In 2021,EAST realized a steady-state long pulse with a duration over 100 s and a core electron temperature over 10 keV.This is an integrated operation that resolves several key issues,including active control of wall conditioning,long-lasting fully noninductive current and divertor heat/particle flux.The fully noninductive current is driven by pure radio frequency(RF)waves with a lower hybrid current drive power of 2.5 MW and electron cyclotron resonance heating of 1.4 MW.This is an excellent experimental platform on the timescale of hundreds of seconds for studying multiscale instabilities,electron-dominant transport and particle recycling(plasma-wall interactions)under weak collisionality. 展开更多

To investigate the potential of utilizing visible spectral imaging for controlling the plasma boundary shape during stable operation of plasma in future tokamak, a D_α band symmetric visible light diagnostic system was designed and implemented on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST). This system leverages two symmetric optics for joint plasma imaging. The optical system exhibits a spatial resolution less than 2 mm at the poloidal cross-section, distortion within the field of view below 10%, and relative illumination of 91%.The high-quality images obtained enable clear observation of both the plasma boundary position and the characteristics of components within the vacuum vessel. Following system calibration and coordinate transformation, the image coordinate boundary features are mapped to the tokamak coordinate system. Utilizing this system, the plasma boundary was reconstructed, and the resulting representation showed alignment with the EFIT(Equilibrium Fitting) results. This underscores the system's superior performance in boundary reconstruction applications and provides a diagnostic foundation for boundary shape control based on visible spectral imaging. 展开更多

In EAST long-pulsed discharge(hundreds of seconds),electric magnetic diagnosis(EMD)is very important,since EMD not only monitors tokamak security status but also provides accurate measurement accuracy for reconstruction of the plasma boundary.To avoid current measurement drift,a fiber optic current sensor,based on the Faraday effect,is developed and used for poloidal and plasma current feedback control for the first time,relative current measurement accuracy is within 0.5%.To ensure plasma boundary control accuracy,a detailed set of magnetic measurement calibration methods is developed before the plasma discharge.The maximum relative error is less than 1%,the corresponding control accuracy is within 1 cm.To minimize integrator drift error,a long-pulse integrator test is essential,the corresponding drift error needs to be subtracted in plasma control system.Besides,the saddle coil and Mirnov coil not only help to detect MHD issues,but are also utilized for plasma disruption prediction during the long-pulse discharge. 展开更多

对50份不同来源糯玉米品种的农艺性状和产量进行了鉴定,并利用40个SSR标记对其进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:50份糯玉米秃尖长、穗位高、毛重和净重变异较大。40个SSR标记在50份糯玉米品种上共检测到190个等位基因变异,等位基因变异范... 对50份不同来源糯玉米品种的农艺性状和产量进行了鉴定,并利用40个SSR标记对其进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:50份糯玉米秃尖长、穗位高、毛重和净重变异较大。40个SSR标记在50份糯玉米品种上共检测到190个等位基因变异,等位基因变异范围为2—9,平均每个位点检测到4.75个等位基因。每对SSR标记的多态性信息量(PIC)变化范围在0.430—0.844,平均为0.675。利用UPGMA聚类分析方法进行聚类,共划分为3个主要类群,聚类结果与品种的来源基本一致。50份糯玉米品种遗传多样性丰富,为组配糯玉米杂交新品种和遗传改良提供基础。 展开更多

[目的]探索软枣猕猴桃"寒玉1号"适宜组培方法。[方法]以新生腋芽为外植体,筛选最佳消毒方法,并对影响其生长的NAA、6-BA等生长调节物质的浓度进行筛选。[结果]以5%NaClO 8 min+0.1%HgCl_26 min或9 min,5%NaClO 10 min+0.1%HgCl_26 min为适宜消毒方法,污染率和褐化率均较低;腋芽在WPM+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基中增殖效果最佳,增殖系数可达5.6,株高3.9 cm;丛生芽在WPM+NAA 0.3 mg/L培养基中诱导生根效果最佳,生根率可达100%,平均根条数为4.4条,平均根长为5.2 cm。[结论]软枣猕猴桃"寒玉1号"可采用组织培养的方法进行快速繁殖。 展开更多

根据深茂铁路线小鸟天堂生态景区环评要求采取全封闭声屏障,深茂铁路项目组提出了全封闭弧形高强高韧性超薄混凝土声屏障设计思路,要求弧形单元板(200cm×265cm×5cm)抗压强度要求达到100 MPa以上,抗折强度达到18 MPa以上。通... 根据深茂铁路线小鸟天堂生态景区环评要求采取全封闭声屏障,深茂铁路项目组提出了全封闭弧形高强高韧性超薄混凝土声屏障设计思路,要求弧形单元板(200cm×265cm×5cm)抗压强度要求达到100 MPa以上,抗折强度达到18 MPa以上。通过研究高韧性声屏障混凝土配合比设计关键参数对其性能的影响规律,制备了高强高韧性超薄混凝土声屏障单元板,当配合比为:硅灰∶粉煤灰∶水泥=0.3∶0.1∶1,PVA纤维掺量为0.5%,镀铜钢纤维掺量为2%,混凝土工作性能优异,一天脱模强度达到55 MPa,免蒸养,28d抗压强度达到136 MPa,抗折强度达到32 MPa,隔声系数达到28dB,达到全封闭声屏障设计要求,满足项目建设要求。 展开更多
