Method: Women in the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were collected for high-risk HPV testing, TCT, colposcopy and pathological examination according to their personal wishes, to understand the application of relevant examinations in cervical lesions. Result: In 2021, the number of patients was 5801, among whom 1743 patients had received cervical cancer examination in the past, accounting for 30.05% of the total number of patients, and 5795 who had volunteered for TCT examination this time, accounting for 99.90% of the total;A total of 289 cases of atypical squamous cells with unclear significance (ASC-US) were detected, excluding 11 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (ASC-H), 122 cases of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL), 16 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and 4 cases of atypical adenocyte (AGC);Atypical cervical adenocytosis and cervical carcinoma in situ were not detected. Methods: Female patients in the outpatient department and inpatient department of gynecology of our hospital from April 1, 2018 to August 23, 2021 were selected as the research objects. The reproductive tract secretions of all patients were examined by microecological examination, morphological examination, chemical analysis and microscopic examination, and the results of various indicators were statistically analyzed to draw relevant conclusions. Results: Among the 1498 women with vaginal micro- ecological imbalances, cleanliness was determined to be 534 cases of degree II, 868 cases of degree III, and 96 cases of degree IV;Nugent scores were 9 - 10 in 9 cases, 8 in 122 cases, 7 in 30 cases, 6 in 18 cases, 5 in 8 cases, 4 in 717 cases, 3 in 248 cases, 2 in 209 cases, 1 in 118 cases, and 0 in 19 cases. Method: Collected patients with mental illness who were hospitalized in our hospital ...Objective: To understand the effects of several commonly used antipsychotics on the renal function of patients with mental illness. Method: Collected patients with mental illness who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021, and selected as the research subjects patients with psychiatric disorders who were treated with 2 kinds of commonly used antipsychotic drugs;and collected 3 ml of venous blood before treatment and one month after treatment for renal function tests;observed the changes of renal function indexes before and after treatment. Results: In the collected 694 patients with mental illness, before using antipsychotic drugs, the renal function indexes were BUN: 4.42 ± 1.92 mmol/l;Cr: 70.97 ± 16.92 μmol/l;CCr: 88.37 ± 21.07 ml/min;β2-MG: 1.67 ± 0.61 mg/L;UA: 359.90 ± 112.82 μmol/l;CYS-C: 0.92 ± 0.24 mg/L. One month after using antipsychotics, BUN: 3.77 ± 1.37 mmol/l;Cr: 70.46 ± 16.71 μmol/l;CCr: 87.78 ± 20.63 ml/min;β2-MG: 1.75 ± 0.64 mg/L;UA: 332.53 ± 91.48 umol/l;CYS-C: 0.92 ± 0.24 mg/L;the renal function indexes of urea nitrogen, β2 microglobulin, uric acid and other items all changed significantly. The differences before and after treatment were statistically significant, P < 0.01. Conclusion: Several commonly used antipsychotic drugs have a greater impact on the renal function of patients with mental illness. <b><span style="font-family:"">Objective: </span></b><span style="font-family:"">To understand the distribution of thalassemia in all districts under the jur...<b><span style="font-family:"">Objective: </span></b><span style="font-family:"">To understand the distribution of thalassemia in all districts under the jurisdiction of Chongzuo City. <b>Methods:</b> Collect blood routine indicators from May 2014 to 31 December 2020 in the districts of this city to screen out suspected Mediterranean patients for genetic diagnosis;GGAP-PCR and PCR-reverse dot hybridization were used to analyze the thalassemia gene in the specimens of suspected patients;compare the prevalence of thalassemia in the counties and cities within the jurisdiction of this city, and provide corresponding medical advice to the health authorities. <b>Results: </b>21,535 venous blood specimens from patients with suspected thalassemia were collected in the city. There were 14,215 positive cases of thalassemia, accounting for 66.01% of the total number of patients, among which 9455 cases (43.91%) were pure <i>α</i> gene positive. 3464 patients (16.09%) were positive for simple <i>β</i> gene. 1296 patients (6.02%) were positive for <i>αβ</i> double gene. The proportions of thalassemia gene testing for <i>α</i>-thalassaemia gene, <i>β</i>-thalassaemia gene, and <i>α</i>-<i>β</i> double gene in various counties and districts were different. According to the multiple rate or the chi-square test of the constituent ratio, the comparison of the distribution of the thalassaemia gene test results in each area, <i>χ</i><sup>2</sup> = 472.6917, P = 0.0000, the difference is statistically significant. <b>Conclusion:</b> Severe thalassemia is a tragedy for a family. It not only needs to spend a lot of money to prolong life, but it also cannot change the situation of losing life and financial emptiness in the end. Method: A cross-sectional study design ...Objective: This study aims to explore the correlation between human papillomavirus (HPV) and Mycoplasma genitalium (CT) combined with TCT detection in cervical cancer screening. Method: A cross-sectional study design was adopted, and a total of 609 women who came to seek medical treatment were recruited as the study subjects. Combination testing was evaluated on cervical cancer screening by testing the women for HPV, CT with TCT detection and analyzing the relationship of cervical lesions with HPV and CT infection. Results: The study results showed that 21.57% of the subjects were infected with both HPV and CT, and 48.42% of the cases had abnormal TCT results at the same time. Further data analysis showed that HPV infection was significantly associated with abnormal TCT outcomes (p < 0.05), suggesting a possible synergistic effect of the two infections in cervical lesions. The combined sensitivity and specificity of HPV, CT and TCT detection were 21.57% and 48.42%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of single detection. Conclusion: In summary, the results of this study support the importance of combined HPV, CT, and TCT testing in cervical cancer screening, and propose the hypothesis that combined testing may improve screening effectiveness. However, further large sample studies are needed to confirm this conclusion and explore the prospects of combined testing in clinical practice.展开更多
