The rectification transport of a single vibration-driven self-propelled vehicle in a two-dimensional left–right asymmetric channel was experimentally investigated. The rectification efficiency of the vehicle moving f...The rectification transport of a single vibration-driven self-propelled vehicle in a two-dimensional left–right asymmetric channel was experimentally investigated. The rectification efficiency of the vehicle moving from the center to the exit was statistically obtained for the range of channel widths, inter-channel asymmetry degrees, and platform tilt angles.The trajectory of its movement was also analyzed. It was found that the structure of the channel provides the main influence. Different channel shapes lead to different ranges of unfavorable widths, and transport efficiency decreases when the asymmetry diminishes—the two channels converge. The addition of external gravity does not counteract the structural limitations, but only affects the probability of departure.展开更多

Background:Transcranial alternating current stimulation(tACS)offers a new approach for adult patients with major depressive disorder(MDD).The study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tACS treating MDD.Methods:T...Background:Transcranial alternating current stimulation(tACS)offers a new approach for adult patients with major depressive disorder(MDD).The study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tACS treating MDD.Methods:This is an 8-week,double-blind,randomized,placebo-controlled study.Ninety-two drug-naive patients with MDD aged 18 to 65 years will receive 20 daily 40-min,77.5-Hz,15-mA sessions of active or sham tACS targeting the forehead and both mastoid areas on weekdays for 4 consecutive weeks(week 4),following a 4-week observation period(week 8).The primary outcome is the remission rate defined as the 17-item Hamilton depression rating scale(HDRS-17)score≤7 at week 8.Secondary outcomes are the rates of response at weeks 4 and 8 and rate of remission at week 4 based on HDRS-17,the proportion of participants having improvement in the clinical global impression-improvement,the change in HDRS-17 score(range,0-52,with higher scores indicating more depression)over the study,and variations of brain imaging and neurocognition from baseline to week 4.Safety will be assessed by vital signs at weeks 4 and 8,and adverse events will be collected during the entire study.Discussion:The tACS applied in this trial may have treatment effects on MDD with minimal side effects.Trial registration:Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,ChiCTR1800016479;http://www.chictr.org.cn/showproj.aspx?proj=22048.展开更多
We consider the Cauchy problem of Navier-Stokes equations in weak Morrey spaces.We first define a class of weak Morrey type spaces M_(p,λ)~*(R^n)on the basis of Lorentz space L_(p,∞)=L_p~*(R^n) (in particular,M_(?)~...We consider the Cauchy problem of Navier-Stokes equations in weak Morrey spaces.We first define a class of weak Morrey type spaces M_(p,λ)~*(R^n)on the basis of Lorentz space L_(p,∞)=L_p~*(R^n) (in particular,M_(?)~*(R^n)=L_(p,∞),if p>1),and study some fundamental properties of them;Second, we prove that the heat operator U(t)= e^(tΔ)and Calderón-Zygmund singular integral operators are bounded linear operators on weak Morrey spaces,and establish the bilinear estimate in weak Morrey spaces.Finally,by means of Kato's method and the contraction mapping principle,we prove that the Cauchy problem of Navier-Stokes equations in weak Morrey spaces M_(p,λ)~*(R^n)(1<p≤n)is time-global well-posed,provided that the initial data are sufficiently small.Moreover,we also obtain the existence and uniqueness of the serf-similar solution for Navier-Stokes equations in these spaces,because the weak Morrey space M_(p,n-p)~*(R^n)can admit the singular initial data with a self-similar structure.Hence this paper generalizes Kato's results.展开更多

In the current study, we investigated the regulation of SB401 activity by its phosphorylation....We reported previously that the protein SB401 from Solanum berthaultii binds to and bundles both microtubules and F-actin. In the current study, we investigated the regulation of SB401 activity by its phosphorylation. Our experimental results showed that the phosphorylation of SB401 by casein kinase II (CKII) downregulates the activities of SB401, namely the bundling of microtubules and enhancement of the polymerization of tubulin. However, phosphorylation of SB401 had no observable effect on its bundling of F-actin. Further investigation using extract of potato pollen indicated that a CKIl-like kinase may exist in potato pollen. Antibodies against CKII alpha recognized specifically a major band from the pollen extract and the pollen extract was able to phosphorylate the SB401 protein in vitro. The CKIl-like kinase showed a similar ability to downregulate the bundling of microtubules. Our experiments demonstrated that phosphorylation plays an important role in the regulation of SB401 activity. We propose that this phosphorylation may regulate the effects of SB401 on microtubules and the actin cytoskeleton.展开更多

The CdSe_(x)S_(1-x) semiconductor clusters embedded in a glass matrix are fabricated by using the heat treatment method. Periodical structures consisting of sharp spectral lines are observed in the PL spectra of CdSe_(x)S_(1-x)QDs, which can be well explained by the coupling with the whispering gallery modes of the spherical microcavity based on Mie scattering theory.展开更多
目的观察关节镜下植骨融合联合内固定术治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月,入我院就诊的84例胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组采用关节镜下钢板内固定术,观...目的观察关节镜下植骨融合联合内固定术治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月,入我院就诊的84例胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组采用关节镜下钢板内固定术,观察组在此基础上进行植骨融合。比较两组骨折愈合时间和完全负重时间,胫骨平台内翻角和后倾角,膝关节美国特种外科医院(Hospital for special surgery,HSS)评分及优良率,随访并发症并计算发生率。结果观察组患者骨折愈合时间[(7.6±0.9)天vs.(10.8±1.3)天]和完全负重时间[(8.2±1.3)天vs.(11.4±1.8)天]较对照组患者缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后1个月、6个月内翻角[(83.1±1.3)°vs.(85.6±1.6)°,(82.5±1.1)°vs.(84.2±1.3)°]和后倾角[(10.9±0.4)°vs.(12.3±0.5)°,(10.3±0.3)°vs.(12.1±0.4)°]小于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者HSS评分总分[(83.6±5.4)分vs.(72.6±4.9)分]及优良率(88.1%vs.69.0%)高于对照组,随访并发症发生率(7.2%vs.23.8%)低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下植骨融合联合内固定术较单纯关节镜下钢板内固定术治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折具有更好的临床优势,能够缩短骨折愈合和负重时间,增加胫骨平台稳定性,改善膝关节功能以及降低并发症。展开更多
