Purpose This study aimed at exploring the application of trauma time axis management in the treatment of severe trauma patients by using the Medicalsystem trauma system.Methods We performed a retrospective cohort stud...Purpose This study aimed at exploring the application of trauma time axis management in the treatment of severe trauma patients by using the Medicalsystem trauma system.Methods We performed a retrospective cohort study involving patients with severe trauma.Patients who were admitted before the application of the Medicalsystem trauma system were divided into before system group;patients who were admitted after the application of the system were divided into after system group.Comparison was made between the two groups.For normally distributed data,means were reported along with standard deviation,and comparisons were made using the independent samples t test.Categorical data were compared using the Chi-square test.The Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare nonparametric variables.Results There were 528 patients admitted to the study during the study period.There was no significant statistical difference in the time from the start of trauma team to arrive at the resuscitation room between the two groups.The time from arrival at hospital to endotracheal intubation,to ventilator therapy,to blood transfusion,to completion of CT scan,to completion of closed thoracic drainage,to the start of operation,as well as the length of stay in resuscitation room and hospital were significantly lower after the application of the Medicalsystem trauma system.The mortality was decreased by 8.6%in the after system group compared with that in the before system group,but there was no statistical difference.Conclusion The Medicalsystem trauma system can optimize diagnosis and treatment process for trauma patients,and accordingly improve the treatment efficiency and shorten the treatment time.Therefore,the Medicalsystem trauma system deserves further popularization and promotion.展开更多

The main objective of this research was to detect quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for TBN. The maize inbred line SICAU1212 was used as the common parent to develop BC1S1 and recombinant inbred line (RIL) populations with inbred lines 3237 and B73, respectively. The two related populations consisted of 123 and 238 lines, respectively. Each population was grown and phenotyped for TBN in two environments. Eleven QTLs were detected in the BC1S1 population, located on chromosomes 2, 3, 5, and 7, accounted for 4.45-26.58% of the phenotypic variation. Two QTLs (qB11Jtbn2-1, qB12Ctbn2-1, qBJtbn2-1; q11JBtbn5-1, qB12Ctbn5-1, qBJtbn5-1) that accounted for more than 10% of the phenotypic variation were identified. Three QTLs located on chromosomes 2, 3 and 5, exhibited stable expres- sion in the two environments. Ten QTLs were detected in the RIL population, located on chromosomes 2, 3, 5, 8, and 10, accounted for 2.69-13.58% of the TBN variation. One QTL (qR14Dtbn2-2) explained 〉10% of the phenotypic variation. One common QTL (qB12Ctbn2-2, qR14Dtbn2-2, qRJtbn2-2) was detected between the two related populations. Three pairs of epistatic effects were identified between two loci with or without additive effects and accounted for 1.19-4.26% of the phenotypic variance. These results demonstrated that TBN variation was mainly caused by major effects, minor effects and slightly modified by epistatic effects. Thus, identification of QTL for TBN may help elucidate the genetic basis of TBN and also facilitate map-based cloning and marker-assisted selection (MAS) in maize breeding programs.展开更多
As the most mature portable power source,lithium-ion battery has become the mainstream of power source for electric vehicles(EVs)by virtue of its high energy density,long cycle life and relatively low cost.However,an ...As the most mature portable power source,lithium-ion battery has become the mainstream of power source for electric vehicles(EVs)by virtue of its high energy density,long cycle life and relatively low cost.However,an excellent battery management system remained to be a problem for the operational states monitoring and safety guarantee for EVs.In this paper,a function realization of multi-scale modeling is proposed based on cyber hierarchy and interactional network framework,realizing basic functions such as multi-scale mapping and cloud-based modeling.Furthermore,to solve the problem of limited computing capability of the conventional vehicle-end battery management system,the novel system consists of hierarchies of side,edge and cloud,which are designed to take on different computing tasks methodically and swap data iteratively,providing specific services for drivers,enterprise users,etc.Due to a series of promising features,this system has a large range of application scenarios as well as some critical bottlenecks,which will be discussed at the end of the article.Please check and confirm D.-B.Shan"is correctly identified in author group.It’s not correct.There is no"D.-B.Shan"in author group,please just remove it.展开更多
