近年来,随着页岩气开发与研究的兴起,研究纳米尺度下多孔介质中的渗流问题成为了流体力学界关注的焦点。这是因为在空隙中页岩气的流动规律与页岩的孔隙大小是紧密相关的。在纳米尺度下研究受限空间中水的动力学机制,利用水受限于几何... 近年来,随着页岩气开发与研究的兴起,研究纳米尺度下多孔介质中的渗流问题成为了流体力学界关注的焦点。这是因为在空隙中页岩气的流动规律与页岩的孔隙大小是紧密相关的。在纳米尺度下研究受限空间中水的动力学机制,利用水受限于几何平板这样的模型是十分有必要的。本文利用分子动力学模拟水分子在受限的环境下,构造两块彼此平行的石墨烯平板,改变两平板间的距离,观察水的流量与密度的变化。我们的研究观察到流体的动力学行为与经典微管中的poiseuille流中的是非常不同的。从1 nm到2 nm之间水的密度分布发生了很大的变化;从4 nm到5 nm之间水的速度以及氢键分布都发生了很大的变化。我们认为在受限空间中,几何平板之间距离的大小对水分子动力学行为的影响是比较大的,并且这种变化是非线性的。 展开更多

The dynamics of fluid flow through nanochannels is different from those in macroscopic systems. By using the molecular dynamics simulations, we investigate the influence of surface polarity of nanotube on the transport properties of the water fluid. The nanotube used here resembles the carbon nanotube, but carries charges of q on some atoms; overall, the nanotube is charge-neutral. Our simulation results show that water flux decreases sharply with the increasing of q for q 〈 1.6 e; however, the water flux for shells far away from nanotube wM1 increases slightly when q 〉 1.6 e. The mechanism behind the interesting phenomenon is discussed. Our findings may have implications for development of nano-fluidic devices and for understanding the movement of confined fluid inside the hydrophilic nanochannel. 展开更多

Effect of an electric field on dewetting transition of nitrogen-water system

We investigate the influence of an external electric field on the dewetting behavior of nitrogen-water systems between two hydrophobic plates using molecular dynamics simulations. It is found that the critical distance of dewetting increases obviously with the electric field strength, indicating that the effective range of hydrophobic attraction is extended. The mechanism behind this interesting phenomenon is related to the rearrangement of hydrogen bond networks between water molecules induced by the external electric field. Changes in the hydrogen bond networks and in the dipole orientation of the water molecules result in the redistribution of the neutral nitrogen molecules, especially in the region close to the hydrophobic plates. Our findings may be helpful for understanding the effects of the electric field on the long-range hydrophobic interactions. 展开更多

The effects of an external electric field on the structure and stability of the nitrogen hydrate confined in a single-walled carbon nanotube(CNT)were studied by using molecular dynamics(MD)simulations.It was found that the structure of the nitrogen hydrate,the occupancy and distribution of the nitrogen molecules inside the nanotube depend sensitively on the direction of the external electric field.A parallel electric field can destabilize the nitrogen hydrate and cause the release of nitrogen molecules from the ice nanotube of the hydrate.While a vertical electric field can redistribute the nitrogen molecules from the core to the shell of the hydrate.The occupancy of the nitrogen molecules of the hydrate follows a sigmoid-like function as the direction of the electric field changes.Our findings may aid in the development of methods to control gas release and encapsulation by using electric fields. 展开更多

采用高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱(HPLC-QTOF)筛查并确证1批监督抽检的兽药硫酸黏菌素注射液中的未知添加物,并建立液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)定量检测20种兽药中15种该类化合物的方法。采用HPLC-QTOF筛查兽药非法添... 采用高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱(HPLC-QTOF)筛查并确证1批监督抽检的兽药硫酸黏菌素注射液中的未知添加物,并建立液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)定量检测20种兽药中15种该类化合物的方法。采用HPLC-QTOF筛查兽药非法添加物时,发现1批硫酸黏菌素注射液中含有未知添加物,与建立的一级谱库中氧氟沙星匹配分数很高,疑似为氧氟沙星。通过二级质谱碎片离子的推导及与对照品二级质谱比对,确证其为氧氟沙星。采用HPLC-MS/MS建立了定量检测20种常见兽药中非法添加氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星、达氟沙星、依洛沙星、洛美沙星、麻保沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、培氟沙星、司帕沙星、二氟沙星、奥比沙星、恶喹酸、氟甲喹共15种喹诺酮类化合物的方法,15种喹诺酮类化合物在各自的线性范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,添加回收率为85.0%~100.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)均不高于15.0%。通过检查该样品中的非法添加物,建立了简便、快速、灵敏的定性定量检测方法,为打击当前兽药中非法添加化合物建立技术标准提供参考,为兽药处方外非法添加筛查与确证提供思路。 展开更多
