Cement density monitoring plays a vital role in evaluating the quality of cementing projects,which is of great significance to the development of oil and gas.However,the presence of inhomogeneous cement distribution a...Cement density monitoring plays a vital role in evaluating the quality of cementing projects,which is of great significance to the development of oil and gas.However,the presence of inhomogeneous cement distribution and casing eccentricity in horizontal wells often complicates the accurate evaluation of cement azimuthal density.In this regard,this paper proposes an algorithm to calculate the cement azimuthal density in horizontal wells using a multi-detector gamma-ray detection system.The spatial dynamic response functions are simulated to obtain the influence of cement density on gamma-ray counts by the perturbation theory,and the contribution of cement density in six sectors to the gamma-ray recorded by different detectors is obtained by integrating the spatial dynamic response functions.Combined with the relationship between gamma-ray counts and cement density,a multi-parameter calculation equation system is established,and the regularized Newton iteration method is employed to invert casing eccentricity and cement azimuthal density.This approach ensures the stability of the inversion process while simultaneously achieving an accuracy of 0.05 g/cm^(3) for the cement azimuthal density.This accuracy level is ten times higher compared to density accuracy calculated using calibration equations.Overall,this algorithm enhances the accuracy of cement azimuthal density evaluation,provides valuable technical support for the monitoring of cement azimuthal density in the oil and gas industry.展开更多

Methods:...Objective: To investigate the effect of severe heatstroke on coagulation function in rats and the possible mechanism of high-mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)involved in the regulation of coagulation function. Methods: A total of 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, mild group, moderate group and severe group,with 6 rats in each group. The rats in mild group, moderate group and severe group were continuously exposed to 40℃ and 10% humidity environment, then taken out and rewarmed to complete the heat stroke rat modeling process after the experiments were conducted for 70, 110, and 145 min, respectively. The levels of HMGB1 in peripheral blood were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) before modeling and at 0 and 3 h after modeling, and coagulation tests were used to determine prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), and prothrombin time(APT) at the same time points in the rats. The correlation between HMGB1 and coagulation parameters was determined by Pearson correlation. Results: In the severe group, HMGB1 was(2372.45±97.85) pg/ml and(2547.72±117.67) pg/ml at 0 and 3 h after modeling, respectively, and the levels of PT, APTT and Fib were higher than those before modeling and at 3 h after modeling. There was significant correlation between HMGBI and APTT, Fib(r=0.978, 0.785, P=0.000, 0.000). There were positive correlations between HMGBI and PT, APTT, Fib(r=0.634,0.976,0.889, P=0.001,0.000,0.000).Conclusion: HMGB1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of coagulation dysfunction in rats with severe heatstroke by regulating the activation of coagulation cells, and the level of HMGB1 in rats with severe heatstroke increases and still tends to increase after rewarming.展开更多
目的系统评价急诊科护士临终照护体验的质性研究,为国内急诊科临终照护发展提供循证依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、CINAHL、PsycINFO、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,收集急诊科...目的系统评价急诊科护士临终照护体验的质性研究,为国内急诊科临终照护发展提供循证依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、CINAHL、PsycINFO、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,收集急诊科护士临终照护体验相关的质性研究,检索时限均为建库至2020年7月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准(2016)对纳入研究进行质量评价,并按照Meta整合的方法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入8项研究,提炼32个结果,归纳成9个新的类别,综合成3个整合结果:(1)急诊科护士临终照护负性心理(情感负担、应对方式);(2)急诊科护士临终照护正性心理(尽力满足患者需求、给予家属支持、职业满足感);(3)急诊科临终照护障碍因素(教育、人力、环境、制度)。结论护士自身和护理管理者应重视临终照护过程中产生的负性情绪,多途径提升急诊科护士情绪智力水平以及临终照护胜任力。同时,卫生部门应进一步支持急诊科临终照护的发展,提高急诊科临终照护质量。展开更多

The equiv...A full planar tunable band pass resonator is introduced, which is constructed by using novel symmetric step impedance resonator (SIR) and hyperabrupt varactors for wide bandwidth tuning and size reduction. The equivalent circuit model of the proposed resonator is set up. Theoretical analysis based on transmission line as well as odd and even-mode method is completed. The attractiveness of the approach presented lies in its simplicity. Based on the detailed analysis, a 6 GHz to 10 GHz varactor tuned resonator is designed, fabricated, and measured. It shows wideband tuning ability of 37%. The experimental results of the resonator have a good agreement with the analysis results.展开更多
