为解决基于智能手机的人员室内定位追踪易受手机姿态影响的问题,提出一种融合WiFi与可穿戴惯导模块的室内定位方法。通过固定在胸部的惯性测量单元实现行人航迹推算PDR定位,消除手机姿态对PDR定位的影响,采用加权贝叶斯算法实现WiFi指... 为解决基于智能手机的人员室内定位追踪易受手机姿态影响的问题,提出一种融合WiFi与可穿戴惯导模块的室内定位方法。通过固定在胸部的惯性测量单元实现行人航迹推算PDR定位,消除手机姿态对PDR定位的影响,采用加权贝叶斯算法实现WiFi指纹定位,为PDR提供初始定位,同时基于无迹卡尔曼滤波融合WiFi定位结果与PDR定位结果,以减少PDR的累积定位误差。最后,在真实室内环境中进行大量实验,实验结果证明本文提出的加权贝叶斯WiFi定位算法相比于传统贝叶斯算法定位误差降低了51.9%,提出的融合WiFi与可穿戴惯导模块的定位方法具有更好的精度和稳定性,相比于纯PDR定位算法平均定位误差降低了65.2%,相比于完全利用手机实现的融合算法,在3种不同手机姿态下平均定位误差分别下降了12.3%、39.3%和48.4%。 展开更多

The conjugation of external species with twodimensional(2D)materials has broad application prospects.In this study,we have explored the potential of noble metal/2D MOF heterostructures in hydrogen storage.Specifically,the MgH_(2)-Ni-MOF@Pd system has shown remarkable hydrogen desorption/sorption performances,starting to liberate hydrogen at 1810C,which is 2300C lower than that of pristine MgH2.Under the catalytic effect of Ni-MOF@Pd,the dehydrogenation apparent activation energy of MgH2 is noticeably decreased from(133.5±17.5)to(34.58±1.87)kJ·moL^(-1),and the hydrogenation apparent activation energy is reduced from(70.41±7.43)to(25.78±4.64)kJ·moL^(-1),which is lowered by 63.4%.The fully-dehydrogenated MgH2-NiMOF@Pd composite rapidly uptakes hydrogen,with 2.62wt%at 100℃and 6.06 wt%at 150℃within 300 s,respectively.The mechanism analysis of MgH2 catalyzed by Ni-MOF@Pd has revealed that the transformation of Mg_2Ni and Mg_2NiH_4 could act as a"hydrogen pump",providing numerous channels for fast diffusion and transport of hydrogen atoms.Moreover,in the dehydrogenation process,the element Pd reacts with MgH_(2)to form the MgPd alloy phase,which makes MgH_(2)take precedence to decompose through the Mg-Pd alloy rather than self-decomposition,further reducing thermal stability and improving de/hydrogenation kinetics.The synergistic effect of Mg-Pd,Mg_2Ni,and the special ultra-thin 2D sheet structure of the additive is the main reason for the good hydrogen storage property of MgH_(2)-Ni-MOF@Pd.Our findings provide inspiration for designing efficient multifunctional additives with unique morphologies to optimize the hydrogen desorption/sorption behaviors of hydrogen storage materials. 展开更多

[目的]原油储罐目前普遍趋向于大型化、集中化。由于原油理化性质与储罐材料构件的复杂性,造成储罐的高风险性,需提高储罐罐区风险管理能力。应用现有主流的基于风险的检验技术(Risk Based Inspection,RBI)对储罐风险进行评价较为复杂,其对于现场数据要求较多,且设备因素评价中缺少针对储罐相关附件的影响分析。[方法]提出一种原油储罐分级预警体系,通过建立基于逼近理想解排序方法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)的储罐风险分级预警体系模型,实现对储罐风险的综合评估与分级预警:①建立储罐风险评估指标体系,包括人、设备、环境及管理因素4个一级指标以及若干二级、三级指标;②应用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)对不同层次指标进行赋权,并利用TOPSIS方法对储罐进行相对贴近度计算;③根据相对贴近度结果对储罐进行风险排序与分级预警。[结果]以中国西部某原油储备库区4个原油储罐为研究对象进行风险分级预警,TOPSIS评估结果与API581-2016《基于风险的检验》、EEMUA159-2017《地上平底储罐:检查维护和修理指南》两种标准的风险评估结果基本一致,可有效预警,且实施便捷、评价指标更为全面。[结论]研究成果能够为罐区巡检、安排储罐大修周期提供合理参考。(图2,表8,参20) 展开更多

Two new compounds, namely taenialactam C and globorin A(1 and 2), as well as six known compounds,cornoside(3), 2-phenylethyl-b-D-glucoside(4), 3-isopropyl-5-acetoxycyclohexene-2-one-1(5), 4-methyl-phenol(6), 5-[(2S)-2-aminobutyl]-2-methyl-phenol(7), and 1-(4-methylphenyl)-1-propanone(8) were isolated from wild Phaeocystis globosa. The structures of the new compounds were established by detailed spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with spectral data of related known compounds.The structures of the known compounds were identified by comparing their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. This paper also reports toxicity properties of the eight compounds against the brine shrimp Artemia salina and juvenile Epinephelus akaara fish. Some of these compounds showed significant lethality on the brine shrimp A. salina and the juvenile E. akaara fish. 展开更多

In this article, an anthraquinone-based copper(I)cyclic trinuclear complex(1) was designed and it featured strong visible light absorption, high charge separation efficiency and photochemical properties. Complex 1 as a heterogeneous photocatalyst can efficiently catalyze homo-coupling of terminal alkynes and denitrification-oxidative coupling reaction between hydrazinopyridine and terminal alkynes with excellent yield(up to 99%), broad substrate tolerance(27 examples) and superior reusability(up to 10 cycles without loss of performance) under mild conditions. 展开更多

Accurate diet identification of top predators is crucial to fully understand their ecological roles.Compared to terrestrial animals,gathering dietary information from cetaceans is notoriously difficult.Here,we applied a multilocus metabarcoding approach to investigate the diet of vulnerable Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins and Indo-Pacificfinless porpoises from the Pearl River Estuary(PRE),China.Our analyses identified 21 preyfish species from the 42 humpback dolphin stomachs,as well as 10 species offish and 1 species of cephalopod from the 13finless porpoise stomachs.All of the taxa were assigned to the species level,highlighting that the multimarker approach could facilitate species identification.Most of the prey species were small-and medium-sizedfishes that primarily fed on zooplankton.The calculated similarity index revealed a moderated dietary overlap between the 2 cetaceans,presumably due to the feeding of the 2 predators in association withfishing vessels in the PRE.A more diverse diet was observed in humpback dolphins in the closedfishing season compared to thefishing season,implying the influence on the dolphin diet due to the availability of commercialfishery resources.However,according to the results of species rarefaction curves,ourfindings on the feeding habits of the 2 cetaceans are still limited by insufficient sample size and therefore should be interpreted with caution.This study represents afirst attempt to apply the multilocus DNA metabarcoding technique in the diet analysis of small cetaceans,although more efforts are needed to improve this type of analysis. 展开更多

We propose a new quantum watermarking scheme based on threshold selection using informational entropy of quantum image.The core idea of this scheme is to embed information into object and background of cover image in different ways.First,a threshold method adopting the quantum informational entropy is employed to determine a threshold value.The threshold value can then be further used for segmenting the cover image to a binary image,which is an authentication key for embedding and extraction information.By a careful analysis of the quantum circuits of the scheme,that is,translating into the basic gate sequences which show the low complexity of the scheme.One of the simulation-based experimental results is entropy difference which measures the similarity of two images by calculating the difference in quantum image informational entropy between watermarked image and cover image.Furthermore,the analyses of peak signal-to-noise ratio,histogram and capacity of the scheme are also provided. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a novel quantum secret image-sharing scheme which constructs m quantum secret images into m+1 quantum share images. A chaotic image generated by the logistic map is utilized to assist in the construction of quantum share images first. The chaotic image and secret images are expressed as quantum image representation by using the novel enhanced quantum representation. To enhance the confidentiality, quantum secret images are scrambled into disordered images through the Arnold transform. Then the quantum share images are constructed by performing a series of quantum swap operations and quantum controlled-NOT operations. Because all quantum operations are invertible, the original quantum secret images can be reconstructed by performing a series of inverse operations. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation proved both the security and low computational complexity of the scheme, which has outperformed its classical counterparts. It also provides quantum circuits for sharing and recovery processes. 展开更多

Transmembrane α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-met... Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder prevalent in schoolage children. At present, however, its etiologies and risk factors are unknown. Transmembrane α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionicacid(AMPA) receptor regulatory protein γ-8(TARP γ-8,also known as calcium voltage-gated channel auxiliary subunit gamma 8(CACNG8)) is an auxiliary AMPA receptor(AMPAR) subunit. Here, we report an association between TARP γ-8 and ADHD,whereby adolescent TARP γ-8 knockout(KO) mice exhibitedADHD-likebehaviors,including hyperactivity, impulsivity, anxiety, impaired cognition,and memory deficits. Human single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) analysis also revealed strong associations between intronic alleles in CACNG8genes and ADHD susceptibility. In addition,synaptosomal proteomic analysis revealed dysfunction of the AMPA glutamate receptor complex in the hippocampi of TARP γ-8 KO mice.Proteomic analysis also revealed dysregulation of dopaminergic and glutamatergic transmissions in the prefrontal cortices of TARP γ-8 KO mice.Methylphenidate(MPH), which is commonly used to treat ADHD, significantly rescued the major behavioral deficits and abnormal synaptosomal proteins in TARP γ-8 KO mice. Notably, MPH significantly reversed the up-regulation of Grik2 and Slc6a3 in the prefrontal cortex. MPH also significantly improved synaptic AMPAR complex function by up-regulating other AMPAR auxiliary proteins in hippocampal synaptosomes. Taken together, our results suggest that TARP γ-8 is involved in the development of ADHD in humans.This study provides a useful alternative animal model with ADHD-like phenotypes related to TARP γ-8deficiency, which has great potential for the development of new therapies. 展开更多

[目的]土壤磷有效性差、磷肥利用率低是农业发展的主要限制因素之一。生物炭作为新型土壤改良剂,其独特的理化性质会影响磷素形态及有效性。本研究通过分析连续施用不同用量生物炭对棕壤不同形态磷素含量及变化规律,探讨各形态磷对棕壤磷素有效性的贡献,以期明确生物炭对棕壤磷素有效性的作用,为其合理农用提供理论依据。[方法]本试验研究对象为连续 5 年增施生物炭的玉米连作棕壤,共设 5 个处理:不施肥(CK)、单施化肥氮磷钾(NPK )、1.5 t/hm^2 生物炭+氮磷钾(C1NPK)、3 t/hm^2 生物炭+氮磷钾(C2NPK)和 6t/hm^2 生物炭+氮磷钾(C3NPK),采用蒋柏藩、顾益初土壤无机磷分级、Bowman-Cole 土壤有机磷分级方法测定不同形态磷含量,研究不同用量生物炭配施化肥对棕壤磷素形态及有效性的影响。[结果]连续 5 年施用生物炭可显著提高棕壤全磷、有效磷含量及磷活化系数;明显提高了棕壤 Ca2-P、Ca8-P、Al-P、Fe-P、LOP(活性有机磷)、MLOP(中活性有机磷)含量,降低了 MROP(中稳性有机磷)含量;在磷组分中,MLOP、O-P 分别占棕壤有机磷、无机磷比例最大,为 64.32%、28.43%。施用生物炭显著提高了 Ca2-P、Ca8-P 占无机磷比例;Al-P 与有效磷含量相关系数最大为 0.945,LOP、Al-P、MROP 对有效磷的直接通径系数较大,分别为 0.318、0.285、 0.261;Al-P、HROP(高稳性有机磷)对有效磷的决策系数分别为 0.295 和 0.130,是棕壤有效磷的主要决策因子和主要限制因子。[结论]施用生物炭可以促进棕壤磷素积累并提高其活性;施用生物炭条件下,Al-P、LOP 是棕壤磷素的活跃组分,提高 Al-P 含量、限制 HROP 含量是生物炭提高棕壤磷素有效性的主要途径。 展开更多

【目的】通过三种不同原料生物炭(玉米秆炭、稻壳炭、稻秆炭)对氮、磷、钾的吸附解吸试验,了解不同材料来源的生物炭对无机养分的吸附和解吸特征,为将其作为添加物来调节有机肥的性质提供参考。【方法】在pH 6.75±0.25、25℃下,采... 【目的】通过三种不同原料生物炭(玉米秆炭、稻壳炭、稻秆炭)对氮、磷、钾的吸附解吸试验,了解不同材料来源的生物炭对无机养分的吸附和解吸特征,为将其作为添加物来调节有机肥的性质提供参考。【方法】在pH 6.75±0.25、25℃下,采用Langmuir和Freundlich方程对三种不同原料生物炭(玉米秆炭、稻壳炭、稻秆炭)氮、磷、钾的等温吸附进行拟合。对吸附养分后的生物炭进行连续5次解吸,前4次采用水浸提,第5次浸提采用1 mol/L KCl浸提氮,0.5 mol/L的NaHCO3浸提磷,1 mol/L的CH3COONH4浸提钾。【结果】1) Langmuir和Freundlich方程均可用来拟合生物炭对氮、磷、钾的等温吸附,Langmuir方程对氮、磷的吸附拟合较好,Freundlich方程对钾的吸附拟合较好。对不同原材料而言,稻秆炭对氮、磷、钾的吸附性能均较好,其最大吸附量qm分别为(2.44±0.15) mg/g、(2.91±0.12) mg/g和(4.97±0.22) mg/g。2)不同原材料生物炭对氮、磷、钾的单次解吸率和总解吸率具有一定的差异。生物炭对阳离子(铵根离子和钾离子)的最大吸附量受阳离子交换量和酸性官能团的数量以及pHpzc影响,对磷酸根的最大吸附量主要与阳离子交换量和碱性官能团的数量有关。【结论】所试三种生物炭对氮、磷、钾的吸附存在单分子层吸附和多分子层吸附,在单次解吸率和总解吸率上不同原料生物炭存在一定的差异性。在生物炭对氮和钾吸附的总量上,物理性吸附的贡献高于化学吸附;对磷的吸附总量上,化学吸附的贡献高于物理吸附。三种生物炭对氮、磷、钾的固储和缓释能力具有一定的差异,稻秆炭的保肥供肥能力优于玉米秆炭和稻壳炭。 展开更多

目的:采用电子眼(视觉分析仪)分析技术,基于穿心莲药材粉末颜色,探讨电子眼用于穿心莲药材质量评价的适用性,并对不同商品规格的穿心莲药材质量进行评价。方法:收集50批次不同商品规格(茎、叶、地上部分)的穿心莲药材,采用高效液相色谱... 目的:采用电子眼(视觉分析仪)分析技术,基于穿心莲药材粉末颜色,探讨电子眼用于穿心莲药材质量评价的适用性,并对不同商品规格的穿心莲药材质量进行评价。方法:收集50批次不同商品规格(茎、叶、地上部分)的穿心莲药材,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立穿心莲药材中4个二萜内酯类有效成分的分析方法,并对所有样品进行分析;与此同时采用电子眼对样品颜色进行检测。在此基础上,采用主成分分析(PCA)及Pearson相关分析对电子眼数据和含量测定结果进行分析,考察电子眼对不同规格穿心莲药材的区分能力,以及色度空间系统参数(L^*,a^*,b^*)与有效成分的相关性。结果:穿心莲含量测定结果显示不同规格的穿心莲药材中,叶中的二萜内酯类成分含量最高,其次为地上部分(茎、叶混合),茎中含量最低;电子眼采集数据的PCA结果将穿心莲药材颜色分为2部分,即茎部分和叶、地上部分,说明电子眼可用于区分穿心莲药材质量的优劣。相关性分析结果显示穿心莲内酯,脱水穿心莲内酯,14-去氧穿心莲内酯,新穿心莲内酯及4个成分的总含量均与L^*(明度值)呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),并且所测结果中不符合2015年版《中国药典》含量测定下限规定的样品其L^*均≥69.5,符合规定的样本90%以上的L^*均<69.5。结论:电子眼分析技术可用于穿心莲药材的质量评价,为穿心莲药材的质量评价提供了新方法及新思路。 展开更多

以全国甘蔗生产信息监测网中我国糖料蔗主产区种植品种相关监测数据为研究对象,分析了2014~2019年我国糖料蔗种植品种结构的状况与变化趋势。6年内,我国糖料蔗主产区主栽品种包括10个品系的78个品种,其中进入各监测县面积前4位的品种47... 以全国甘蔗生产信息监测网中我国糖料蔗主产区种植品种相关监测数据为研究对象,分析了2014~2019年我国糖料蔗种植品种结构的状况与变化趋势。6年内,我国糖料蔗主产区主栽品种包括10个品系的78个品种,其中进入各监测县面积前4位的品种47个,累计种植面积超过10万hm2的品种只有7个,其中ROC22是唯一面积达到百万公顷的品种。在不将ROC22纳入良种的情况下,当前我国的糖料蔗良种率依然偏低。在植品种多而杂、品种结构不尽合理、种植规划水平低是当前我国糖料蔗种植品种结构存在的普遍不足。但在一系列改革措施下,新良种得到快速推广,良种率逐年提高,品种结构不断改善成为趋势。就目前我国糖料蔗品种结构现状,本文提出了建立糖料蔗产业参与者合理利益分配机制、加大良种种植政策支持、加强育种科研创新和提升种植规划水平等建议,以期进一步优化我国糖料蔗种植品种结构,提高产业经济效益和社会效益。 展开更多
