVD diamond microdosimeter is an ideal substitute of common Si.GaAs detector for extremely strong radiation experimental environment due to its high band gap energy, fast charge collection, low dielectric constant and hardness. In order to improve its character, a CVD diamond microdosimeter was irradiated by a proton dose of 46 Gy, and a lateral micro-ion beam induced charge (IBIC) technique was utilized to characterize it in low beam current (~fA). It was clearly shown that charge collection efficiency and energy resolution were greatly improved after proton irradiation of that dose. Moreover, the homogeneities of both its counting performance and collection efficiency were enhanced. Proton irradiation of 46 Gy has been proved to be an effective way to prime a CVD diamond. 展开更多
