汽车保有量的增加和能耗排放法规日益严格的限制给车辆节能减排提出了巨大挑战,网联化、智能化和电气化是提高未来交通效率和减少公路能源消耗的三大支柱。为了全面了解智能网联汽车节能减排的前沿问题与研究进展,对当前经济驾驶领域的... 汽车保有量的增加和能耗排放法规日益严格的限制给车辆节能减排提出了巨大挑战,网联化、智能化和电气化是提高未来交通效率和减少公路能源消耗的三大支柱。为了全面了解智能网联汽车节能减排的前沿问题与研究进展,对当前经济驾驶领域的重点问题进行了总体概述。首先,从广义的能量转换角度总结了智能车辆节能优化技术的本质和3个过程,其中Wheels to Distance环节的车辆系统优化是挖掘汽车节能潜力的重要一环,针对其介绍了智能网联汽车节能优化问题的基本数学原理;其次,从智能运输系统的各类非同源异构数据出发,分别从人-车交互、车-车通信、车-路感知三方面阐述来源于"人-车-路"交互体系的智能信息与数据;然后,针对单车智能网联环境下的多维度信息与先进控制技术相结合的关键问题,从考虑道路坡度预测巡航控制、跟车工况预测巡航控制、智能辅助驾驶和车道变换等应用场景进行具体介绍;针对"人-车-路-云"多源异构环境下车辆行为协同节能关键科学问题,从经济驾驶、多车协同节能、道路交叉口车路协同节能和车云协同节能等方面详细介绍研究现状;并进一步介绍电气化公路系统的前瞻性研究,说明融合智能化信息的E-highway节能潜力和智能重型商用车协同节能的未来发展趋势。最后,总结并梳理智能化信息对于提升车辆节能的重要影响,并展望了其在理论与实际层面遇到的挑战。 展开更多

淮北地区机械化种植方式对不同生育类型优质食味粳稻产量及品质的影响 被引量:24

为探明淮北地区不同机械化种植方式对优质食味粳稻产量及品质的影响,以中熟中粳品种南粳2728和南粳505,迟熟中粳品种南粳9108和南粳3818为材料,研究毯苗机插和机械直播两种种植方式对水稻产量及其构成因素、茎蘖动态、叶面积指数、干物... 为探明淮北地区不同机械化种植方式对优质食味粳稻产量及品质的影响,以中熟中粳品种南粳2728和南粳505,迟熟中粳品种南粳9108和南粳3818为材料,研究毯苗机插和机械直播两种种植方式对水稻产量及其构成因素、茎蘖动态、叶面积指数、干物质积累及比例、加工品质、外观品质、蒸煮食味品质、营养品质和RVA谱特征值的影响。结果表明,相同品种,与机械直播比,毯苗机插产量显著提高,因为毯苗机插条件下群体结构合理,穗数适宜,茎蘖成穗率高,中后期叶面积指数大,叶面积衰减率低,从而其抽穗后干物质积累量和比例高。毯苗机插种植方式下的糙米率、精米率和整精米率分别增加2.3%~3.1%、1.2%~2.7%和1.8%~3.2%,但垩白有所增加。同时营养和蒸煮食味品质中的蛋白质含量提高而直链淀粉含量降低,胶稠度变长,增加了淀粉RVA谱特征值中峰值黏度、热浆黏度、崩解值,减小消减值,除南粳2728外,最终黏度也均提高。相同种植方式下,与迟熟中粳比,中熟中粳产量极显著提高,是因为其抽穗期和成熟期提前,灌浆结实期日均温度、抽穗后30 d日均温度平均分别提高1.07°C和1.18°C,所以其各生育期叶面积指数高,结实期叶面积衰减率低,抽穗至成熟期干物质积累量和比例高。中熟中粳精米率和整精米率显著提高,垩白有所提高,蛋白质含量提高,直链淀粉含量降低1.5%~5.1%,胶稠度变长7.0~16.7mm,峰值黏度和崩解值提高,最终黏度和消减值降低。因此,淮北地区选择中熟中粳优质食味粳稻品种并配套毯苗机插方式是实现粳稻优质、高产和温光资源高效利用最佳生产模式。 展开更多

Mechanical transplanting with carpet seedlings(MC) and mechanical direct seeding(MD) are newly developed planting methods, which increase in popularity and planted area each year. Knowing the difference for yield and rice quality under different planting methods is of great importance for the development of high quality and yield cultivation techniques under mechanical conditions. Therefore, three kinds of japonica rice including hybrid japonica rice, inbreed japonica rice, and soft rice were adopted as materials. And the differences in the quality of processing, appearance, cooking and eating quality, nutrition, and the rapid viscosity analyzer(RVA) profile were studied to reveal the effects of planting methods on yield and quality of different types of japonica rice. Results showed that the milled rice and head rice rates under MC was significantly higher than those under MD, and the processing quality of inbreed japonica rice was the most stable. Compared with MC, length/width ratio of rice under MD was significantly increased, and chalkiness rate, size, and degree were significantly decreased. The protein content under MD was lower than that under MC. MC showed higher peak viscosity and breakdown value than MD. The taste value was the greatest for soft rice, followed by inbreed japonica rice, and then by japonica hybrid rice, with no significant differences resulting from planting methods. Compared with MC, MD significantly improved the appearance quality, though processing quality and nutritional quality were decreased. And there was no significant difference in cooking and eating quality between MC and MD. Under different planting methods, the appearance quality of inbreed japonica rice changed the most and the processing quality was the most stable. The nutritional, cooking and eating quality of soft rice changed the least. Therefore, according to the different planting methods and market needs, selecting the appropriate rice varieties can reduce the risks in rice production and achieve good rice quality. 展开更多

This study was to investigate the effects of cold stress on the contents of total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of chickens. A total of 80 15-dayold male chickens were treated by cold stress with the duration of the acute cold stress being 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h, and the chronic cold stress was 5, 10, and 20 days, respectively. Cold stress temperature was (12±1)℃. The chemical colorimetric method was used to detect the changes of the T-AOC, SOD activities and MDA contents. The results showed that compared with the corresponding control group, effects of acute cold stress on the T-AOC in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of chickens significantly (P〈0.05) increased firstly and then decreased. Under chronic cold stress, the T-AOC significantly (P〈0.05) decreased. Under acute cold stress and chronic cold stress, the MDA contents significantly (P〈0.05) increased in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of chickens. The effects of acute cold stress on the SOD activities in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of chickens significantly (P〈0.05) increased firstly and then decreased Under chronic cold stress the SOD activities significantly (P〈0.05) decreased in jejunum and ileum, but significantly (P〈0.05) decreased firstly and then increased in duodenum. 展开更多

Indica-japonica hybrid rice(Oryza sativa L.) cultivars showed high yield potential and poor tasting quality when compared with common japonica rice cultivars. Large panicle is a prominent factor of high yield for indica-japonica hybrid rice cultivars, and the panicle weight varies greatly among different indica-japonica hybrid rice cultivars. It is important to research on yield and grain quality of different panicle weight indica-japonica hybrid rice cultivars. In this study, two different panicle types indica-japonica hybrid cultivars were used to research on the relation of yield and grain quality. The yields of two heavy panicle weights indica-japonica hybrid cultivars were significantly higher than that of two medium panicle weight rice cultivars. The cooking and eating quality and starch properties of different panicle type cultivars were evaluated. Yongyou 6715(medium panicle) and Yongyou 1852(heavy panicle) got the relatively higher cooking and eating quality. Rice cultivars with medium panicle weight had more large starch granules and higher relative crystallinity than cultivars with heavy panicle weight. Transition temperature and retrogradation enthalpy(ΔHret) of medium panicle type cultivars were significantly higher than that of heavy panicle type cultivars. There was no significant difference in amylose content among different panicle type cultivars. Protein content of heavy panicle type cultivar was higher than that of medium panicle type cultivar, and protein content is the main factor affect cooking and eating quality in this study. The cultivar Yongyou 6715 got the highest taste value with the lowest protein content. Thus, it is suggested that the emphasis on improving rice cooking and eating quality of indica-japonica hybrid rice cultivars is how to reduce the protein content in rice grain. According to the results of this study, medium panicle type with high grain weight is the desired panicle type for high quality indica-japonica hybrid rice breeding. 展开更多

目的探讨Notch/Jagged1信号通路对膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)模型鼠软骨组织炎性反应因子及基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)表达的影响,并揭示藤黄健骨胶囊可能的干预机制。方法60只SD雌性大鼠随机分为假手术... 目的探讨Notch/Jagged1信号通路对膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)模型鼠软骨组织炎性反应因子及基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)表达的影响,并揭示藤黄健骨胶囊可能的干预机制。方法60只SD雌性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、仙灵骨葆胶囊组[0.27 g/(kg·d)]及藤黄健骨胶囊干预组[高剂量0.36 g/(kg·d)、中剂量0.18 g/(kg·d)、低剂量0.09 g/(kg·d)],每组10只。除假手术组外,其余5组采用改良Hulth法构建KOA大鼠模型,模型制备成功后,分别给予仙灵骨葆胶囊及相应剂量的藤黄健骨胶囊灌胃给药,假手术组和模型组给予0.9%(质量分数)氯化钠注射液。给药2个月后股动脉采血处死大鼠,取患侧膝关节软骨采用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察关节软骨组织的形态变化;ELISA法检测关节软骨组织中白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、Notch1和Jagged1含量变化;免疫组化法观察关节软骨组织中Col-Ⅱ、MMP-9、MMP-13、Notch1和Jagged1蛋白表达变化。结果与假手术组比较,模型组关节面脱落、严重破坏,软骨细胞分布紊乱;模型组软骨细胞Mankin(5.56±0.85)评分、IL-1β(11.13±2.19)、TNF-α(98.29±9.13)、Notch1(5.03±0.37)和Jagged1(222.54±36.87)含量均显著升高,MMP-9(1.54±0.72)、MMP-13(0.41±0.04)、Notch1(0.39±0.05)和Jagged1(0.38±0.05)等蛋白的免疫反应性均显著增强,Col-Ⅱ(0.15±0.04)蛋白的免疫反应性则显著降低(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,藤黄健骨胶囊0.36 g/(kg·d)剂量组软骨细胞形态和分布趋于正常;其软骨组织Mankin(2.86±0.48)评分显著降低,Col-Ⅱ(0.39±0.03)蛋白的免疫反应性则显著增强(P<0.05);藤黄健骨胶囊0.36、0.18 g/(kg·d)剂量组Jagged1(170.54±41.09、183.46±33.12)含量显著降低,MMP-9(0.68±0.25、1.14±0.49)和Jagged1(0.21±0.05、0.26±0.07)等蛋白的免疫反应性也均显著降低(P<0.05);藤黄健骨胶囊0.36、0.18、0.09 g/(kg· 展开更多

目的梳理出1986年至2006年作业治疗专业思维在中国的发展历程。方法采用作业治疗历史文献研究方法,共搜集1986年至2006年公开发表的与作业治疗有关的历史文献1308篇,筛选得到52篇,进行深入分析。每一篇文献由3名研究员分别进行分析和审... 目的梳理出1986年至2006年作业治疗专业思维在中国的发展历程。方法采用作业治疗历史文献研究方法,共搜集1986年至2006年公开发表的与作业治疗有关的历史文献1308篇,筛选得到52篇,进行深入分析。每一篇文献由3名研究员分别进行分析和审阅,并应用定性研究的主题分析提取文献的专业思维轴心。结果得出两条主线。第一条是有关思维改变的三个主题:早期作业治疗作为一门治疗技术而不是专业被引入中国后,历经作业治疗从业者由康复相关者(并不一定是作业治疗)逐渐演变成专职从事作业治疗的治疗师;由简单和粗浅的思考,演变为深入和周密的思维;从向国外学习到逐渐本土化。第二条是维持不变而足以影响专业思维发展的状况,包括三个主题:作业治疗专业人才数量严重不足;大众对作业治疗服务有误解,专业人员对作业治疗专业思维理解不准确;作业治疗服务范围局限于肢体康复和医院服务。结论梳理出1986年至2006年的21年时间里作业治疗专业思维在中国的发展历程。虽然作业治疗思维渐趋专业化,但早期影响专业发展的问题仍然存在,专业思维还需优化。 展开更多

【目的】明确我国咖啡炭疽病病原菌种类组成、分布及其致病力分化情况,为咖啡炭疽病的有效防治和抗病育种奠定基础。【方法】采用形态学结合ApMat基因序列比对和系统发育进化分析方法,对从我国咖啡种植区典型炭疽病的叶片、枝条、浆果... 【目的】明确我国咖啡炭疽病病原菌种类组成、分布及其致病力分化情况,为咖啡炭疽病的有效防治和抗病育种奠定基础。【方法】采用形态学结合ApMat基因序列比对和系统发育进化分析方法,对从我国咖啡种植区典型炭疽病的叶片、枝条、浆果上分离获得的74株炭疽菌病原菌进行鉴定,并采用离体叶片接种法,对所获得的菌株进行致病力测定,分析菌株的致病力差异。【结果】通过形态学及ApMat基因序列比对分析,55个菌株被鉴定为胶孢复合种群,且归为3个种:Colletotrichum siamense、Colletotrichum nupharicola、Colletotrichum theobromicola。致病力试验表明,不同菌种之间的致病力存在差异,Colletotrichum theobromicola的致病力最强,其次是Colletotrichum siamense,最后是Colletotrichum nupharicola。其中,来自海南白沙咖啡种植基地和农业农村部云南瑞丽咖啡种质资源圃的大部分炭疽病菌株致病力属中等以上水平。【结论】我国主要咖啡种植区的55株咖啡炭疽病病原菌均能致病,但致病力分化明显,且与地理来源具有相关性。 展开更多

Grain formation is fundamental for crop yield but is vulnerable to abiotic and biotic stresses.Rice grain production is threatened by the false smut fungus Ustilaginoidea virens,which specifically infects rice floral organs,disrupting fertilization and seed formation.However,little is known about the molecular mechanisms of the U.virens-rice interaction and the genetic basis of floral resistance.Here,we report that U.virens secretes a cytoplasmic effector,UvCBP1,to facilitate infection of rice flowers.Mechanistically,UvCBP1 interacts with the rice scaffold protein OsRACK1A and competes its interaction with the reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase OsRBOHB,leading to inhibition of reactive oxygen species(ROS)production.Although the analysis of natural variation revealed no OsRACK1A variants that could avoid being targeted by UvCBP1,expression levels of OsRACK1A are correlated with field resistance against U.virens in rice germplasm.Overproduction of OsRACK1A restores the OsRACK1A-OsRBOHB association and promotes OsRBOHB phosphorylation to enhance ROS production,conferring rice floral resistance to U.virens without yield penalty.Taken together,our findings reveal a new pathogenic mechanism mediated by an essential effector from a flower-specific pathogen and provide a valuable genetic resource for balancing disease resistance and crop yield. 展开更多

A charged particle array named MATE-PA,which serves as an auxiliary detector system for a Multi-purpose Active-target Time projection chamber used in nuclear astrophysical and exotic beam Experiments(MATE),was constructed.The array comprised of 20 single-sided strip-silicon detectors covering approximately 10%of the solid angle.The detectors facilitated the detection of reaction-induced charged particles that penetrate the active volume of the MATE.The performance of MATE-PA has been experimentally studied using an alpha source and a 36-MeV 14 N beam injected into the MATE chamber on the radioactive ion beam line in Lanzhou(RIBLL).The chamber was filled with a gas mixture of 95%4 He and 5%CO_(2) at a pressure of 500 mbar.The results indicated good separation of light-charged particles using the forward double-layer silicon detectors of MATE-PA.The energy resolution of the Si detectors was deduced to be approximately 1%(σ)for an energy loss of approximately 10 MeV caused by theαparticles.The inclusion of MATE-PA improves particle identification and increases the dynamic range of the kinetic energy of charged particles,particularly that of theαparticles,up to approximately 15 MeV. 展开更多

为了提高微机电系统(MEMS)陀螺的测量精度,提出了一种基于遗忘因子递推最小二乘估计的时变自回归滑动平均(ARMA)模型补偿方法.针对实测MEMS陀螺去除趋势项后的随机漂移信号,采用分段检验方式进行了平稳性分析,选取合适的基函数以及子空... 为了提高微机电系统(MEMS)陀螺的测量精度,提出了一种基于遗忘因子递推最小二乘估计的时变自回归滑动平均(ARMA)模型补偿方法.针对实测MEMS陀螺去除趋势项后的随机漂移信号,采用分段检验方式进行了平稳性分析,选取合适的基函数以及子空间维数进行时变ARMA模型建模.采用遗忘因子递推最小二乘估计的方式进行模型参数估计,通过设置遗忘因子,使得更新后的模型参数能够反映信号的动态变化.针对存在轻微波动的时变参数,采用5阶多项式对时变模型参数进行拟合,并提出一种解析法进行参数寻优,从而建立最优随机漂移模型.将建模结果应用于卡尔曼滤波,进行随机漂移补偿,将补偿结果与时不变ARMA模型建模补偿方式的补偿结果进行对比发现,所提方法补偿后的残差方差比时不变ARMA模型补偿后的残差方差降低了近40%,有效提高了MEMS陀螺随机漂移的补偿精度. 展开更多

Carbon aerogels(CAs)have been considered potential microwave absorption(MA)materials because of intrinsic hierarchical porous structure,low density,and excellent heat resistance.However,CAs always required to be ground into micron-scale powder before being used as microwave absorbers,which will inevitably destroy the hierarchical porous structure.Meanwhile,reproducing the optimized CAs powders is difficult.Herein,CAs microspheres with in-situ mineralized TiO_(2)were easily prepared via a sol–gel transition and calcination process.The uniform size of CA microspheres and the loaded TiO_(2)on the skeleton of CA yield great microwave attenuation performance while guaranteeing good impedance matching performance.The obtained TiO_(2)/CA hybrid presented a minimum reflection loss value of−30.2 dB and a broad effective absorption bandwidth(reflection loss below−10 dB)of 6.2 GHz.The low density,MA performance,and controllable particle size make the novel TiO_(2)/CA hybrid promising candidates for MA applications. 展开更多

Effects of oral probiotics on inflammation and intestinal function in adult patients after appendectomy:Randomized controlled trial

BACKGROUND Appendectomy is an acute abdominal surgery that is often accompanied by severe abdominal inflammation.Oral probiotics are one of the postoperative treatments for rapid rehabilitation.However,there is a lack of prospective studies on this topic after appendectomy.AIM To investigate whether the postoperative probiotics can modulate the inflammatory response and restore intestinal function in patients following appendectomy.METHODS This was a prospective,randomized trial.A total of 60 emergency patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and a probiotic group(n=30).Patients in the control group started to drink some water the first day after surgery,and those in the probiotic group were given water supplemented with Bacillus licheniformis capsules for 5 consecutive days postsurgery.The indices of inflammation and postoperative conditions were recorded,and the data were analyzed with RStudio 4.3.2 software.RESULTS A total of 60 participants were included.Compared with those in the control group,the C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6 and procalcitonin(PCT)levels were significantly lower in the probiotic group at 2 d after surgery(P=2.224e-05,P=0.037,and P=0.002,respectively,all P<0.05).This trend persisted at day 5 post-surgery,with CRP and PCT levels remaining significantly lower in the probiotic group(P=0.001 and P=0.043,both P<0.05).Furthermore,probiotics0.028,both P<0.05).CONCLUSION Postoperative oral administration of probiotics may modulate the gut microbiota,benefit the recovery of the early inflammatory response,and subsequently enhance recovery after appendectomy. 展开更多

本试验主要对比了免拆膜包装、真空包装和托盘包装对土豆烧牛肉菜肴中牛肉的菌落总数、色值、水分活度、水分含量、硬度、弹性等指标来阐述不同包装方式对土豆烧牛肉菜肴中牛肉贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,随着储藏时间延长,三种包装方式... 本试验主要对比了免拆膜包装、真空包装和托盘包装对土豆烧牛肉菜肴中牛肉的菌落总数、色值、水分活度、水分含量、硬度、弹性等指标来阐述不同包装方式对土豆烧牛肉菜肴中牛肉贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,随着储藏时间延长,三种包装方式样品的菌落总数逐渐升高,其中贮藏4~11 d时,菌落总数上升最快,储存到21 d后,真空包装样品的菌落总数达到4.68 lg(CFU/g),免拆膜包装达到5.04 lg(CFU/g),菌落总数超标托盘包装样品已腐败;贮藏后期真空包装的土豆烧牛肉菜肴中牛肉的水分含量和水分活度分别达到50.25%和0.97,均高于免拆膜包装和托盘包装;真空包装的感官评分值为8.18,显著高于其他两种包装(P<0.05)。三种包装方式的pH在6.04~6.14之间,且无显著性差异(P>0.05);真空包装的色值、硬度、弹性等食用品质指标均优于免拆膜包装和托盘包装。由此可知,真空包装的土豆烧牛肉中牛肉的食用品质最好且可以长时间保存,免拆膜包装方式操作简单,但其包装效果不及真空包装,但明显优于托盘包装,这为土豆烧牛肉菜肴的工业化生产提供了可靠的理论依据。 展开更多

Porous Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics were prepared by aqueous gelcasting using Si_(3)N_(4) poly-hollow microspheres(PHMs)as pore-forming agent.The effects of solid loading of Si_(3)N_(4) slurry and Si_(3)N_(4) PHM content on the properties of porous Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics were investigated.Onlyβ-Si_(3)N_(4) phase is observed in porous Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics,and Si_(3)N_(4) PHMs distribute uniformly both in Si_(3)N_(4) green samples and porous Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics.Results show that solid loading of Si_(3)N_(4) slurry and Si_(3)N_(4) PHM content could considerably influence the properties of porous Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics.With the increase of solid loading of Si_(3)N_(4) slurry(decrease of Si_(3)N_(4) PHM content),the distributing state of Si_(3)N_(4) PHMs changes from contacting with each other to just embedding in the matrix,thus their porosity decreases,while their shrinkage,flexural strength,and fracture toughness increase. 展开更多
