同轴圆柱壳流固耦合附加质量研究 被引量:2

论文根据堆本体内窄间隙同轴设备支承筒的结构特征、边界条件和窄间隙环腔内流体流速,将结构简化为一端固定一端自由的同轴圆柱壳,将圆柱壳内外的流体简化为无旋、无黏、不可压缩流体.同轴圆柱壳通过流体压力场实现耦合,其径向位移模态... 论文根据堆本体内窄间隙同轴设备支承筒的结构特征、边界条件和窄间隙环腔内流体流速,将结构简化为一端固定一端自由的同轴圆柱壳,将圆柱壳内外的流体简化为无旋、无黏、不可压缩流体.同轴圆柱壳通过流体压力场实现耦合,其径向位移模态决定了窄间隙流体域的压力场,故采用级数形式的圆柱壳径向正交位移模态构建既满足一端固定一端自由边界条件,又满足波动方程的压力场基函数,并由此基函数推导一端固定一端自由同轴圆柱壳由间隙流体耦合时自由振动且出现梁、壳复合振型的附加质量理论公式,基函数项数大于50时附加质量计算精度满足要求.为方便工程应用,参考俄罗斯标准以设计曲线形式给出论文推导的同轴圆柱壳流体附加质量结果.为验证以上理论公式,论文首先建立了不同高径比、不同间隙量和不同壁厚的同轴圆柱体流固耦合有限元模型,通过对比理论公式计算结果和包含窄间隙流体域的同轴圆柱壳有限元模型的模态结果可知,当圆柱壳高径比≤2.0时,主振型的频率误差在5%以内;同时笔者设计了双层同轴圆柱筒的流固耦合试验,通过对比模态试验的频率和振型结果进一步验证了论文推导理论公式的正确性. 展开更多

The structure and energy of He impurities and vacancy on (001) surface of bcc iron are investigated by an ab initio method. Three cases for stabilities of a He atom at the surface are found: some of He atoms at surface atomic layers (SAL) relax into vacuum gap; some of surface He atoms at octahedral interstitial site relax into more stable tetrahedral interstitial site; some of surface He atoms still stay at tetrahedral interstitial site. The un-stability of the He atom at the surface system can be explained by deformation mechanism of charge densities and electronic densities of states. It is found that formation energy of the point defects from the topmost SAL to bulk-like atomic layer increase gradually, for example, the formation energies of a monovacancy at the first five topmost SALs are equal to 0.33, 1.56, 2.04, 2.02 and 2.11 eV, respectively. The magnetic moments of Fe atoms in the surface atomic layers are also calculated. 展开更多

Passive residual heat removal heat exchanger(PRHR HX),which is a newly designed equipment in the advanced reactors of AP1000 and CAP1400,plays an important role in critical accidental conditions.The primary and secondary side coupling heat transfer characteristics of the passive residual heat removal system(PRHRS)determine the capacity to remove core decay heat during the accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the heat transfer characteristics and develop applicable heat transfer formulas for optimized design.In the present paper,an overall scaled-down natural circulation loop of PRHRS in AP1000,which comprises a scaleddown in-containment refueling water storage tank(IRWST)and PRHR HX models and a simulator of the reactor core,is built to simulate the natural circulation process in residual heat removal accidents.A series of experiments are conducted to study thermal-hydraulic behaviors in both sides of the miniaturized PRHR HX which is simulated by 12 symmetric arranged C-shape tubes.For the local PRHR HX heat transfer performance,traditional natural convection correlations for both the horizontal and vertical bundles are compared with the experimental data to validate their applicability for the specific heat transfer condition.Moreover,the revised natural convection heat transfer correlations based on the present experimental data are developed for PRHR HX vertical and lower horizontal bundles.This paper provides essential references for the PRHRS operation and further optimized design. 展开更多

锥顶盖作为快堆主容器重要的压力边界之一,其结构的完整性对快堆的安全运行至关重要。锥顶盖结构完整性与其温度载荷密切相关,而温度载荷受氩气空间自然对流与辐射耦合传热特性影响显著,有必要开展深入研究。基于钠液面上部氩气空间传... 锥顶盖作为快堆主容器重要的压力边界之一,其结构的完整性对快堆的安全运行至关重要。锥顶盖结构完整性与其温度载荷密切相关,而温度载荷受氩气空间自然对流与辐射耦合传热特性影响显著,有必要开展深入研究。基于钠液面上部氩气空间传热特性实验台架,开展了氩气空间传热特性实验研究,测量了锥顶盖、氩气空间和主泵支承的温度分布,阐明钠液面高度对传热特性的影响。实验结果表明,随着钠液面高度的增加,锥顶盖和氩气空间的温度随之升高,而且在高钠温时现象更加明显。此外,钠液面高度对主泵支承的温度分布和周向温差影响微弱。通过开展氩气空间钠液面高度对传热规律的影响研究,可为建立实验装置与原型反应堆之间的温度映射关系提供参考。 展开更多
