METHODS: H pylo...AIM: To evaluate whether celecoxib, a selective cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) inhibitor, could reduce the severity of gastric precancerous lesions following Hel/cobacter pylori (H pylorl) eradication. METHODS: H pylori-eradicated patients with gastric precancerous lesions randomly received either celecoxib (n = 30) or placebo (n = 30) for up to 3 mo. COX-2 expression and activity was determined by immunostaining and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) assay, cell proliferation by Ki-67 immunostaining, apoptosis by TUNEL staining and angiogenesis by microvascular density (MVD) assay using CD31 staining.RESULTS: COX-2 protein expression was significantly increased in gastric precancerous lesions (atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, respectively) compared with chronic gastritis, and was concomitant with an increase in cell proliferation and angiogenesis. A significant improvement in precancerous lesions was observed in patients who received celecoxib compared with those who received placebo (P 〈 0.001). Of these three changes, 84.6% of sites with dysplasia regressed in patients treated with celecoxib (P = 0.002) compared with 60% in the placebo group, suggesting that celecoxib was effective on the regression of dysplasia. COX-2 protein expression (P 〈 0.001) and COX-2 activity (P 〈 0.001) in the gastric tissues were consistently lower in celecoxib-treated patients compared with the placebo-treated subjects. Moreover, it was also shown that celecoxib suppressed cell proliferation (P 〈 0.01), induced cell apoptosis (P 〈 0.01) and inhibited angiogenesis with decreased MVD (P 〈 0.001). However, all of these effects were not seen in placebo-treated subjects. Furthermore, COX-2 inhibition resulted in the up-regulation of PPARy expression, a protective molecule with anti-neoplastic effects. Objective: To explore the advantages and indications of the paraspinal approach by anatomical study and clinical application.Methods: The anatomical data and clinical practice of 27 cases were analyzed to explore th...Objective: To explore the advantages and indications of the paraspinal approach by anatomical study and clinical application.Methods: The anatomical data and clinical practice of 27 cases were analyzed to explore the accurate approach between the paraspinal muscles and the structure of ambient tissues, as well as the results of clinical application of paraspinal approach. The operation time, blood loss, incision length, radiographic result (Cobb angle, height of anterior edge of the vertebrae) were compared with those in 24cases treated by traditional approach.Results: Complete exposure of the facets could be easily performed by identifying natural cleavage plane between the multifidus and Iongissimus muscles. The natural muscular cleavage was (1.47±0.23) cm lateral to the midline for females, and (1.64±0.35) cm for males at T12 level. The distance was (3.3±0.6) cm lateral to the midline for females,and (3.7±1.0) cm for males at L4 level. In paraspinal approach group, the operation time was (76.2±15.7) min, blood loss was (91.6±16.9) ml and incision length was (7.6±0.8) cm. In traditional approach group, the operation time was (121.4±19.6) min, blood loss was (218.7±32.3 ) ml and incision length was (17.4±2.1) cm. To compare paraspinal approach with traditional approach, the operation time, blood loss and incision length had statistical difference (P〈0.05) and the radiographic result (Cobb angle, height of anterior edge of the vertebrae) had no statistical difference (P〉0.05).Conclusions: When the paraspinal approach is performed through natural cleavage plane between the multifidus and longissimus muscles, there are no wide muscular disinsertions, leaving the supraspinous and interspinous ligaments intact. The distance of natural cleavage to the midline is different at T12 and L4 planes. By this approach,the facet joints can be explored easily and completely, and a clear surgical field will be available for the placement of pedicle scr展开更多

Now it is one of the three most eutrophication lakes in China. The deterioration of its water quality has influenced the sustainable development of society, economy and environment of Hefei City, the capital of Anhui Province. A series of measures have been carried out to control its eutrophication, but it is still serious. On the basis of the lake water quality data from 1984 to 2003, the causes of the eutrophication of Chaohu Lake are analyzed. Studies indicated that the suitable natural conditions and human activities played a crucial role in the process of the eutrophication of Chaohu Lake. A great amount of industrial, agricultural and domestic sewage discharged into the lake is the main cause of eutrophication in the lake. Land use, soil erosion and shoreline collapse destroyed the watershed eco-environment and the terrestrial ecosystem of Chaohu Lake. And the building of Yuxi Gate extends the sluggish of the nutritious substance and speeds up the process of the eutrophication. Commonly there are three surgical approaches: anterior, posterior and paraspinal. We attempt to compare the three approaches based on our clinical data analysis. Methods: A group of 94 patients with Denis type A or B thoracolumbar burst fracture between March 2008 and September 2010 were recruited in this study. These patients were treated by anterior-, posterioror paraspinal-approach reduction with or without decompression. The fracture was fixed with titanium mesh and Z-plate via anterior approach (24 patients), screw and rod system via posterior approach (38 patients) or paraspinal approach (32 patients). Clinical evaluations included operation duration, blood loss, inci- sion length, preoperative and postoperative Oswestry disability index (ODI). Results: The average operation duration (94.1 min±13.7 rain), blood loss (86.7 ml-20.0 ml), length of incision (9.3 mm± 0.7 mm) and postoperative ODI (6±0.5) were significantly lower (P〈0.05) in paraspinal approach group than in traditional posterior approach group (operation duration 94.1 min±13.7 min, blood loss 143.3 ml±28.3 ml, length of incision 15.4 cm±2.1 cm and ODI 12±0.7) and anterior approach group (operation duration 176.3 min±20.7 min, blood loss 255.1 ml±38.4 mt, length of incision 18.6 cm±2.4 cm and ODI 13±2.4). There was not statistical difference in terms of Cobb angle on radiographs among the three approaches. Conclusion: The anterior approach surgery is conve- nient for resection of the vertebrae and reconstruction of vertebral height, but it is more complicated and traumatic. Hence it is mostly used for severe Denis type B fracture. The posterior approach is commonly applied to most thoracolumbar fractures and has fewer complications compared with the anterior approach, but it has some shortcomings as well. The insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family regulates growth and metabolism, especially bone cell metabolism, and correlates with osteonecrosis. However, association of their gene polymorphisms with risk of avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) has rarely been reported. We determined whether SREBP-2 and IGFBP-3 gene polymorphisms were associated with increased ANFH risk in the Chinese population. Methods Two single nucleotide polymorphisms of SREBP2 gene, rs2267439 and rs2267443, and one of IGFBP-3 gene, rs2453839, were selected and genotyped in 49 ANFH patients and 42 control individuals by direct sequencing assay. Results The frequencies of rs2267439 TT and rs2267443 GA of SREBP2 and rs2453839 TT and CT of IGFBP-3 in the ANFH group showed increased and decreased tendencies (against normal control group), respectively. Interaction analysis of genes revealed that the frequency of carrying rs2267439 TT and rs2267443 GA genotypes of SREBF-2 in ANFH patients was significantly higher than in the control group (P 〈0.05). Association analysis between polymorphisms and clinical phenotype demonstrated that the disease course in ANFH patients with the rs2453839 TT genotype of IGFBP-3 was significantly shorter than that of CT+CC carriers (P 〈0.01). CT+CC genotype frequency in patients with stage Ill/IV bilateral hip lesions was significantly higher than in those with stage Ill/IV unilateral lesions and stage II/111 bilateral lesions (P 〈0.05-0.02). Conclusions Our results suggested that interaction of SREBP-2 gene polymorphisms and the relationship between the polymorphisms and clinical phenotype of IGFBP-3 were closely related to increased ANFH risk in the Chinese population. Background::Acute type A aortic dissection(ATAAD)and acute type A intramural hematoma(ATAIMH)are life-threatening diseases with high mortality.To better understand their clinical features in the Chinese population,we ...Background::Acute type A aortic dissection(ATAAD)and acute type A intramural hematoma(ATAIMH)are life-threatening diseases with high mortality.To better understand their clinical features in the Chinese population,we analyzed the data from the first Registry of Aortic Dissection in China(Sino-RAD)to promote the understanding and management of the diseases.Methods::All patients with ATAAD and ATAIMH enrolled in Sino-RAD from January 1,2012 to December 31,2016 were involved.The data of patients’selection,history,symptoms,management,outcomes,and postoperation complications were analyzed in the study.The continuous variables were compared using the Student’s t test for normal distributions and the Mann-Whitney U test for non-normal distributions.Categorical variables were compared using the Chi-square test or Fisher exact test.Results::A total of 1582 patients with ATAAD and 130 patients with ATAIMH were included.The mean age of all patients was 48.4 years.Patients with ATAAD were significantly younger than patients with ATAIMH(48.9 years vs.55.6 years,P<0.001).For the total cohort,males were dominant,but the male ratio of patients with ATAAD was significantly higher compared to those with ATAIMH(P=0.01).The time range from the onset of symptom to hospitalization was 2.0 days.More patients of ATAIMH had hypertension than that of ATAAD(82.3%vs.67.6%,P<0.05).Chest and back pain were the most common clinical symptoms.Computerized tomography(CT)was the most common initial diagnostic imaging modality.84.7%received surgical treatment and in-hospital mortality was 5.3%.Patients with ATAAD mainly received surgical treatment(89.6%),while most patients with ATAIMH received medical treatment(39.2%)or endovascular repair(35.4%).Conclusions::Our study suggests that doctors should comprehensively use clinical examination and genetic background screening for patients with ATAAD and ATAIMH and further shorten the time range from symptoms onset to intervention,achieving early diagnosis and treatment,thereby reducing the mortality展开更多

The results showed that: (i) the similarity in clustering pattern of nine communities which classified by plant species and soil nutrients respectively showed a trend of B ^-overall plant-soil0-10cn〉B^-overall plant-soil 10-20 cm 〉B^- overall plant-soil 20-40 cm, and for the top soil, it showed a trend of B^- grass-soil 0-10 cm 〉 B^-shrub-soil 0-10 cm 〉 Btree-soil0-10 cm; (ii) soil fertility increased during the succession process from abandoned land to forest community, and the soil fertility of forest community showed an increased order of coniferous forest →mixed forest →broadleaf forest; (iii) during the process of vegetation succession, the variation of topsoil fertility was higher than that of the subsurface soil (coefficient of variation: CV0-10 cm 〉CV 10-20 cm 〉 CV20-40 cm), and when the succession developed into the stages of shrub and forest communities, the top soil fertility had been improved significantly; and (iv) for the subsurface soil of the communities at the advanced succession stages, the soil fertility also increased to some extent. Our results suggested that the method of comparing two hierarchical clustering reflected the similarity level of different cluster patterns, therefore, it was helpful to study the relationship between vegetation succession and soil fertility. There was a corresponding relationship between the change process of soil fertility from the top soil to subsurface soil and the process of vegetation succession from the early stages to the advanced stage. For the purpose of investigating the microstructure evolution and deformation behavior of magnesium under high strain rates,the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)apparatus was used under high strain rates from 755 s^(...For the purpose of investigating the microstructure evolution and deformation behavior of magnesium under high strain rates,the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)apparatus was used under high strain rates from 755 s^(-1) to 2826 s^(-1) in the present work at room temperature.The microstructures of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy under different strain rates and along different compression directions were observed by metallographic microscope.The results show that,microstructures of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy along ED,TD and ND compression directions are sensitive to strain rates.The amount of twins firstly increases and then decreases with strain rates being increased,and the recrystal grains increase and grow up.When the strain rate reaches 2500 s^(-1),the adiabatic shear band(ASB)begins to form.The formation process of the adiabatic shear band can be divided into three stages.In the first stage,under the impact load a great deal of twins form and the deformation mechanism is twinning.In the second stage,discontinuous ASB forms due to twins adjusting the directions of located grains and the deformation mechanisms are twinning and non-basal slip.In the last stage,non-basal slip turns to basal slip and continuous ASB forms.The dynamic compression fracture mechanism of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy is multi-crack propagation.展开更多

After the 2008 Olympic Games,it was apparent that the future use of the Bird's Nest would be enhanced if rainfall could be prevented from entering the stadium. The installation of an air inflated membrane across the opening of the steel structure was proposed as a solution to this problem. To verify the scheme,a theoretical analysis and experimental study of an air inflated membrane was carried out. Experimental and computational models were developed,form-finding was carried out using both experimental and theoretical methods,and the results from the two approaches,including the deflection of the air inflated membrane and deformation of the support structure,were analyzed and compared. The force-transfer path and deformation of the air inflated membrane under loads was studied. Conclusions and suggestions are presented.展开更多

Rotor defor...The pressure increasing process within a twin screw multiphase pump, under the condition of high gas volume fractions (GVFs), induces large temperature and pressure changes that cause the rotors to deform. Rotor deformations heavily influence the backflow of the multiphase fluid through clearances within the twin screw multiphase pump and these deformations may even lead to pump failures. An accurate temperature and pressure distribution on the screw rotors need be obtained before the deformation analysis can be carried out. By means of small temperature and pressure sensors embedded into the groove at the root of the rotors, the temperatures of 12 points on the rotors and the pressure distributions of a twin screw multiphase pump under high GVFs conditions were recorded. Temperature test results were adopted to perform a heat transfer analysis for determining the temperature distribution on the screw rotors. Then deformation analyses, including thermal deformation, force deformation, and total deformation, were conducted according to the pressure and temperature distributions. Deformation analysis for different materials was also conducted under the same boundary conditions. A material was suggested for the manufacturing of rotors in a twin screw multiphase pump under the condition of high gas volume fractions.展开更多

The total rotation of the cross section is divided into a free warping rotation and a restrained shear rotation. In first-order torsion theory, St. Venant torque is only related to the free warping rotation and the expression of St. Venant torque is derived by using a semi-inverse method. The relationship between the warping torque and the restrained shear rotation is established by using an energy method. The torsion shear coefficient is then obtained. On the basis of the torsion equilibrium, the governing differential equation of the restrained torsion is derived and the corresponding initial method is given to solve the equation. The relationship between total rotation and flee warping rotation is obtained. A parameter λ, which is associated with the stiffness property of a cross section and the beam length, is introduced to determine the condition, under which the St. Venant constant is negligible. Consequently a simplified theory is derived. Numerical examples are illustrated to validate the current approach and the results of the current theory are compared with those of some other available methods. The results of comparison show that the current theory provides more accurate results, In the example of a channel-shaped cantilever beam, the applicability of the simplified theory is determined by the parameter study of λ.展开更多
BACKGROUND In patients with post-stroke depression(PSD)in diabetes,the situation may be more complex,requiring simultaneous treatment of blood glucose,depressive symptoms,and neurological dysfunction.Hyperbaric oxygen...BACKGROUND In patients with post-stroke depression(PSD)in diabetes,the situation may be more complex,requiring simultaneous treatment of blood glucose,depressive symptoms,and neurological dysfunction.Hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy can improve tissue oxygen content and improve the situation of ischemia and hypoxia,thus playing a role in protecting brain cells and restoring the function of brain cells.However,there are few studies on HBO therapy for patients with PSD.This study explores the clinical efficacy of such therapy for stroke complicated with depression and diabetes mellitus,and to provide reference and basis for clinical treatment and development through the application of relevant rating scales and laboratory test indicators.AIM To evaluate the clinical effects of HBO therapy on patients with diabetes with PSD.METHODS A total of 190 diabetic patients with PSD were randomly divided into observation and control groups(95 patients per group).The control group received escitalopram oxalate 10mg once a day for eight weeks.In addition,the observation group was also given HBO therapy,once a day,five times a week,for eight weeks.The Montgomery Depression Rating Scale(MADRS),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,and fasting glucose levels were compared.RESULTS There were no significant differences in age,sex,or depression course between the groups(P>0.05).After HBO treatment,MADRS scores in both groups decreased significantly(14.3±5.2),and were significantly lower in the control group(18.1±3.5).After HBO treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups decreased significantly,and scores in the observation group(12.2±4.0)decreased more than in the control group(16.1±3.4),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and TNF-αin both groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.001).Fasting blood glucose levels in both groups展开更多

文摘AIM: To evaluate whether celecoxib, a selective cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) inhibitor, could reduce the severity of gastric precancerous lesions following Hel/cobacter pylori (H pylorl) eradication. METHODS: H pylori-eradicated patients with gastric precancerous lesions randomly received either celecoxib (n = 30) or placebo (n = 30) for up to 3 mo. COX-2 expression and activity was determined by immunostaining and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) assay, cell proliferation by Ki-67 immunostaining, apoptosis by TUNEL staining and angiogenesis by microvascular density (MVD) assay using CD31 staining.RESULTS: COX-2 protein expression was significantly increased in gastric precancerous lesions (atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, respectively) compared with chronic gastritis, and was concomitant with an increase in cell proliferation and angiogenesis. A significant improvement in precancerous lesions was observed in patients who received celecoxib compared with those who received placebo (P 〈 0.001). Of these three changes, 84.6% of sites with dysplasia regressed in patients treated with celecoxib (P = 0.002) compared with 60% in the placebo group, suggesting that celecoxib was effective on the regression of dysplasia. COX-2 protein expression (P 〈 0.001) and COX-2 activity (P 〈 0.001) in the gastric tissues were consistently lower in celecoxib-treated patients compared with the placebo-treated subjects. Moreover, it was also shown that celecoxib suppressed cell proliferation (P 〈 0.01), induced cell apoptosis (P 〈 0.01) and inhibited angiogenesis with decreased MVD (P 〈 0.001). However, all of these effects were not seen in placebo-treated subjects. Furthermore, COX-2 inhibition resulted in the up-regulation of PPARy expression, a protective molecule with anti-neoplastic effects. 文摘Objective: To explore the advantages and indications of the paraspinal approach by anatomical study and clinical application.Methods: The anatomical data and clinical practice of 27 cases were analyzed to explore the accurate approach between the paraspinal muscles and the structure of ambient tissues, as well as the results of clinical application of paraspinal approach. The operation time, blood loss, incision length, radiographic result (Cobb angle, height of anterior edge of the vertebrae) were compared with those in 24cases treated by traditional approach.Results: Complete exposure of the facets could be easily performed by identifying natural cleavage plane between the multifidus and Iongissimus muscles. The natural muscular cleavage was (1.47±0.23) cm lateral to the midline for females, and (1.64±0.35) cm for males at T12 level. The distance was (3.3±0.6) cm lateral to the midline for females,and (3.7±1.0) cm for males at L4 level. In paraspinal approach group, the operation time was (76.2±15.7) min, blood loss was (91.6±16.9) ml and incision length was (7.6±0.8) cm. In traditional approach group, the operation time was (121.4±19.6) min, blood loss was (218.7±32.3 ) ml and incision length was (17.4±2.1) cm. To compare paraspinal approach with traditional approach, the operation time, blood loss and incision length had statistical difference (P〈0.05) and the radiographic result (Cobb angle, height of anterior edge of the vertebrae) had no statistical difference (P〉0.05).Conclusions: When the paraspinal approach is performed through natural cleavage plane between the multifidus and longissimus muscles, there are no wide muscular disinsertions, leaving the supraspinous and interspinous ligaments intact. The distance of natural cleavage to the midline is different at T12 and L4 planes. 文摘Chaohu Lake, located in the central Anhui Province, is one of the five largest fresh lakes in China. Now it is one of the three most eutrophication lakes in China. The deterioration of its water quality has influenced the sustainable development of society, economy and environment of Hefei City, the capital of Anhui Province. A series of measures have been carried out to control its eutrophication, but it is still serious. On the basis of the lake water quality data from 1984 to 2003, the causes of the eutrophication of Chaohu Lake are analyzed. Studies indicated that the suitable natural conditions and human activities played a crucial role in the process of the eutrophication of Chaohu Lake. A great amount of industrial, agricultural and domestic sewage discharged into the lake is the main cause of eutrophication in the lake. Land use, soil erosion and shoreline collapse destroyed the watershed eco-environment and the terrestrial ecosystem of Chaohu Lake. And the building of Yuxi Gate extends the sluggish of the nutritious substance and speeds up the process of the eutrophication. From the view of systematic engineering and watershed ecology, a series of the countermeasures have been put forward to control the eutrophication.

文摘Objective: The main treatment method used for thoracolumbar fractures is open reduction and in- ternal fixation. Commonly there are three surgical approaches: anterior, posterior and paraspinal. We attempt to compare the three approaches based on our clinical data analysis. Methods: A group of 94 patients with Denis type A or B thoracolumbar burst fracture between March 2008 and September 2010 were recruited in this study. These patients were treated by anterior-, posterioror paraspinal-approach reduction with or without decompression. The fracture was fixed with titanium mesh and Z-plate via anterior approach (24 patients), screw and rod system via posterior approach (38 patients) or paraspinal approach (32 patients). Clinical evaluations included operation duration, blood loss, inci- sion length, preoperative and postoperative Oswestry disability index (ODI). Results: The average operation duration (94.1 min±13.7 rain), blood loss (86.7 ml-20.0 ml), length of incision (9.3 mm± 0.7 mm) and postoperative ODI (6±0.5) were significantly lower (P〈0.05) in paraspinal approach group than in traditional posterior approach group (operation duration 94.1 min±13.7 min, blood loss 143.3 ml±28.3 ml, length of incision 15.4 cm±2.1 cm and ODI 12±0.7) and anterior approach group (operation duration 176.3 min±20.7 min, blood loss 255.1 ml±38.4 mt, length of incision 18.6 cm±2.4 cm and ODI 13±2.4). There was not statistical difference in terms of Cobb angle on radiographs among the three approaches. Conclusion: The anterior approach surgery is conve- nient for resection of the vertebrae and reconstruction of vertebral height, but it is more complicated and traumatic. Hence it is mostly used for severe Denis type B fracture. The posterior approach is commonly applied to most thoracolumbar fractures and has fewer complications compared with the anterior approach, but it has some shortcomings as well. In this paper, the dynamic stiffness and damping coefficients of aerostatic bearings are investigated. Due to compressibility of the gas, the dynamic characteristics of aerostatic bear- ings show nonlinear frequency dependence. Particularly, their nonlinear dynamic behaviors are quite remarkable for ultra-precision aerostatic bearings with small air gap heights and high supply pressure.
文摘Background Sterol regulatory element binding protein (SREBP)-2 plays a key role in lipid homeostasis by stimulating gene expression of cholesterol biosynthetic pathways. The insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family regulates growth and metabolism, especially bone cell metabolism, and correlates with osteonecrosis. However, association of their gene polymorphisms with risk of avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) has rarely been reported. We determined whether SREBP-2 and IGFBP-3 gene polymorphisms were associated with increased ANFH risk in the Chinese population. Methods Two single nucleotide polymorphisms of SREBP2 gene, rs2267439 and rs2267443, and one of IGFBP-3 gene, rs2453839, were selected and genotyped in 49 ANFH patients and 42 control individuals by direct sequencing assay. Results The frequencies of rs2267439 TT and rs2267443 GA of SREBP2 and rs2453839 TT and CT of IGFBP-3 in the ANFH group showed increased and decreased tendencies (against normal control group), respectively. Interaction analysis of genes revealed that the frequency of carrying rs2267439 TT and rs2267443 GA genotypes of SREBF-2 in ANFH patients was significantly higher than in the control group (P 〈0.05). Association analysis between polymorphisms and clinical phenotype demonstrated that the disease course in ANFH patients with the rs2453839 TT genotype of IGFBP-3 was significantly shorter than that of CT+CC carriers (P 〈0.01). CT+CC genotype frequency in patients with stage Ill/IV bilateral hip lesions was significantly higher than in those with stage Ill/IV unilateral lesions and stage II/111 bilateral lesions (P 〈0.05-0.02). Conclusions Our results suggested that interaction of SREBP-2 gene polymorphisms and the relationship between the polymorphisms and clinical phenotype of IGFBP-3 were closely related to increased ANFH risk in the Chinese population. 文摘Background::Acute type A aortic dissection(ATAAD)and acute type A intramural hematoma(ATAIMH)are life-threatening diseases with high mortality.To better understand their clinical features in the Chinese population,we analyzed the data from the first Registry of Aortic Dissection in China(Sino-RAD)to promote the understanding and management of the diseases.Methods::All patients with ATAAD and ATAIMH enrolled in Sino-RAD from January 1,2012 to December 31,2016 were involved.The data of patients’selection,history,symptoms,management,outcomes,and postoperation complications were analyzed in the study.The continuous variables were compared using the Student’s t test for normal distributions and the Mann-Whitney U test for non-normal distributions.Categorical variables were compared using the Chi-square test or Fisher exact test.Results::A total of 1582 patients with ATAAD and 130 patients with ATAIMH were included.The mean age of all patients was 48.4 years.Patients with ATAAD were significantly younger than patients with ATAIMH(48.9 years vs.55.6 years,P<0.001).For the total cohort,males were dominant,but the male ratio of patients with ATAAD was significantly higher compared to those with ATAIMH(P=0.01).The time range from the onset of symptom to hospitalization was 2.0 days.More patients of ATAIMH had hypertension than that of ATAAD(82.3%vs.67.6%,P<0.05).Chest and back pain were the most common clinical symptoms.Computerized tomography(CT)was the most common initial diagnostic imaging modality.84.7%received surgical treatment and in-hospital mortality was 5.3%.Patients with ATAAD mainly received surgical treatment(89.6%),while most patients with ATAIMH received medical treatment(39.2%)or endovascular repair(35.4%).Conclusions::Our study suggests that doctors should comprehensively use clinical examination and genetic background screening for patients with ATAAD and ATAIMH and further shorten the time range from symptoms onset to intervention,achieving early diagnosis and treatment,thereby reducing the mortality
文摘Coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)is a new highly infectious disease caused by a novel coronavirus.Recently,the number of new cases infected pneumonia in the world continues to increase,which has aroused great concern from the international community.At present,there are no small-molecule specific anti-viral drugs for the treatment.The high mortality rate seriously threatens human health.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a unique health resource in China.The combination of TCM and Western medicine has played a positive and important role in combating COVID-19 in China.In this review,through literature mining and analysis,it was found that TCM has the potential to prevent and treat the COVID-19.Then,the network pharmacological studies demonstrated that TCM played roles of anti-virus,anti-inflammation and immunoregulation in the management of COVID-19 via multiple components acting on multiple targets and multiple pathways.Finally,clinical researches also confirmed the beneficial effects of TCM on the treatment of patients.This review may provide meaningful and useful information on further drug development of COVID-19 and other viral infectious diseases.

文摘To further understand the relationship between vegetation succession and soil fertility within farming-plantation ecotone in Ziwuling Mountains of the Loess Plateau, nine kinds of widely distributed communities at different succession stages were selected, and the effects of vegetation succession on soil fertility were studied through the methods of comparing two hierarchical clustering (similarity index: B) and other multivariate analysis. The results showed that: (i) the similarity in clustering pattern of nine communities which classified by plant species and soil nutrients respectively showed a trend of B ^-overall plant-soil0-10cn〉B^-overall plant-soil 10-20 cm 〉B^- overall plant-soil 20-40 cm, and for the top soil, it showed a trend of B^- grass-soil 0-10 cm 〉 B^-shrub-soil 0-10 cm 〉 Btree-soil0-10 cm; (ii) soil fertility increased during the succession process from abandoned land to forest community, and the soil fertility of forest community showed an increased order of coniferous forest →mixed forest →broadleaf forest; (iii) during the process of vegetation succession, the variation of topsoil fertility was higher than that of the subsurface soil (coefficient of variation: CV0-10 cm 〉CV 10-20 cm 〉 CV20-40 cm), and when the succession developed into the stages of shrub and forest communities, the top soil fertility had been improved significantly; and (iv) for the subsurface soil of the communities at the advanced succession stages, the soil fertility also increased to some extent. Our results suggested that the method of comparing two hierarchical clustering reflected the similarity level of different cluster patterns, therefore, it was helpful to study the relationship between vegetation succession and soil fertility. There was a corresponding relationship between the change process of soil fertility from the top soil to subsurface soil and the process of vegetation succession from the early stages to the advanced stage. For a given system (i.e., a pair of a complete metric space and a continuous self-map of the space) and for a Furstenberg family $\mathcal{F}$ , the definition of $\mathcal{F}$ -scrambled pairs of points in the space has been given, which brings the well-known scrambled pairs in Li-Yorke sense and the scrambled pairs in distribution sense to be $\mathcal{F}$ -scrambled pairs corresponding respectively to suitable Furstenberg family $\mathcal{F}$ . In the present paper we explore the basic properties of the set of $\mathcal{F}$ -scrambled pairs of a system. The generically $\mathcal{F}$ -chaotic system and the generically strongly $\mathcal{F}$ -chaotic system are defined. A criterion for a generically strongly $\mathcal{F}$ -chaotic system is showed.

文摘For the purpose of investigating the microstructure evolution and deformation behavior of magnesium under high strain rates,the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)apparatus was used under high strain rates from 755 s^(-1) to 2826 s^(-1) in the present work at room temperature.The microstructures of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy under different strain rates and along different compression directions were observed by metallographic microscope.The results show that,microstructures of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy along ED,TD and ND compression directions are sensitive to strain rates.The amount of twins firstly increases and then decreases with strain rates being increased,and the recrystal grains increase and grow up.When the strain rate reaches 2500 s^(-1),the adiabatic shear band(ASB)begins to form.The formation process of the adiabatic shear band can be divided into three stages.In the first stage,under the impact load a great deal of twins form and the deformation mechanism is twinning.In the second stage,discontinuous ASB forms due to twins adjusting the directions of located grains and the deformation mechanisms are twinning and non-basal slip.In the last stage,non-basal slip turns to basal slip and continuous ASB forms.The dynamic compression fracture mechanism of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy is multi-crack propagation.
文摘In this paper,an experimental study of an air inflated membrane was carried out based on the China National Stadium (the Bird's Nest). After the 2008 Olympic Games,it was apparent that the future use of the Bird's Nest would be enhanced if rainfall could be prevented from entering the stadium. The installation of an air inflated membrane across the opening of the steel structure was proposed as a solution to this problem. To verify the scheme,a theoretical analysis and experimental study of an air inflated membrane was carried out. Experimental and computational models were developed,form-finding was carried out using both experimental and theoretical methods,and the results from the two approaches,including the deflection of the air inflated membrane and deformation of the support structure,were analyzed and compared. The force-transfer path and deformation of the air inflated membrane under loads was studied. Conclusions and suggestions are presented.

文摘For the purpose of investigating the dynamic deformational behavior and failure mechanisms of magnesium under high strain rates,the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)was used for investigating dynamic mechanical properties of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy at ambient temperature(300 K),200℃(473 K)and 300℃(573 K)temperature.The samples after compression were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and metallographic microscope.Dynamic mechanical properties,crack performance and plastic deformation mechanism of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy along the extrusion direction(ED)were discussed.The results show that,extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy has the largest dynamic compressive strength which is 535 MPa at ambient temperature(300 K)and strain rate of 2826 s^(−1).When temperature increases,dynamic compressive strength decreases,while ductility increases.The dynamic compression fracture mechanism of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy is multi-crack propagation and intergranular quasi-cleavage fracture at both ambient temperature and high temperature.The dynamic compressive deformation mechanism of extruded Mg-Gd-Y Magnesium alloy is a combination of twinning,slipping and dynamic recrystallization at both ambient temperature and high temperature.

文摘Advanced electromagnetic devices,as the pillars of the intelligent age,are setting off a grand transformation,redefining the structure of society to present pluralism and diversity.However,the bombardment of electromagnetic radiation on society is also increasingly serious along with the growing popularity of"Big Data".Herein,drawing wisdom and inspiration from nature,an eco-mimetic nanoarchitecture is constructed for the first time,highly integrating the advantages of multiple components and structures to exhibit excellent electromagnetic response.Its electromagnetic properties and internal energy conversion can be flexibly regulated by tailoring microstructure with oxidative molecular layer deposition(oMLD),providing a new cognition to frequency-selective microwave absorption.The optimal reflection loss reaches≈−58 dB,and the absorption frequency can be shifted from high frequency to low frequency by increasing the number of oMLD cycles.Meanwhile,a novel electromagnetic absorption surface is designed to enable ultra-wideband absorption,covering almost the entire K and Ka bands.More importantly,an ingenious self-powered device is constructed using the eco-mimetic nanoarchitecture,which can convert electromagnetic radiation into electric energy for recycling.This work offers a new insight into electromagnetic protection and waste energy recycling,presenting a broad application prospect in radar stealth,information communication,aerospace engineering,etc.

文摘The Fe–N–C material is a promising non-noblemetal electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Further improvement on the ORR activity is highly desired in order to replace Pt/C in acidic media.Herein,we developed a new-type of single-atom Fe–N–C electrocatalyst,in which Fe–Nxactive sites were modified by P atoms.The half-wave potential of the optimized material reached 0.858 V,which is 23 mV higher than that of the pristine one in a 0.1 mol L-1 HClO4 solution.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed that P-doping can reduce the thermodynamic overpotential of the rate determining step and consequently improve the ORR activity.

文摘Pre-cold rolling with low reductions(<3%)was used to improve the mechanical properties of rolled ZK60 plates.The effects of rolling path on mechanical properties were investigated in detail.Both pre-cold rolling along the transverse direction(TD)and pre-cold rolling along the normal direction(ND)can increase the yield strength.However,pre-cold rolling along the TD is more effective than pre-cold rolling along the ND in improving the comprehensive mechanical properties.After pre-cold rolling to 3%reduction,the sample rolled along the TD and the sample rolled along the ND have similar tensile yield strength(~270 MPa).However,the former has a higher compressive yield strength,lower yield asymmetry and larger toughness than the latter.Moreover,pre-cold rolling can also enhance precipitation hardening effect.However,aging treatment cannot further improve the yield strength of pre-cold rolled samples.Finally,the related mechanism is discussed.

文摘The pressure increasing process within a twin screw multiphase pump, under the condition of high gas volume fractions (GVFs), induces large temperature and pressure changes that cause the rotors to deform. Rotor deformations heavily influence the backflow of the multiphase fluid through clearances within the twin screw multiphase pump and these deformations may even lead to pump failures. An accurate temperature and pressure distribution on the screw rotors need be obtained before the deformation analysis can be carried out. By means of small temperature and pressure sensors embedded into the groove at the root of the rotors, the temperatures of 12 points on the rotors and the pressure distributions of a twin screw multiphase pump under high GVFs conditions were recorded. Temperature test results were adopted to perform a heat transfer analysis for determining the temperature distribution on the screw rotors. Then deformation analyses, including thermal deformation, force deformation, and total deformation, were conducted according to the pressure and temperature distributions. Deformation analysis for different materials was also conducted under the same boundary conditions. A material was suggested for the manufacturing of rotors in a twin screw multiphase pump under the condition of high gas volume fractions.

The total rotation of the cross section is divided into a free warping rotation and a restrained shear rotation. In first-order torsion theory, St. Venant torque is only related to the free warping rotation and the expression of St. Venant torque is derived by using a semi-inverse method. The relationship between the warping torque and the restrained shear rotation is established by using an energy method. The torsion shear coefficient is then obtained. On the basis of the torsion equilibrium, the governing differential equation of the restrained torsion is derived and the corresponding initial method is given to solve the equation. The relationship between total rotation and flee warping rotation is obtained. A parameter λ, which is associated with the stiffness property of a cross section and the beam length, is introduced to determine the condition, under which the St. Venant constant is negligible. Consequently a simplified theory is derived. Numerical examples are illustrated to validate the current approach and the results of the current theory are compared with those of some other available methods. The results of comparison show that the current theory provides more accurate results, In the example of a channel-shaped cantilever beam, the applicability of the simplified theory is determined by the parameter study of λ.
文摘BACKGROUND In patients with post-stroke depression(PSD)in diabetes,the situation may be more complex,requiring simultaneous treatment of blood glucose,depressive symptoms,and neurological dysfunction.Hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy can improve tissue oxygen content and improve the situation of ischemia and hypoxia,thus playing a role in protecting brain cells and restoring the function of brain cells.However,there are few studies on HBO therapy for patients with PSD.This study explores the clinical efficacy of such therapy for stroke complicated with depression and diabetes mellitus,and to provide reference and basis for clinical treatment and development through the application of relevant rating scales and laboratory test indicators.AIM To evaluate the clinical effects of HBO therapy on patients with diabetes with PSD.METHODS A total of 190 diabetic patients with PSD were randomly divided into observation and control groups(95 patients per group).The control group received escitalopram oxalate 10mg once a day for eight weeks.In addition,the observation group was also given HBO therapy,once a day,five times a week,for eight weeks.The Montgomery Depression Rating Scale(MADRS),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,and fasting glucose levels were compared.RESULTS There were no significant differences in age,sex,or depression course between the groups(P>0.05).After HBO treatment,MADRS scores in both groups decreased significantly(14.3±5.2),and were significantly lower in the control group(18.1±3.5).After HBO treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups decreased significantly,and scores in the observation group(12.2±4.0)decreased more than in the control group(16.1±3.4),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and TNF-αin both groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.001).Fasting blood glucose levels in both groups
