However, reg...Robots play an important role in underwater monitoring and recovery operations, such as pollution detection, submarine sampling and data collection, video mapping, and object recovery in dangerous places. However, regular-sized robots may not be suitable for applications in some restricted underwater environments. Accordingly, in previous research we designed several novel types of bio-inspired microrobots using Ionic Polymer Metal Composite (IPMC) and Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) ac- tuators. These microrobots possess some attributes of compact structure, multi-functionality, flexibility, and precise positioning. However, they lack the attributes of long endurance, stable high speed, and large load capacity necessary for real-world appli- cations. To overcome these disadvantages, we proposed a mother-son robot system, composed of several microrobots as sons and a newly designed amphibious spherical robot as the mother. Inspired by amphibious turtles, the mother robot was designed with a spherical body and four legs with two Degrees of Freedom (DOF). It is actuated by four vectored water-jet propellers and ten servomotors, and it is capable of walking on land and cruising underwater. We analysed the mother robot's walking and underwater cruising mechanisms, constructed a prototype, and carried out a series of experiments to evaluate its amphibious motions. 目的观察CBL与PBL结合教学法在产科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取本人在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院工作期间承担教学任务的选取2015级临床1班35人为对照组,同时选取2015级临床2班35人为试验组,上述研究对象在2020年1月—2021年6月期...目的观察CBL与PBL结合教学法在产科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取本人在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院工作期间承担教学任务的选取2015级临床1班35人为对照组,同时选取2015级临床2班35人为试验组,上述研究对象在2020年1月—2021年6月期间进行研究测评,两组学生培养中实施不同教学方法,对比学生最终教学效果,指标观察学生学习成绩及带教满意度评价。结果试验组学生学习成绩显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,试验组理论成绩和实践技能分别为(91.36±1.25)分和(93.12±5.85)分。对照组理论成绩和实践技能分别为(72.85±3.58)分和(76.21±1.12)分,且试验组学生对实习带教满意度评价明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其中,试验组总满意度为97.14%,对照组总满意度为80.00%。结论对于临床产科教学工作实施而言,CBL(case based learning)结合PBL(problem-based learning)教学法应用的价值是较高的,在教学指导过程中,不仅能够提高教学指导水平,也可以提高学生教学满意度,所以可在临床教学中推广该教学方法。展开更多
Real-time monitoring of plantar pressure has significant applications in wearable biosensors,sports injury detection,and early diagnostics.Herein,an all-in-one insole composed of 24 capacitive pressure sensors(CPSs)wi...Real-time monitoring of plantar pressure has significant applications in wearable biosensors,sports injury detection,and early diagnostics.Herein,an all-in-one insole composed of 24 capacitive pressure sensors(CPSs)with vertical pores in an elastic dielectric layer is fabricated by laser cutting.Optimized CPSs with a hexagonal configuration and a pore size of 600μm possess good linearity over a wide detection range of 0–200 kPa with a sensitivity of 12×10^(–3) kPa−1.Then,a smart system including the all-in-one insole with the 24 CPS array,a data acquisition system with a wireless transmitter and a PC terminal with a wireless receiver is established for real-time monitoring to realize static and dynamic plantar pressure mapping.Based on this smart insole system,various standing and yoga postures can be distinguished,and variations in the center of gravity during walking can be recognized.This intelligent insole system provides great feasible supervision for health surveillance,injury prevention,and athlete training.展开更多
To acquire candidate non-Saccharomyces strains for preparation of high-quality Vidal icewine,11 representative indigenous non-Saccharomyces strains were selected for analyzing their production of organic acids,phenoli...To acquire candidate non-Saccharomyces strains for preparation of high-quality Vidal icewine,11 representative indigenous non-Saccharomyces strains were selected for analyzing their production of organic acids,phenolic compounds,aroma-active compounds and evaluating their sensory profile in Vidal juice.The results showed that the contents of organic acids in the wines were controlled and balanced well by the non-Saccharomyces strains as well as polyphenol concentrations were well improved during the fermentation.The strains differed from each other in their ability to produce aroma compounds,causing diversity and complexity of aroma characteristics in wine.Fermentation by Saccharomycopsis crataegensis YC30(Sc)and Hanseniaspora uvarum QTX22(Hu)could enhance the sweet and floral notes in Vidal icewine,especially Sc,which has never been reported before.It can not only enrich the aroma categories,but also increase the content ofδ-decalactone,γ-decalactone,ethyl isobutyrate,ethyl butyrate,phenethyl acetic acid,etc.The evaluation and optimization of non-Saccharomyces yeast strains could provide theoretical basis for the improvement of ice wine quality,and supply new ideas and strategies for the brewing of ice wine.展开更多
