This paper studies a configuratio...In implementing mass customization, how to respond rapidly to customers’ requirements is a key problem. Configuration design is considered effective in early stage of product design. This paper studies a configuration method based on constraints and fuzzy decision for product family. The configuration method is evolved from constraint based product configuration. It employs fuzzy optimum selection in the reasoning process, which can select similar components when customers’ requirements can not be met precisely. In the configurator, product family is represented with GBOM(Generic Bill Of Material) and ACL(Article Characteristic List). Every node of GBOM has an ACL to list all instances of a component family. Constraints are attached to every node, which involves variable definition and constraints definition. In the reasoning process, constraint satisfaction and fuzzy optimum selection interact to search optimum solution. A prototype is developted to demonstrate how to run the configurator. The paper ends with a discussion of advantages, future work of the configuration method.展开更多

As one of the most malignant tumors worldwide,lung cancer,fueled by metastasis,has shown rising mortality rates.However,effective clinical strategies aimed at preventing metastasis are lacking owing to its dynamic mul...As one of the most malignant tumors worldwide,lung cancer,fueled by metastasis,has shown rising mortality rates.However,effective clinical strategies aimed at preventing metastasis are lacking owing to its dynamic multi-step,complicated,and progressive nature.Immunotherapy has shown promise in treating cancer metastasis by reversing the immunosuppressive network of the tumor microenvironment.However,drug resistance inevitably develops due to inadequate delivery of immunostimulants and an uncontrolled immune response.Consequently,adverse effects occur,such as autoimmunity,from the non-specific immune activation and non-specific inflammation in off-target organs.Nanocarriers that improve drug solubility,permeability,stability,bioavailability,as well as sustained,controlled,and targeted delivery can effectively overcome drug resistance and enhance the therapeutic effect while reducing adverse effects.In particular,nanomedicine-based immunotherapy can be utilized to target tumor metastasis,presenting a promising therapeutic strategy for lung cancer.Nanotechnology strategies that boost the immunotherapy effect are classified based on the metastatic cascade related to the tumor immune microenvironment;the breaking away of primary tumors,circulating tumor cell dissemination,and premetastatic niche formation cause distant secondary site colonization.In this review,we focus on the opportunities and challenges of integrating immunotherapy with nanoparticle formulation to establish nanotechnology-based immunotherapy by modulating the tumor microenvironment for preclinical and clinical applications in the management of patients with metastatic lung cancer.We also discuss prospects for the emerging field and the clinical translation potential of these techniques.展开更多

Although sulfide electrode materials in lithium battery systems have been intensively investigated due to their low-cost, high theoretical specific capacity, and energy density, there are few studies fousing on the ad...Although sulfide electrode materials in lithium battery systems have been intensively investigated due to their low-cost, high theoretical specific capacity, and energy density, there are few studies fousing on the adhesion properties, including the physical origin of hetero-coordination resolved interface relaxation, binding energy and the energetic behavior, and even the accurate quantitative information. In this paper, we present an approach for quantifying the interface adhesion properties of sulfide electrode materials resolved by the combination of bond order-length-strength theory(BOLS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), which has enabled clarification of the interface adhesion nature. The results show that the Cu 2p, Fe 2p, and S 2p electrons of Cu S and FeS_(2) compounds shift negatively due to the charge polarization of the conduction electrons of the heteroatoms, while Mo 3d, Sn 3d electrons of Mo S2 and Sn S2 and the C 1 s and S 2p electrons of CS compound shift positively due to the quantum trapping. It is noted that the exact interface adhesion energies of Cu S is 3.42 J m^(-2), which is consistent with the calculation result. The approach can not only clarify the origin of the interface adhesion properties of sulfide electrode materials,but also derive their quantification information from atomistic sites.展开更多

Hybridization between Xian/indica(XI)and Geng/japonica(GJ)rice combined with utilization of plant ideotypes has greatly contributed to yield improvements in modern GJ rice in China over the past 50 years.To explore th...Hybridization between Xian/indica(XI)and Geng/japonica(GJ)rice combined with utilization of plant ideotypes has greatly contributed to yield improvements in modern GJ rice in China over the past 50 years.To explore the genomic basis of improved yield and disease resistance in GJ rice,we conducted a large-scale genomic landscape analysis of 816 elite GJ cultivars representing multiple eras of germplasm from China.We detected consistently increasing introgressions from three XI subpopulations into GJ cultivars since the 1980s and found that the XI genome introgressions significantly increased the grain number per panicle(GN)and decreased the panicle number per plant.This contributed to the improvement of plant type during modern breeding,changing multi-tiller plants tomoderate tiller plants with a large panicle size and increasing the blast resistance.Notably,we found that key gene haplotypes controlling plant architecture,yield components,and pest and disease resistance,including IPA1,SMG1,DEP3,Pib,Pi-d2,and Bph3,were introduced from XI rice by introgression.By GWAS analysis,we detected a GN-related gene Gnd5,which had been consistently introgressed from XI into GJ cultivars since the 1980s.Gnd5 is a GRAS transcription factor gene,and Gnd5 knockout mutants showed a significant reduction in GN.The estimated genetic effects of genes varied among different breeding locations,which explained the distinct introgression levels of XI gene haplotypes,including Gnd5,DEP3,etc.,to these GJ breeding pedigrees.These findings reveal the genomic contributions of introgressions from XI to the trait improvements of GJ rice cultivars and provide new insights for future rice genomic breeding.展开更多

Detailed anharmonic vibrational analysis was carried out to reveal some vibrational signatures characteristic of structural aspects of the base monomers and dimers, which were well manifested in simulated 1D IR and 2D IR spectra. The degree of delocalization of the selected normal modes, represented by the potential energy distribution, was found to vary sig-nificantly from isolated bases to H-bonded dimers, and was accompanied by changes in anharmonicities of these modes. Examples are given for the generally accepted carbonyl stretching mode of base pairs appearing in the 6-m wavelength region of IR spectra.展开更多

The results showed that 2% triadimefon · 30% ethylicin EC, 80% ethylicin EC, 70% mancozeb WP and 72% strepolin SP had the lowest ef- fective concentration and the best inhibitory effect, while 12.5% myclobutanil SP, 20% thiodiazole-copper SC and 20% bismerthlazol WP had the highest effective concentration but the worst inhibitory effect. Field test of six kinds of bactericides was conducted in Zhanjiang City of Guangdong Province in 2011, and the results showed that 3% zhongshengrnycin WP, 2% triadimefon · 30% ethylicin EC and 80% ethylicin EC had good control effect, which were suggested to be used for field control.展开更多

文摘Canonical Watson-Crick base pairs and four representative mismatched base pairs have been studied by quantum chemical computations. Detailed anharmonic vibrational analysis was carried out to reveal some vibrational signatures characteristic of structural aspects of the base monomers and dimers, which were well manifested in simulated 1D IR and 2D IR spectra. The degree of delocalization of the selected normal modes, represented by the potential energy distribution, was found to vary sig-nificantly from isolated bases to H-bonded dimers, and was accompanied by changes in anharmonicities of these modes. Examples are given for the generally accepted carbonyl stretching mode of base pairs appearing in the 6-m wavelength region of IR spectra.

文摘The toxicity of 12 kinds of bactericides against the pathogen of cassava bacterial blight (Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. manihotis) was determined by tox- ic medium method. The results showed that 2% triadimefon · 30% ethylicin EC, 80% ethylicin EC, 70% mancozeb WP and 72% strepolin SP had the lowest ef- fective concentration and the best inhibitory effect, while 12.5% myclobutanil SP, 20% thiodiazole-copper SC and 20% bismerthlazol WP had the highest effective concentration but the worst inhibitory effect. Field test of six kinds of bactericides was conducted in Zhanjiang City of Guangdong Province in 2011, and the results showed that 3% zhongshengrnycin WP, 2% triadimefon · 30% ethylicin EC and 80% ethylicin EC had good control effect, which were suggested to be used for field control.
文摘目的四价人乳头瘤病毒疫苗(quadrivalent human papillomavirus,qHPV;HPV6/11/16/18型,临床试验注册号NCT03493542)于2017年在中国境内获批上市,适用于20~45岁女性。这项开放性Ⅲ期临床试验旨在评估并比较9~19岁和20~26岁中国境内女性四价HPV疫苗自第1剂接种至第7个月的免疫原性和安全性。方法9~26岁的受试者分别于第1天、第2个月和第6个月接种3剂次四价HPV疫苗。使用竞争性荧光免疫检测法(cLIA)分析首剂接种当天和第7个月时受试者血清样本中的抗-HPV6/11/16/18抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)和血清抗体阳转率。记录接种后30 d内的注射部位不良事件和全身性不良事件以及整个研究期间出现的严重不良事件。结果本研究共纳入766例接种至少1剂受试者(9~19岁组与20~26岁组各383例)。两个年龄组中所有符合免疫原性方案的受试者在第7个月时,疫苗所含四种HPV型别均产生血清学抗体阳转。9~19岁年龄组受试者在第7个月时产生的抗-HPV6/11/16/18 GMT值非劣效于20~26岁组受试者。9~19岁年龄组中,分别有36.6%和49.3%的受试者报告注射部位不良事件和全身性不良事件,20~26岁年龄组受试者中注射部位和全身性不良事件比例分别为40.7%和54.8%。没有发生疫苗相关严重不良事件。无受试者因不良事件终止研究,无死亡病例的报告。结论9~19岁中国境内女性中接种3剂次四价HPV疫苗后产生的抗体水平非劣效于20~26岁年龄组。该疫苗在研究人群中具有良好的耐受性。
