目的 介绍一种美籍华人J.T.Lin发明的用激光在巩膜面上作放射状8道切口,1、2d后即改善老视眼的近视力而不影响角膜及远视力的手术方法、技巧、适应症、回退率、并发症及其原理探讨。方法 在表面麻醉下以模具划分并标明角膜缘外0.5-5mm... 目的 介绍一种美籍华人J.T.Lin发明的用激光在巩膜面上作放射状8道切口,1、2d后即改善老视眼的近视力而不影响角膜及远视力的手术方法、技巧、适应症、回退率、并发症及其原理探讨。方法 在表面麻醉下以模具划分并标明角膜缘外0.5-5mm的巩膜面上4个象限45°、135°、225°、270°的4个座标,分开球结膜,以Lin激光在各座标作2条放射状切口,深至巩膜棕黑层,回复结膜,电热凝合,手术完毕。结果 已在10余个国家开展此项手术,病例已超过500例.新近已在我国完成4例,年龄40-65岁,追踪36月,85%近视力恢复到J1-J5之间,增加屈光度1D-3D,患者满意度达90%,且无明显并发症。结论 激光巩膜切开术治疗老视眼操作简易、安全度高、回退率低,为一种新的较为埋想的老视治疗方法,值得推广。 展开更多

A novel method of liquid metallic film(LMF)bonding was developed to join titanium zirconium molybdenum alloy(TZM)and Nb-Zr alloy with a Ni interlayer.Using this method,a Ni-Zr liquid phase was formed by the eutectic reaction and then squeezed out from the gap due to a transient pressure,leaving an LMF.It not only achieved a reliable metallurgical bonding but also served as a transition layer between TZM and Nb-Zr alloy to reduce the mismatch between them thus further improving its performance.The bonding mechanism of the TZM and Nb-Zr system was discussed based on theoretical calculation and high-resolution microscopy analysis.The advantages of this method were established by comparing the microstructure and mechanical properties of LMF bonded joints with that of traditional contact-reaction brazing and direct diffusion bonding.Additionally,the feasibility of the LMF bonding method was also demonstrated by the reliable joining of other high-temperature and immiscible systems. 展开更多

The turbulent flow in and above plant canopies is of fundamental importance to the understanding of transport processes of momentum,heat and mass between plant canopies and atmosphere,and to microme- teorology.The Reynolds stress equation model(RSM)has been applied to calculate the turbulence in cano- pies in this paper.The calculated mean wind velocity profiles,Reynolds stress,turbulent kinetic energy and viscous dissipation rate in a corn canopy and a spruce forest are compared with field observed data and with Wilson's and Shaw's model.The velocity profiles and Rynolds stress calculated by both models are in good agreement,and the length scale of turbulence appears to be similar. 展开更多

研究旨在探讨中草药复合添加剂对高龄蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋壳超微结构的影响。选取900只440日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,分为对照组、试验组,每组各5个重复,每个重复90只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加0.2%中草药复合添加剂,预... 研究旨在探讨中草药复合添加剂对高龄蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋壳超微结构的影响。选取900只440日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,分为对照组、试验组,每组各5个重复,每个重复90只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加0.2%中草药复合添加剂,预饲期7 d,试验期56 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组死淘率与破(软)蛋率分别降低32.50%与15.11%(P<0.05),料蛋比降低9.38%(P<0.01),蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位分别提高12.38%、16.38%、9.84%(P<0.05),蛋黄相对质量、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度均有上升的趋势;试验组蛋壳表面角质层较光滑,裂纹减少,裂隙减小且宽度较窄,垂直晶体层断面整齐,晶格棱角清晰排列致密,孔洞数量较多且分布均匀,大小一致,并且栅栏层结构致密,乳锥层紧密相连,乳突较宽并与蛋壳膜紧密相连。结果表明添加中草药复合添加剂能显著提高高龄蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,改善蛋壳超微结构。 展开更多

Efficient in vivo delivery of anti-inflammatory proteins to modulate the microenvironment of an injured spinal cord and promote neuroprotection and functional recovery is a great challenge.Nucleoside-modified messenger RNA(mRNA)has become a promising new modality that can be utilized for the safe and efficient delivery of therapeutic proteins.Here,we used lipid nanoparticle(LNP)-encapsulated human interleukin-10(hIL-10)-encoding nucleoside-modified mRNA to induce neuroprotection and functional recovery following rat spinal cord contusion injury.Intralesional administration of hIL-10 mRNA-LNP to rats led to a remarkable reduction of the microglia/macrophage reaction in the injured spinal segment and induced significant functional recovery compared to controls.Furthermore,hIL-10 mRNA treatment induced increased expression in tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase 1 and ciliary neurotrophic factor levels in the affected spinal segment indicating a time-delayed secondary effect of IL-105 d after injection.Our results suggest that treatment with nucleoside-modified mRNAs encoding neuroprotective factors is an effective strategy for spinal cord injury repair. 展开更多

Radiation-induced segregation(RIS) is a typical non-equilibrium process that can dramatically alter the behavior of defect sinks and material properties under irradiation. However, RIS mechanisms have been rarely studied around small He bubbles owing to the technical challenges involved in direct measurements of local chemistry. Here, using state-of-the-art atom probe tomography, we report the RIS behavior near He bubbles in the Fe Ni Co Cr high-entropy alloy that indicates Co segregates most strongly, followed by weaker Ni segregation, whereas Fe and Cr are depleted almost to the same degree. Exceptionally, the magnitude of Co segregation around He bubbles is higher than previously measured values at voids and dislocation loops. Electron energy-loss spectroscopy was used to measure the He density and pressure inside individual bubbles. We demonstrate that He bubbles are over-pressurized at the irradiation temperature that could result in the vacancy bias and the subsequent vacancy-dominated RIS mechanism.First-principles calculations further reveal that there are repulsive interactions between He and Co atoms that may reduce the frequency of Co-vacancy exchange. As a result, He atoms likely retard Co diffusion via the vacancy mechanism and enhance the heterogeneity of RIS in Co-containing multicomponent alloys. These insights could provide the basis for understanding He effects in nuclear materials and open an avenue for tailoring the local chemical order of medium-and high-entropy alloys. 展开更多

Nb and Sn are major alloying elements in Zr alloys. In this study, the microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion behavior, cytocompatibility and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) compatibility of Zr-2.5X (X = Nb, Sn) alloys for biomedical application are comparatively investigated. It is found that Zr-2.5Nb alloy has a duplex structure of ~ and ~ phase and Zr-2.5Sn alloy is composed of α phase. Both separate addition of Nb and Sn can strengthen Zr but Nb is more effective in strengthening Zr than Sn. The studied Zr-2.5X (X = Nb, Sn) alloys show improved corrosion resistance compared to pure Zr as indicted by the decreased corrosion current density. The alloying addition of Nb enhances the pitting resistance of Zr, whereas the addition of Sn decreases the pitting resistance of Zr. The extracts of Zr-2.5X alloys produce no significant deleterious effect on fibroblast cells (L-929) and osteoblast-Iike cells (MG 63), indicating good in vitro cytocompatibility. The Zr-2.5X (X = Nb, Sn) alloys show decreased magnetic susceptibility compared to pure Zr and their magnetic susceptibility is far lower than that of pure Ti and Ti-6AI-4V alloy. Based on these facts, Zr-2.5Nb alloy is more suitable for implant material than Zr-2.5Sn alloy. Sn is not suitable as individual alloying addition for Zr because Sn addition decreases the pitting resistance in physiological solution. 展开更多

目的收集并分析CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网中5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁。方法采用纸片扩散法或自动化仪器法按统一方案进行药物敏感性试验。按CLSI 2014年版标准判断结果。结果 2005—2014年,每年的临床分离菌数量为22 774~84 57... 目的收集并分析CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网中5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁。方法采用纸片扩散法或自动化仪器法按统一方案进行药物敏感性试验。按CLSI 2014年版标准判断结果。结果 2005—2014年,每年的临床分离菌数量为22 774~84 572株。大肠埃希菌中产ESBL菌株检出率为51.7%~55.8%。在上述时期内大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮-舒巴坦的耐药率有所下降。肺炎克雷伯菌中碳青霉烯类耐药株由2.4%上升至13.4%。铜绿假单胞菌对包括亚胺培南和美罗培南的所有受试抗菌药物的耐药率均有所下降。鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率由31.0%逐步上升至66.7%。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率由2005年的69%逐年下降至2014年的44.6%。结论国内肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率高。上述结果显示细菌耐药性监测对于细菌感染的有效治疗十分重要。 展开更多

Column leaching experimentwas also conducted to simulate 'acid mine drainage' (AMD) from the minespoil. The results show thatleaching of heavy metals from the minespoil was extremely significant during the initial water flushing.The amounts of heavy metals leached out dramatically reduced after leaching twice. It is worthwhile tonote that in this study, Zn, Mn, Fe, As and Ni in the first leachate exceeded the total amount of eachcorresponding water-extractable (1:5, soil:water) metal contained in the minespoil sample. This appears tosuggest that 1:5 water extraction did not allow accurate estimation of water-leachable concentrations of theabove heavy metals. This work has implications for the management of sulfidic minespoils. Acid drainageof great environmental concerns is likely to occur only during heavy rainfall events after substantial solubleand readily exchangeable acid and metals are accumulated in the minespoils. The slow-reacting fractionsother than water-soluble and readily exchangeable fractions may pose little environmental hazards. This isparticularly true for Pb, As and Ni. 展开更多

A sub-array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),KM2A is mainly designed to observe a large fraction of the northern sky to hunt for γ-ray sources at energies above 10 TeV.Even though the detector construction is still underway,half of the KM2A array has been operating stably since the end of 2019.In this paper,we present the KM2A data analysis pipeline and the first observation of the Crab Nebula,a standard candle in very high energy γ-ray astronomy.We detect γ-ray signals from the Crab Nebula in both energy ranges of 10-100 TeV and>100 TeV with high significance,by analyzing the KM2A data of 136 live days between December 2019 and May 2020.With the observations,we test the detector performance,including angular resolution,pointing accuracy and cosmic-ray background rejection power.The energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range 10-250 TeV fits well with a single power-law function dN/dE=(1.13±0.05stat±0.08sys)×10^(-14).(E/20 TeV)-309±0.06stat±0.02syscm^(-2) s^(-1) TeV^(-1).It is consistent with previous measurements by other experiments.This opens a new window of γ-ray astronomy above 0.1 PeV through which new ultrahigh-energy γ-ray phenomena,such as cosmic PeVatrons,might be discovered. 展开更多

The first Water Cherenkov detector of the LHAASO experiment(WCDA-1)has been operating since April 2019.The data for the first year have been analyzed to test its performance by observing the Crab Nebula as a standard candle.The WCDA-1 achieves a sensitivity of 65 mCU per year,with a statistical threshold of 5 cr.To accomplish this,a 97.7%cosmic-ray background rejection rate around 1 TeV and 99.8%around 6 TeV with an ap proximate photon acceptance of 50%is achieved after applying an algorithm to separate gamma-induced showers.The angular resolution is measured using the Crab Nebula as a point source to be approximately 0.45°at 1 TeV and better than 0.2°above 6 TeV,with a pointing accuracy better than 0.05°.These values all match the design specifications.The energy resolution is found to be 33%for gamma rays around 6 TeV.The spectral energy distribution of the Crab Nebula in the range from 500 GeV to 15.8 TeV is measured and found to be in agreement with the results from other TeV gamma ray observatories. 展开更多

KM2A is one of the main sub-arrays of LHAASO,working on gamma ray astronomy and cosmic ray physics at energies above 10 TeV.Detector simulation is the important foundation for estimating detector performance and data analysis.It is a big challenge to simulate the KM2A detector in the framework of Geant4 due to the need to track numerous photons from a large number of detector units(>6000)with large altitude difference(30)and huge coverage(1.3).In this paper,the design of the KM2A simulation code G4KM2A based on Geant4 is introduced.The process of G4KM2A is optimized mainly in memory consumption to avoid memory overflow.Some simplifications are used to significantly speed up the execution of G4KM2A.The running time is reduced by at least 30 times compared to full detector simulation.The particle distributions and the core/angle resolution comparison between simulation and experimental data of the full KM2A array are also presented,which show good agreement. 展开更多

The full array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)has been in operation since July 2021.For its kilometer-square array(KM2A),we optimized the selection criteria for very high and ultrahigh energyγ-rays using data collected from August 2021 to August 2022,resulting in an improvement in significance of the detection in the Crab Nebula of approximately 15%,compared with that of previous cuts.With the implementation of these new selection criteria,the angular resolution was also significantly improved by approximately 10%at tens of TeV.Other aspects of the full KM2A array performance,such as the pointing error,were also calibrated using the Crab Nebula.The resulting energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range of 10-1000 TeV are well fitted by a log-parabola model,which is consistent with the previous results from LHAASO and other experiments. 展开更多

Theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex is widely acknowledged to be attributed to the interaction between the cosmic rays(CRs)accelerated by the shock of supernova remnant(SNR)W51C and the dense molecular clouds in the adjacent star-forming region,W51B.However,the maximum acceleration capability of W51C for CRs remains elusive.Based on observations conducted with the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),we report a significant detection ofγrays emanating from the W51 complex,with energies from 2 to 200 TeV.The LHAASO measurements,for the first time,extend theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex beyond 100 TeV and reveal a significant spectrum bending at tens of TeV.By combining the"π^(0)-decay bump"featured data from Fermi-LAT,the broadbandγ-ray spectrum of the W51 region can be well-characterized by a simple pp-collision model.The observed spectral bending feature suggests an exponential cutoff at~400 TeV or a power-law break at~200 TeV in the CR proton spectrum,most likely providing the first evidence of SNRs serving as CR accelerators approaching the PeV regime.Additionally,two young star clusters within W51B could also be theoretically viable to produce the most energeticγrays observed by LHAASO.Our findings strongly support the presence of extreme CR accelerators within the W51 complex and provide new insights into the origin of Galactic CRs. 展开更多
