These regularities were diurnal waves whose periods are characteristic of astral influence (the main ones being 24 h and 24 h 50 min), annual and semi-annual components, and a multi-annual component of approximately 6 years, an influence of Jupiter being a very good candidate to explain it. 2) Allais had experimentally established that all these astral influences were expressed globally on the pendulum by an action tending to call back its plane of oscillation towards a direction variable in time, and which ovalized its trajectory. In 2019 the observation of 2 pendulums in Horodnic (Romania), thanks to the use of an automatic alidade, made it possible to identify the main mechanism that, very probably, acted on the pendulum to achieve this result. This perturbation model, called “linear anisotropy”, is characterized by its “coefficient of anisotropy” η, and by the azimuth of its “direction of anisotropy”. The composition of 2 linear anisotropies is always a linear anisotropy. 3) In the search for the phenomena which could be at the origin of all what precedes, the fact that they must create an ovalization immediately eliminates some of them. 4) We have calculated the values of η corresponding to the 24 h and 24 h 50 min waves both for the observations in Horodnic and the Allais observations. The order of magnitude (some 10−7) is effectively the same in both cases. 5) Mathematically, the regularities discovered may result of a new force field but also, as Allais proposes, from the creation, under the astral influences, of a local anisotropy of the medium in which the pendulum oscillates. In the first case the length of the pendulum is involved, in the second one not. The data available do not make it possible to decide. 6) The joint exploitation, in mechanics and optics, of Allais obse展开更多

That of 1958 also implemented a second pendulum, identical to the first, located 6 km away in an underground quarry. Although, over these 6 years, the average azimuth of each observation, the amplitude of the 24 h 50 min and 24 h waves, as well as certain other quantities, have evolved considerably, in 1958 their values were very close to those of the second pendulum. The analysis shows that these evolutions could only result from an action external to the pendulum, that no classical phenomenon seems to be able to explain, and which appears, at least mainly, to be an astral action. The evolution of the average azimuth of the pendulum and of the amplitudes of the 24 h and 24 h 50 min components can be decomposed into a component associated with the annual revolution of the Earth around the Sun, and a multi-annual component, whose harmonic 1 has a period which was estimated to 5.74 years. An action of Jupiter is an excellent candidate to explain a large part of the multi-annual action: everything happens as if there were an important action of the modulus of its declination on the multi-annual component, and an important daily action of its hour angle on the azimuth of the pendulum. We cannot exclude an action of the solar cycle, whose period was then about 11 years. The main results were obtained by Allais himself, but this was only published in his book “The Anisotropy of Space”, and remained very little known. Starting from the raw data of Allais, the author of this article found them again, and completed them on certain points.展开更多

The design of new specific SL analogs is a challenging goal in understanding the basic plant biology and is also useful to control plant architectures without favoring the development of parasitic plants. Two different molecules (23 (3'-methyI-GR24), 31 (thia-3'-methyl-debranone-like molecule)) already described, and a new one (AR36), for which the synthesis is presented, are biologically compared with the well-known GR24 and the recently identified CISA-1. These different structures emphasize the wide range of parts attached to the D-ring for the bioactivity as a plant hormone. These new compounds possess a common dimethylbutenolide motif but their structure varies in the ABC part of the molecules: 23 has the same ABC part as GR24, while 31 and AR36 carry, respectively, an aromatic ring and an acyclic carbon chain. Detailed information is given for the bioactivity of such derivatives in strigolactone synthesis or in perception mutant plants (pea rmsl and rms4, Arabidopsis max2 and, max4) for different hormonal functions along with their action in the rhizosphere on arbuscular mycorrhizal hyphal growth and parasitic weed germination.展开更多

In the present analysis, we examined the association of these tools with outcomes up to one year post-TAVI. Methods CGA-TAVI is an international, observational registry of geriatric patients undergoing TAVI. Patients were assessed using the MPI and SPPB. Efficacy of baseline values and any postoperative change for predicting outcome were established using logistic regression. Kaplan- Meier analysis was carried out for each comprehensive geriatric assessment tool, with survival stratified by risk category. Results One year after TAVI, 14.1% of patients deceased, while 17.4% met the combined endpoint of death and/or non-fatal stroke, and 37.7% the combined endpoint of death and/or hospitalisation and/or non-fatal stroke. A high-risk MPI score was associated with an increased risk of all-cause mortality (aOR = 36.13, 95% CI: 2.77–470.78, P = 0.006) and death and/or non-fatal stroke (aOR = 10.10, 95% CI: 1.48–68.75, P = 0.018). No significant associations were found between a high-risk SPPB score and mortality or two main combined endpoints. In contrast to a worsening SPPB, an aggravating MPI score at three months post-TAVI was associated with an increased risk of death and/or non-fatal stoke at one year (aOR = 95.16, 95% CI: 3.41–2657.01). Conclusions The MPI showed value for predicting the likelihood of death and a combination of death and/or non-fatal stroke by one year after TAVI in elderly patients.展开更多

Spectral analysis of precession and ellipticity revealed a lunar component of 24 h 50 min, which can only result from an astral action, through mechanisms yet to be discovered. Indeed, an analysis was carried out of the influence of all classical perturbing factors: direct or indirect action of classical gravity, temperature, Earth’s magnetic field, etc.… None of them can explain this component, given its amplitude and phase. Its amplitude excludes also an explanation by general relativity. This is consistent with a major result that Allais claimed to have obtained during each one of the six continuous one-month-long experiments he carried out from 1954 to 1960. The numerous and very precise data provided by an automatic alidade give additional information to those gathered by Allais. All that confirms all the scientific interest that there would be to resume long-duration pendulum observations on a much more important scale: continuous observations for at least 2 years, and if possible more.展开更多

The experiments/measurements were of a simple nature, conducted in several of places in Romania and Ukraine. It is shown that during Syzygy effects both the torsind and the Foucault pendulum exhibit specific reactions: the torsind’s disk is rotated, whereas the direction of the swing plane, the period, the eccentricity and the chirality of the ellipse of oscillation of the Foucault pendulum are all altered. We term all these perturbations “Syzygy effects” and found that they take place even when the devices are in locations where the eclipse is not visible and even when they are underground. An unusual time shifts?between the responses of the devices and the maximum phase of the eclipse is detected. The importance of simultaneous simple observations of astronomical phenomena using these two devices of fundamentally different types is emphasized.展开更多

Its main philosophical and theological tonality expresses, in first person and through three discursive moments, the differentiated fusion of horizons between phenomenological and grammatical description and understanding of experience. After a philosophical overture-outlining the ethos of the dialogic problematic and situating it within the contemporary diverse and dialogic dynamic of phenomenology-I will expose the consistent, possible modalities of convergence between Husserlian phenomenology and Wittgensteinian grammar of the mystical shapes of experience. The tense, responsorial dialogue among Husserl, Heidegger, Levinas, and Wittgenstein's styles of thinking, far from being anymore limited to the debates between the analytical and phenomenological, will be considered from the crossed categorial spaces of Austrian philosophy and German culture in general. In a second section, I will show how the styles of phenomenology today are advancing into a cautious micro-logical grammar of comparative inquiry. This thematization will first consider some precise semantic clarifications: Experience, the mystical, extasis, evidence, and truth; in a second section, the theoretical levels of grammar and phenomenology of mystical experience are heralded in the context of the Christian theological dialogue, where I emphasize the rebirth of French theological thinking and dialogic transcendence, beginning with Maritain and de Chardin to Marcel, de Lubac, Levinas, and Marion. Finally, I consider the aesthetic expressions of mystical experience, both from the visual and musical dimensions. I will conclude this talk by highlighting theological perspectives drawn from my research in musico-philosophical problematics, through an awakening to the resonance of Being and the Divine in sonic and musical life. Recently, the Plasmodium apoptosis-linked pathogenicity factors (PALPF) have been identified. These antigens PALPF are expressed only by P falciparum-infected erythrocytes triggering endothelial cell apoptosis (apoptogenic). Methods: We designed ten synthetic peptides (PI to P10) from PALPF: PF07 0032, PF10_0226, PFI0130c, PFD0875c and MAL13P1.206, and analyzed their antigenicity with an ELISA method using plasma samples from subjects living in Dienga, Gabon. Results: Four peptides showed good reactivity with human antibodies. The prevalence rate of specific IgG was 61%, 51%, 44% and 34% for P5, P6, P4 and P2, respectively. The median optical density of total IgG anti-P2 was higher than that directed against P4 and P6 (P = 0.009; P = 0.012 respectively). The prevalence rate oflgG subclasses determined with plasma samples recognizing peptide 5 for IgGl, 2, 3 and 4 isotypes was 69%, 45%, 76% and 62%, respectively. All the subjects had at least one immunoglobulin subclass, while 13 (44%) had both IgG1 and IgG3 antibodies. There was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of anti-P5 IgG1, IgG3 and IgG4. Conclusion: These results warrant further immunogenicity studies of peptides 2, 4, 5 and 6 with a view of a tentative to antimalarial vaccine development.展开更多

More than 54 mo after implantation, she presented with severe symptomatic prosthesis dysfunction(stenosis) which was successfully treated with oral anticoagulation. To our knowledge, this is the tardiest case of THV thrombosis ever reported. This case should increase clinical awareness for THV thrombosis even beyond the first two-year period following implantation.展开更多

All the subjects had at least one immunoglobulin subclass, while 13 (44%) had both IgG1 and IgG3 antibodies. There was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of anti-P5 IgG1, IgG3 and IgG4. Conclusion: These results warrant further immunogenicity studies of peptides 2, 4, 5 and 6 with a view of a tentative to antimalarial vaccine development.
文摘We describe a case of very late transcatheter heart valve(THV) thrombosis of a first-generation SAPIEN prosthesis(Edwards Lifesciences, Irvine, CA) implanted in a 64-yearold woman with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis. More than 54 mo after implantation, she presented with severe symptomatic prosthesis dysfunction(stenosis) which was successfully treated with oral anticoagulation. To our knowledge, this is the tardiest case of THV thrombosis ever reported. This case should increase clinical awareness for THV thrombosis even beyond the first two-year period following implantation.
